When they have come out to service the pool, I have been very pleased with their work and their desire to get things running right.

Very professional and responsive. They came out the day after I called and installed a new pool pump before I even knew they were here. Installation took no more than 15 minutes. They found a new customer.

The service at Personal Touch Pool care is thorough and high quality. The techs take the time to explain what they are doing and why. They are also extremely responsive and answer all our questions...big or small.

Our pool pump had been leaking for a while and it finally gave out several weeks ago. We tried for months to have the leak fixed by Personal Touch Pool Care, but once the pump went out, we just couldn’t take it anymore. We switched to Larsen Pools in Denton who repaired the leak and replaced the pump the next day. I can't speak to using Personal Touch for pool construction, but our experience with their pool maintenance department was horrible.
