I have been very pleased with Personal Touch Pool Care!! They have kept my pool looking beautiful weekly. I love that they leave service cards to let me know what was done for that week and what the pool needed!! The owner and staff are so kind and helpful! I highly recommend Personal Touch!!

Freddi takes great care of our pool. We never have to ask him to do anything twice. The office ladies, Jeaneane and Sofie listen to us and handle any service request. They have been taking care of our pool for over six years. Very happy with service.

Contacted Personal Touch to help diagnose a water issue with my pool. Cody was the best! He identified the problems and educated me throughout the process. He was diligent in his service, contacted me daily with updates and always notified me before coming. I would use them again and recommend him to anyone else. Thanks for taking on such a big issue and resolving it with incredible professionalism.

Just finished a major job on our pool with Brandon at personal touch Pool Care installing a new gas heater and remote app so we can access our equipment remotely.

Brandon completed all of the work on time and stayed within the estimated budget so we are 100% satisfied with their service.

Personal touch has also been doing our weekly pool maintenance since 2017 and they do a great job!

I have been with Personal Touch Pool Care for years now. I appreciate how accessible they are and letting me know when they are on the way for a scheduled cleaning and answer questions I may have. They take the time to educate me so I can help prolong the life of our pool and show me areas that I may want to address in the future. Personal touch has cared for our pool for the last 6 years and we are happy with their service. Their field techs are thorough and friendly. We count on them to not only maintain our chemicals but observe any needed maintenance to the pool and equipment and keep everything in top condition. You can hire them with confidence.

If you’re reading this review, then you have made the very wise decision to not do your own pool care or repairs. Your time is much better spent doing other things! I have been a customer of personal touch pool care for about a decade and they have been nothing but excellent. I have used them exclusively for years of weekly service as well as numerous repairs. If you aren’t aware, pool equipment occasionally breaks. Nature of the beast.

I’ve never had any issues with either the work they performed or their business operations. They are always punctual, conscientious, and always do their work with the upmost in professionalism. Stop wasting time reading reviews and choose this company.

We started using Personal Touch Pool Care a few months ago when we lost control of algae growth. They have helped us maintain all the levels and got our pool looking beautiful again for us to enjoy over this hot summer. These guys are professional, kind, knowledgeable, punctual, and we are thankful to be their clients. We 10/10 recommend them and are glad we found them!!!!

I’ve been really disappointed with this company.

Today, the employee stepped in poop and smeared it off all over our concrete by the pool. We have tons of grass and gravel, but we watched as he scraped it off on our pool walkway.

Also, we put a pool cover on in the fall but continued paying over $300 for them to come out, check the levels, add zero chemicals, and leave. I called in November to see if there was a discount and was told it should have started as soon as the tech saw the cover. But she also told us we need to call to check. (??)
We were overpaying for the winter service. We were told the owner would call us regarding a refund or credit and never got a call.

The cost during the summer makes a little more sense as they clean the pool and actually work. But watching guys come out, bend down, and walk away without so much as adding a chemical or taking out a leaf is NOT worth hundreds a month.

Unfortunately I’ll be calling to cancel my service tomorrow.

Highly recommend Personal Touch. The fellow who services our pool is competent, professional, friendly, and on time every time. Our pool is perfect 365. If there were more than 5 stars to give, I would give whatever is the highest.

Pool maintenance and repair for both equipment and surfaces . We've been a customer for 15 years and have received top notch attention and priority service. Matthew saved our pool by taking our call very after hours and walking us through the winter storm and on how to winterize our pool - much later than any business normally answers the call. Blake and team maintain and care about our pool as if it was theirs. They feel like family and can be trusted with anything and everything pool and more.

Personal Touch does a great job. They come weekly and have never missed an appointment in over 5 years. My pool always looks perfect. When something wears out they fix it. They are by far the best pool service company I have ever worked with.
