Not only did the staff exceed our needs, the owner Dillion refunded us on parts that did not need to be replaced during the installation which saved us additional funds! That’s Integrity!! We were referred to Terioat and I hope this referral does the same. We are not easy to please but we are smiling, very pleased and cooling it out over Terioat! I had a man come out to diagnose an issue I was having with my AC unit. Unfortunately, the experience was awkward and uncomfortable. He told me my unit needed to be replaced and quoted me a few different prices for heat pumps. We knew the square feet but he wanted to look at the rooms in the house and wanted to go in my bedroom. I was alone and I am a young woman, so I wasn't comfortable with him going in my room, told him no twice not to enter. He went in anyways. After he left, he called me multiple times, not even 24hrs later when I was going to plan the unit to be replaced. He couldn't even remember my name correctly. Just an awkward experience and I won't be using them again.

Just got a house 2 months ago, and our ac did not have a very strong flow, making our ac worker harder, with it bearly keeping up and running longer, which resulted in a massive electric bill. Terioat came out and identified the main problem was the venting system in the attic. It was a complete mess by the person who installed it. Terioat gave me a great deal even though they would have redo the exchange leading to 8 different vents. Very intelligent and experienced.

The furnace stopped working in my 2nd garage/Man cave.
I couldn’t get it to come back on and it got down to 51 inside.
I called Terioat Mechanical and told them what was going on.
I got a call from Manny the same day and he said he was on the way.
He found out the heat kit had gone out and ordered one right away.
He kept me updated on when it would come in and and a few days later it did.
Manny showed up as soon as he got the new heat kit and installed it and had the furnace back on heating up my Man Cave in 30 minutes.
Then he checked over everything to make sure it was all good.
He was prompt and on time and very professional.
I will be calling him if I have any other problems with my heat or AC units.

Great work!! Explained in great detail on what’s going on. As well showed me step by step on how to take care of our unit. Drove 1 hour plus to my house and was able to install the whole unit in a few hours. After installing the new unit they showed me everything they have done. Love the transparency this company provides. Highly recommend them!!

My house is just over 4 years old and has never had a single problem keeping cool. This year, as everyone is aware, the heat has been exponentially worse. We usually run our thermostat at 72 when people are home and by 2pm it was starting to climb and topping out at 78. I figured it was the heat, but wanted to make sure. After spending a week getting the runaround by 2 other companies I will not name here, I took a chance and called Terioat on a Friday night at almost 6pm hoping for an appointment the next week. Not only did someone answer immediately, they said they could be out that night. I was blown away they were available in that short of notice, much less on a Friday night. Within 2 hours the tech was here and I am kicking myself for forgetting his name. He was extremely nice and we got down to work immediately. I explained what was going on and he asked the usual questions - filters, etc. All while he was checking things, he was explaining everything to me, giving me tips on what to do, how to do it, and how often. He showed me his gauges, explained all the numbers to me, and what we were looking for. After cleaning my unit and checking the temps, he opened it up to do diagnostics, once again talking me through it all. I learned so much, which was not expected. Ultimately the system looked great with the exception of a weak capacitor that wasn't quite cutting it. He took the time to explain how it could be affecting the rest of the unit and what he thought was happening. At no point did he try to sell me that this would fix everything, but that it was his feeling this was the issue. After replacing that, he went into the attic to check everything out. All looked good. I was a little skeptical that this was the issue and he picked up on that and said if it didn't fix the issue to call him and he would stay on the phone with me while we tried out some things and if we couldn't fix it that way, he would come back out and go from there. I was never pressured to buy unnecessary parts, given sales pitches, or felt like I was being misled. I wanted to wait until the hottest part of today to make sure it held up, and not only is it back to normal, I can even make it colder if I want to. In this crazy world, trust is everything and Terioat earned my trust and now have a lifetime customer. I cannot recommend them enough.

I highly recommend Terioat Mechanical for AC repairs. Our unit wasn't working during a scorching 115-degree day, but Manny arrived promptly and resolved the issue. The pricing was very fair compare to others and the service provided was nothing short of amazing. Trustworthy, efficient, and highly recommended!

They get four stars for working on a Friday evening after 5pm. And coming back when I let them know it was not working again. However I felt like I had to hold the techs hand and make him do his job. The thermostat died - came back on just as the tech pulled up. But he came to the door without tools and just glanced around and said it was fine and left. I called back 10 minutes later when it died again and he came back this time with tools. Said it was a faulty safety valve that he bypassed to make it come on.didn’t offer to replace the safety valve. He suggested we flush the line and replace the safety valve. I told him I wanted him to flush the line and he named the price and suddenly remembered the price of the safety valve that was in his truck. He found the line was completely clogged and had to use gas to unclog it so I’m wondering how my husband and I were supposed to unclog it if he had to do that? We are thankful there was not a charge for coming after 5 on a Friday. Everything works now but we will hesitate before calling again.

Very good work and very honest people! Manny came to check my system on a Sunday with no extra charge. He got my part under warranty. After giving me the charge, Manny asked if I thought the price was fair. I highly recommend this business!!

This is an additional review as I called them yesterday because our AC was not working. Manny said he would be out today and came just like he said he would at the time he said he would and called to let me know. He diagnosed the problem immediately, fixed it, and was gone in less than an hour plus charged a reasonable rate; this is a great company of high integrity. I highly recommend them.

The repairman was on time and checked unit in and outside the house. I was only charged a service call fee and not an additional hourly work rate as was the custom of other HVAC companies I'd called. I will definitely call them again for future work and maintenance.

I’ve used Manny and Goldy at Terioat for 3 different AC repairs. They are the fastest and most reliable AC repair team I know. Very honest and fair pricing. I never felt like I was being over charged. They have always come out to repair within 1-2 days of a phone call. Most other companies won’t even come out to look for a week. That’s just doesn’t work in this Texas heat. Highly recommend. Will be using them again in the future.

There were a few bumps in the road on this installation, however, in the end I am satisfied with Gorman’s team for addressing each of my concerns promptly and professionally. 6 months later, and the new Trane is working better and more efficiently than previous systems.

They are an awesome company and our tech that came out was very polite and even early for appointment! We were so fortunate for that!
Issue I have is the insane high price for a run capacitor! $222.00 is ridiculous when you can go to any company and get them for around $25.00. Total of $346.00 for something that cost so little and took less than 5 minutes to detect and fix. Feel like that is just pure taking advantage of the customer in dire situations!

I’ve used Gorman Mech before at a previous house and the experience was great. So when we had our a/c stop working on a Saturday night I reached out to them on Sunday morning. Their emergency response team was very responsive and had us back up and running before noon on Sunday!

It was a pleasure using Gorman Mechanical on my recent new HVAC system. We adopted Gorman from our home's previous owner's purchase of a Trane unit with a transferrable warranty. They have been out a few times to assist with maintenance on a faulty thermostat/sensor free of charge under warranty. Most importantly as a first-time homeowner, Josh has been a tremendous help to me in educating me about my system and how to maintain it properly. Josh just performed duct work today for a very fair price and I always feel very confident Gorman has done a great job when he comes out to my service.

Michael was a pleasure to work with. The crew they dispatched to replace two furnaces and one unit were prompt, professional and did a great job. Very satisfied with my decision to use Gorman.

Avoid this company at all costs. I used Gorman for other repairs because they were included in my home warranty for my new home purchase. Well my heating went down in the middle of January so I gave them a call to come look at it since they were familiar with my system. They sent two techs to look at the system and it took them about 45 minutes to tell me I needed a new blower motor. They quoted me $1,150 to replace the motor including labor.

I decided to get a second opinion from a more well known company in Fort Worth since the quote seemed a bit high from Gorman. One of the technicians from the well known company arrived and figured out the issue in about 3 minutes. It had nothing to do with the blower motor and was a small coil fix of about $170. The tech even showed me the system and explained that the blower was fine and showed how it worked if he bypassed the coil.

Save yourself some money and go with a different company before you overpay for something your system doesn't need.

Jesse, the technician, was incredibly kind and professional. He identified the problem quickly and was able to resolve it. This company installed both units (7-9 years ago) in our house, and this was the first time I had an issue. And it was quickly fixed.
