Finally received the warranty. Now I can write a truer review.

Our AC unit went out on July 4th, my husband was able to fix it by replacing parts after parts after parts, it ran very well and could possibly would have for another year or so. However, we decided that since our house was built in 2002 it would be better for us to replace the entire A/C unit and the furnace including the accessories that went along with it using Hobbs H/A. The process was very easy and what we liked most about the company is the guys that came in for the evaluation and sign us up for the installation, the guys that installed the equipment were a delight as well. Other than the issue with receiving the warranty in a timely manner, maybe it should have been delivered after installation, we are happy at this point.

We bought an AC unit in July and have yet to receive a warranty from them. Every time I call I’m told that it will be emailed in two weeks. Well it’s September and still no warranty.

Justin was prompt and efficient when we had a clog causing excessive water dripping. It is great to have knowledgeable and friendly techs!

Hobbs came out and diagnosed & fixed the problem in a day. I had another AC that I was waiting for another AC company to order the part going on two weeks. Hobbs fixed that AC the next day. Their guys are truly professional . They fixed the AC & then came in, checked & replaced all the filters in my house. I don’t write reviews, but I had to put down in words what it meant to be treated like a person and not a payment. You cannot go wrong if you have these guys complete your AC work.

I have had to call on Hobbs to fix my A/C unit 2 times and they have been spectacular both times. In each case they were able to come out same day and solve the problem. The first was a fan that failed and the second was a low voltage and high voltage short which was very difficult to figure out, but they work in horrible heat till they solved it. From the person who answers to phone to the folks that worked on the unit everyone was super nice and responsive. I would highly recommend Hobbs to anyone for all their HVAC needs.

I called Hobbs Heating and Air on a Sunday morning because A/C stopped working. I left a message and received a return call within 30 mins. Tech was at my door within an 1.5 to 2 hours to diagnose the issue. Ordered the part and installed next day. This is the type of customer service that is hard to find these days. Thank you Hobbs Inc.

My Ac went out in the 105 degree day yesterday. Not fun. I tested my capacitor and it was out of spec. So i called this shop that is 1 block from my house and asked if they could sell me a capacitor. They said no but they could send a tech for $85 and price of part. Ok so how much for the part? 45/5 440v capacitor? $238 she says. Well i already ordered one on Amazon for $19.99 and dont want to sweat all night. Can you please sell me one thats not marked up 2000%. What a joke. I hung up. Ill never call again. After a night of sweating i decided to write a well deserved review. And i fixed it myself today for $20 bucks. Looking thru reviews i see they robbed an elderly man with same issue for $700. Shame on you

Hobbs Heating and Air was responsive to my needs. They answered the phone after hours and told me to expect a call around 8am confirming a specific time window for the technician to arrive. The technician arrived as expected and we walked him through our issues. He then got to work and within 30 minutes he has a complete diagnosis and action plan. He went to pick up the parts needed for the repair after giving me a reasonable quote. He returned as expected and made the repair in under an hour. Our technician was professional, respectful. We are glad we called Hobbs!

Called about my air conditioner, not cooling, and the technician, Justin, came within two hours and added the amount of Freon needed. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Very pleased with this service today.
