A business that is ran the old fashion way. The owner comes out and talks with you, listens, and gets to know exactly what you need. He believes if his cutomers are happy, then and only then will he be successful. His help is closely watched and have a great ripor with the boss. They are also polite, respectful of others and property. Prices are competive with others. When you call there is a live person, who is very nice, that answers the phone. I could go on and on about how wonderful they are. So nice to work with a company that is there for you and does what they say they are going to do. Thank you TRW Heating and Air, you have made me happy and "COOL!"

This company came to my house to give me an estimate to replace my duct work, i spoke to the owner himself . He was delayed during initial estimate and sent anthother employee out for estimate, 4 weeks later i still had not received the estimate. I called again and spoke to the owner, who apologized and said he would come that day and take care of me……well im still waiting. I would suggest finding some other company who knows how to keep their word, im sure this is a reflection of how they operate their business.

A/C went down and i called around and everyone was to busy to come out until i called TRW they came out and looked at my unit and gave me options and i asked for a complete replacement and they set it up and got to it right away nd we are back up and running. Very nice people and took real good care of us.

We called this company after being referred by a friend. I wish I had called a few more companies first!
The owner and employees were nice. After their fourth or fifth visit within in a couple of months that started to change. Our new unit continually froze up. I finally told the owner I wanted a different system since this one had several parts replaced and it still wasn't working properly. I was told multiple times that they would replace some other part of it but they had to order it. I was also told by the owner not to turn it down so low and that would handle it. I do not turn it down that low- 72 degrees is not low!
I have since learned where to keep it set so it doesn't freeze up (as much) so thankfully I haven't felt the need to call anyone to look at it. I wasn't even going to review them but yesterday I received my electric bill and it was $464. I have never received a bill anywhere near that much. A friend whose house is about the same size as mine received her bill yesterday as well. Hers was $287, which was high but expected in this horrid heatwave. She is with the same electric company as I am and my bill shouldn't have been more than hers, as we usually have about the same cost. That narrows this down to the air-conditioning system that is not capable to perform at these temperatures even though it is brand new.
As a widow, I feel like I have had a double blow by this company as I spent almost $7,000 to replace our old unit and now am having to go without other things as I rearrange my finances to pay high electric bills that I think would be much more manageable with a better quality unit than I was sold. I do not recommend them.

I have used TRW since 2008 and they never fail to impress me from their work to their pricing they are amazing and I will never use another hvac company again except TRW. They are amazing and the most friendly down to earth people I have the privilege of knowing. Thank you.

We have several rental properties and TRW is our HVAC team. They are always quick to respond and the fact that they work weekends is great when you have a tenant with ac problems. We have found their prices to be fair and very reasonable from repairs to total replacements. I don't think you will find a more honest company.

My name is Cindy Stovall. This company is simply awesome. Every time I have called for service they are there within hours. Once there they are professional and know their job. Today the technician named James came. Great guy, very courteous and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the time he took to explain everything to me. You just cannot go wrong using this company.

On time and fast repair of our AC issue. Fully explained the required repair and provided a workaround until the necessary part arrived for installation.

We dealt with a horrible company that worked on our heat pump for 3 months charging us $1,400 on top of our warranty expenses and we saw no results. Rutledge came out and had the issue diagnosed in 30 minutes. 23 dollar part fixed it. They even fixed everything the other company messed up. So thankful for them! They were so empathetic of what we went through and took such good care of us. Absolutely the best people to work with, trained and experienced. I cannot say enough good things!

Robert and Shannon did what other HVAC companies failed to do. They fixed my HVAC clog problem! Robert knew exactly what he was doing and fixed it efficiently. Then Shannon went over future HVAC follow-up protocols and gave me their estimate for it.
Great people and I’ll be using them again for any HVAC issues I have!
