Gary and his team are amazing. They are extremely professional and honest. Our issue(s) were not easily solved but Gary and his team never gave up. It took several days to completely remedy the issue but they all worked as hard as they could to get us taken care of. The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them! Poe Air now has lifetime customers with us.

Poe air came out to fix my thermostat issue today and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. The tech was professional and efficient and even took the time to explain to me what went wrong and how to fix this particular issue myself in the future if I ever need it again. Gary came out today, and WOW. Glad I called Poe Air, instead of the other local services. He took the time to diagnose our issues, and found out it was just the digital thermostat. We were able to match a TRANE thermostat to our system, and low and be-hold, it worked great! Saved us so much money.

Garrett arrived same-day (super lucky there), explained what the issue was and did not attempt to sell me a new system or any unnecessary add-ons. Gary, owner of Poe Air had previously come out to check our ac condenser. Our ac wasn't cranking out cold air. A simple check revealed fire ants as the culprit. He resolved it within minutes. Then too, the outside unit was old and talk of a replacement unit got brought up, so I gave him a green light to do so. Best decision yet. He and his crew came out, and did not leave til the install job was thorough and complete, even cleaning out the blower and replacing a capacitor to ensure proper operation of our hvac system. Pricing was reasonable as well. Kudos to Gary & his team at Poe Air. Very knowledgeable and strong work ethic. I highly recommend them for any and all of your hvac needs.

Garrett came out and replaced the fan motor on my outside unit he was done in less than an hour. I was very pleased with the service I recieved. I will continue to use them from now on.

Had the fan on the outside unit going bad and with the freezing temperatures coming I needed it fixed same day. I am very happy with the service and fast same day replacement even had a new fan with them and was fixed in an hour, I’ll definitely be using them from here on out.
