Justin was able to come earlier. He inspected the compressor, told me what he had to do and the cost, and after I said to go ahead, he quickly completed the repair. He made sure everything was put back. He was polite and professional.

Awesome customer service. We had lightning strike extremely close to our home which blew out several major items around the house which included our A/C unit. The service staff came out the same day and worked extremely hard to try and get our unit up and operational. The lightning took out several computer boards which had to be ordered They kept us posted through text and emails.

My system was not cooling very well. I called and got an appointment right away and Justin was great! Explained what was going on and the cost of refrigerant. Hobbs is my go to for a/c! They are trustworthy and fair and do their best to get the problem fixed asap!
