Truly impressed. They came out gave a fair quote and they came and performed the work when they said they would and on time. The whole crew was professional and very personable. Cleaned up when finished as I said impressed. We have lived here two years and have tried to get contractors and other professionals to do work for us to no avail. So to say the least these or our tree guys from now on. Thank you guys.

Ballard Tree Service recently completed taking down 2 large maple trees for me. The crew did an excellent job, very professional in all aspects of their work. Completed the work in just under 3 hours for the price that was given to me. I couldn’t be happier.

Ballard Tree Service did an excellent job. They were on time and very professional. The job they did for me was difficult as they not only cut down and removed trees but also had to cut down dead branches high in some of my trees. They got it all done within 1 day. I would highly recommend them.

I called four tree trimming companies to get quotes on a trim of our very old and large oak tree and the removal of a tree. Ballard was the only one who cared about how the trim would affect my tree and genuinely seemed to care about the tree! They also listened to what I wanted done rather than telling me what needed to be done. They also quoted me a price that was substantially less than I was expecting for the amount of work needed. Hiram and his crew were amazing and made sure we were satisfied with the trim before leaving. The stump grinding team was great and worked safely and efficiently. I will definitely recommend Ballard to anyone who asks and will use them again in the future.

We hired Ballard Tree Service to trim trees in a large area. Shawn came out to bid the job, and sent a crew of four gentlemen to work. Matt supervised the crew and kept them busy over four days.They did a nice job and all were very polite and professional. Hats off to Matt who had to take a detour from trimming to cut a young deer out of the fence, when it got hung. Thank you all!

We are extremely happy with the team involved in doing a major trim and reshaping of two of our large live oaks over our driveway. I was treated with great respect, asking several times if we were happy and if we agreed with what the plan was! They cleared all of the debris and loaded it on their trailer and swept the driveway. We are having them come back in the fall to trim the rest. Pricing was very fair, but everyone from the office, the sales person who quoted the job to the team that performed the job. We had 2 30 to 35 feet trees removed and 1 other tree was trimmed of hanging branches. The 3 young who showed up were polite and caring of our property. They left my yard clean and made sure we were satisfied with there service. I would recommend Ballard to everyone who needs trees taken care of.

I’ve used Ballard tree service twice now, once to cut down a dead tree and another to trim a big pecan tree in my yard, and my experience has been wonderful both times! They are very quick to respond, seem quite knowledgeable, and conduct themselves very professionally. I also accidentally overpaid one of my bills (only by cents) and the office called me to let me know practically immediately. All in all, they seem like a great, trustworthy group who have their customers best interests at heart.

Hiram and his crew arrived on time. He explained what they were going to do and they worked efficiently and quickly. When they were done they cleaned up the areas around the house. Hiram asked if I was satisfied with the work. I say A+ to a job well done. In this time when the words customer service are meaningless, it was a great to have a positive experience.
