Great service! Brand new hvac for older home , delivered and installed in just a few hours.

They really helped me during the after math of the deep freeze we got in feburary of 2021. Our furnace broke from the rolling outages and had to be completely replaced they tried every way they could to help us get financing to pay for the repairs so we wouldn't freeze with the next cold front that was coming in. Very responsive to calls and call backs and fast service.

Tyler came in found the problem and repaired and was finished and gone within an hour. Thank You Kenneth Bates and his team at Southwestern Air & Heat.

Called day before a holiday, came right out, came back out on the holiday and replaced the part. No extra fees for coming out on the holiday in July in Texas!

Driver of license plate sdc3838 seems to think driving illegally around construction barriers to cut traffic lines is ok. Or that his time is more important than everyone else’s. Good company representative doing that in a company vehicle.

Arrived right at the scheduled window, very knowledgeable and fixed the issue promptly. Super friendly and walked through any questions and described what the issue was. Highly recommend.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They strung us along for nearly 3 weeks, during a heat wave, with no remorse or sympathy. If I could give 0 stars I would. We contacted Southwest Comfort Air & Heat in order to have our A/C unit (which is less-than-2 years old) repaired. Despite having received a call in the morning to confirm the appt., the technician never showed up. We called the next day to find out why they were a no-show and why they didn't call. They could not provide an explanation and stupidly, we scheduled another appt. Just like the 1st appt, they called to confirm appt and this time they assured us someone would come that day. I should have known better when I was told they could not provide a window period as " this is the nature of the business." Yet another lie from them as I am always provided with a time frame! So needless to say, again they were a no-show and couldn't even have the common courtesy to call! When I called again to to confront them - the receptionist/appt booker (Holly, I think) acted surprised and said she thought the tech had been there the day before. But in the next breathe-she said we were on the schedule for that day. Why would we be on the schedule if she thought the tech had already come? Another of the countless lies!!! I promptly told her to cancel appt because if they couldn't even pick up the phone- why would I trust them to do any repairs! This company is extremely unprofessional, rude and not deserving of anyone's business. There is no limit to the amount and extent of lies they tell. I will be reporting them to Goodman & recommending they remove them as an approved company that can work on their products

Came in my house got right to work. Fixed a loose wire and replaced a blown fuse. 5 minutes later bing! bang! bong! There done and gone. Very professional.
