They got us a brand new Lennox system installed and WiFi thermostat that we wanted.
And got us financing!

Update: They fixed our AC. Our tech was always very nice and helpful. It took 6 days for them to get our part, because they don't have spare needed parts on hand and the supply chain is down.

Old: We had this place install a unit this year and have needed service once since due to the power failures of the grid damaging our unit. They came out at a very late time which was nice, and told us the motherboard was fried. They couldn't answer questions about why or how or what we could do in the future to prevent it. This is on a 105+ degree day with following days just as hot. They then said they would try to get a part but that since we weren't a new install we were not prioritized and they didn't know if the warehouse would get back to us the next day. The tech left and ... We received no communication at all. We had to call in repeatedly to ask about parts and what was going on. It's now the weekend and apparently the warehouse is closed so there's no fix in sight. The house was 91 degrees yesterday, so obviously we had to take the animals and leave. If they had told us at any point a timeline we could have worked around it better, but instead they told us they might get the parts in and then they ghosted us. When we tried to ask for information about what part it was so we could try to work on the problem ourselves they wouldn't give it to us!

AC in Texas is not a luxury, it's a necessity for health. We spent 16k with this company less than 5 months ago and they can't be bothered to service us or even communicate with us.

Woke up to AC not working called OHAC&H at 6 am, they made repairs and had us up and running by 9 am. Rocky was our technician, he was prompt, courteous and a true professional. One Hour is lucky to employ a tech this good.

We have a ac with a warranty that says parts 100% paid for ten years. Yet we were charged $199.
When we first called was told $58 service charge which we were fine with. Technician Michael Bell came told my husband $380 when my husband tried asking about warranty and why we were being charged that Michael got rude to him and said this is upgraded part and your only option .than told him he didn't know what he was talking about our warranty didn't cover that. WE HAVE WARRANTY IN WRITTING. Than my husband called office and was told $199. 3 DIFFERENT QUOTES STILL WAITING ON SUPERVISOR WE PAID $16,000 FOR THIS UNIT AND WARRANTY TO GET THIS RUN AROUND AND TO BE TREATED DISRESPECTFUL

My experience was ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. My ac stopped working and I called one hour out. The tech told me that there was a leak in the system and he could recharge it and then do a leak test. He gave me of FIVE THOUSAND for parts and labor to find the leak, or 900 for the service call and to re charge and no guarantee it would hold a charge. Which I STUPIDLY paid. I made a home warranty claim and another technician came out took the cover off and IMMEDIATELY found the leak on a copper pipe in the unit. Was VERY obvious when he tested it. This is INSANE to be charged 900 and quoted 5 grand for a repair. If I could rate zero stars I would. I would rate negative stars if I could. If you call this company out do your due diligence.

Except if you are looking for someone to work on your ac. This is who you want in your home. Call them once and you will never call anyone else.

I submitted a quote and within an hour they responded and had my AC back up and working all in the same day. I was very impressed by their service. I highly recommend them!

AC went down last night, call them this morning, techs came out attacked the outside unit like birds of prey, within 10min. they found the issue and fixed it, now that is service, no BS, no screwing around.

Can you fall in love with your HVAC guy? I did! Taylor from Poe Air analyzed my problem, explained what I needed and was a delight to work with. He was prompt, kind, friendly and incredibly helpful. He works fast, works smart and so very considerate of the house. He even cleans up everything!! If you are not using Poe Air, you are missing out.

Poe AC and Heating is the best. They saved me thousands of dollars on two new Trane units they just installed . They are neat professional and offer the best prices. They are my permanent AC and Heating go to company for all future services.

Had an AC unit that was down for several days due to trying to use American Home Shield for service. The AC person they sent said my coil was broken and needed complete replacement but had to get approval from AHS. Several days later, I get a call from AHS that my out-of-pocket costs will be over $2,000 with a pile of charge to 'get up to code'. Then I decided to call Poe Air. Jim came out, put 1 pound of refrigerant in my unit and we had work AC again - for less then $200. I am going to need to replace my AC units and will have that discussion with Poe Air in the fall when rebate prices are better!

I've been doing business with Gary Poe since 2005, initially through Guinco Service and then with Poe Air when Guinco separated out their A/C service. Gary Poe (Poe Air) is an honest dealer who does outstanding work. I've had them replace one of my A/C systems and will probably replace a second system next year. Highly recommended.

Tech showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. Gave me recommendations without a hard sell. Was able to pay with credit card without any hassle. Great overall experience and would definitely use them again and refer them to neighbors without hesitation.

I seldom leave reviews. However, I think it is important to praise Poe Air. I have never felt taken advantage of by Poe. They are fast, honest and reasonable. I would never take a risk on another Air company.

They responded promptly from the online service request and came out the next day. They looked over our system thoroughly, checked the freon which we didn't need any and cleaned the condenser. Jim made some recommendations as to when is the best time to replace the a/c system.

I don’t normally leave reviews because I’m rarely blown away by the service. But Gary and the entire Poe Air team need to be celebrated. There are few people on this planet as kind and honest as Gary and the Poe Air team. I called three other places about my AC unit in Azle, TX before Poe Air. Three! Each one quoted me thousands of dollars to replace my AC unit. Sorry, I misspoke. They quoted me tens of thousands to replace the unit. I was panicking over how I would even begin to pay for this. My husband and I are trying to retire and we’re considering working for years more just to keep the house cool because of these people.

But then Gary came. I’ll admit, I didn’t have much hope that he would repair my unit. I mean at this point he was a he 4th one to come out. Gary checked everything over top to bottom and gave me a list of options. He fixed my coil within a day, came out after hours to help, and worked so diligently to get the job done. I can’t thank him and Poe Air enough. Not once did he even recommend a new unit. He told me there’s plenty of life left in my unit. He got my home cool and comfortable for fractions of what the others were saying. If I ever have to replace a unit I would consult with Gary long before anyone else. It’s all because of his honest and fair work. If he says the unit is dead, I believe him. Anyone else, hard pass. Gary and Poe Air know their stuff. Don’t trust your money, patience, and respect with anyone else.

Look, Poe Air and Gary are the real deal. I can vouch for them and guarantee you won’t be let down. They are good and honest people just trying to help their customers out. In today’s world that seems to be long gone. But not at Poe Air. They care. And for that I thank them and will always recommend them to everyone. You have a lifelong customer with me. I promise.

Will definitely use Poe Air for any service I need to my AC in the future. Gary was very professional and provided excellent service. Also very timely and kept us updated on time of arrival.

Poe Air is by far the best air-conditioning and heating company that I have ever had to my home. I have dealt with this professional company for over 10 years. They are very professional ,and are highley recommended . (I wish they did plumbing!)
