He showed up at a timely manner explained absolutely everything to me. Since I don't know what I'm looking at super helpful and kind definitely recommend zak for all your pool needs

Zak is the only person I let near my truck. He is always fast, great pricing, and never tries to up sale me. I’ve tried so many mechanic shops and I always would be out an arm or leg, they’d take 3 weeks to even diagnose the issue, or they add a million other things but never when Zak has my truck. He is so reliable, knowledgeable and really seems to have passion for what he does.

I spent some time researching pool safety covers since I have a quantity of hard wood trees that drop leaves every winter. Zak was one of the few if only installer that specializes in this service in the DFW area (not via pool builders). He arrived on time and provided a competitive quote the same day. Supplies came in (3) weeks later and he just finished the install a few days prior to this review. Zak has a great understanding of the business side especially in a niche market. He educated me well on the procedures. After the install, I have a new found respect for the effort he performed. It was about 5 total hours of manual labor and my pool was fairly simple. I can only speak on behalf of the covers, but I would rely on him for this service if I moved anywhere in the DFW area. He was true to his word and the craftmanship was excellent.

Literally never ever answers their phone or replies to text messages or emails. I literally had to beg for them just to give me an estimate and provide a quote. Once I finally got it I have reached multiple times via email text and voicemail trying to schedule an appt with zero response. Really disappointed cause it seemed like they might be a really good company from other testimonials but they seem to have lost all business etiquette and drive

We have just found our forever cleaning company... We have tried several other companies or people since we moved here and was honestly was starting to think it was impossible to find the right fit.... They (Rise nd Clean) came out and provided a bid and actually looked at the house first... (Bonus) Everyone we used in the past said our deep clean is X amount (honestly if the past 5 people want to know how or what a deep clean is they need to follow in Rise and Cleans footprints) they do floor to ceiling every baseboard and lights fans they have a team that goes through the house like real professionals and take pride in the work they do.... We couldn't be happier with the service but then there is the customer friendly environment and extremely nice and taylor a plan to your needs... Chris,Amy,Anna and Brian are amazing then Noemi the owner is absolutely a hoot and super at attention to detail... If we could give 100 stars we would.... Highly recommend this company oh and the price was cheaper then a few others and they did so much more.... CALL THEM FOR YOUR CLEANING NEEDS....

I was very pleased with the deep cleaning the crew performed. They arrived and 5 hours later my house was clean and straightened. The “crew chief” kept me up to date at all times. I will recommend them to any one.

At the initial visit it seemed that Rise and Clean would be able to provide the cleaning service I needed, but it became apparent after several visits that attention to detail and ability to follow instructions was lacking. I attempted to talk with them several times about my concerns, but the issues continued. They require a certain amount of notice to cancel cleaning on the client’s side, but were not very responsive when I asked if cleaning would happen on a regular cleaning day that happened to fall on a holiday. I was also not informed of when the person leading the team at my house changed. The service provided was not a good value for the cost and communication was lacking.

I am not removing my review at this time. The reply to my review is a mischaracterization of my interactions with this business. I gave them specific feedback including photos and had several discussions with one person in the company. I still had concerns at cleanings after those discussions. Concerns: dirty areas remain on floors in kitchen, dining area, primary bedroom; dust/debris on surfaces in primary bedroom; items not put back in place as requested; items were moved that were requested to be left in place; residue on toilet bowl. I was asked if it was ok that they take pictures of where items are and I said it was ok, but I didn't ask or require for all those pictures to be taken. I was not aware of the number of pictures that were taken to ensure things get put back in their place, but those pictures did not help accomplish the goal.

So happy for Rise and Clean that they are experiencing so much growth and I hope they continue to have many happy customers. I was not a happy customer and feel that my experience is valid and acceptable to share in case it may help someone else make a decision on who to allow in his/her house.

I had the pleasure of working with a couple ladies who cleaned my house from prior to me purchasing the house through the end of 2021 and was very happy with their work. The Rise and Clean team's work was substandard in comparison.

Joe and his staff did an AMAZING job at cleaning windows for our Senior Living, Eagle Crest Villa. The communication was top notch and the thorough cleaning of the windows and screens is amazing as well. Please do yourself a favor and support this small local business-you won't be disappointed!
