Contacted Rutledge about a coming out to just do a check up on my mini split....was able to get a specialist out here same day! Specialist showed me exactly what the issue was, how he was going to fix it, and time/cost....all up front before doing anything which was nice (last time I had work done the company just hit me with a massive bill after the fact which I would have gone a different direction if I knew that up front). Customer service from specialist as well as young lady I spoke with over the phone was fantastic.....you can tell they truly care about the work they do as well as their customers. Will definitely refer and use again if ever needed. Highly recommend!

Our air conditioner went out in the middle of August — one of the hottest months in Texas — and we were working through a home warranty, which can be a slow and frustrating process. From the very beginning, Shannon at Rutledge Refrigeration was the reason we made it through.

She was diligent, responsive, and truly committed to getting our unit repaired or replaced. Even though the home‑warranty process stretched to 48 days, Shannon stayed on top of every step and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. Knowing she had our back made an unbearable situation survivable.
We added some other services not included with the home warranty and no problems at all.

We could not have withstood the Texas heat without her persistence and professionalism. Rutledge Refrigeration — and especially Shannon — earned every bit of this five‑star

Highly recommend Rutledge HVAC for any HVAC needs you have. Our warranty company sent them out and I was very impressed. You can tell they are an honest, small business and are just trying to do right by their customers. We had our unit go out over Christmas and they moved quickly to get a special part and repaired asap. Shannon was very kind and honest and we would use them again.

Our Furnace went out during the couple of days of Cold Weather, Contacted my CHoice Home Warranty. They assigned Rutledge Refrigeration and HVac. They came out quick and took care of the problem. Shannon always kept us notified of what was going on our contract and called us when they were coming. Very Professional Co. I recommend this Co. for anyone needing AC work. This people are very Courteous and Proffessional.

We first found Rutledge through our home warranty company, when one of our units wasn't working properly. They came to our home punctually aand performed the work to repair our unit. This is a man and wife team, and they are very personable and professional. We have 3 units in our home that are getting older, as well as 2 mini splits in our shop. We asked them to return and give them a "spring tune-up". Once again, they arrived when they told us they'd be here and did everything we asked them to. We plan to ask them to return this spring to once again give our units a spring tune-up. I would gladly recommend Rutledge Heating and Air Conditioning if you are needing service to your heating or air conditioning system.

After spending 3 hot summers without any AC, and getting no relief from my home warranty company, Rutledge Refrigeration and AC found me a unit that I could afford. Installed it soon after that and I have been very satisfied ever since. Not only did they install it quickly, but they have periodically done the seasonal inspections to make sure that it will last a long time. I highly recommend Rutledge Refrigeration and AC for all your heating and cooling needs. Great people and great quality. The perfect combination.

We lost our heat during the late January cold snap. Rutledge came out, diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and fixed everything in less than a week. The technician, Alex, was professional, knowledgeable and very willing to answer our questions. We made a request to please send him back to complete the repair. The owners of Rutledge, Shannon and Robert, were also helpful and patient as we asked our questions. We felt we were is safe hands from start to finish. We will definitely use them in the future should our systems need work. Highly recommend!!

Rutledge replaced our failing heat pump with a speed and professionalism that is hard to find these days. Shannon kept me apprised of appointment timing, costs and any delays that had to be dealt with via my home warranty company. I recently had a full house system replaced by The AC Shop and I am very pleased with the way they installed it as well as the end result. The system in my house was 25 years old and was not able to maintain cooling of 82 degrees. They showed up on a Friday afternoon, and after troubleshooting it for a while, they explained to me that while several components could be replaced, the best choice really would be for a new system, as the current one had more than run its course and would require quite a bit of maintenance just to keep it running right. I elected to go for the replacement and they had a new air handler installed in a couple of hours and picked up the new matching outside unit the following morning. The Durastar system works great with a lot less cycling and shorter run times than the old one. Their attention to detail during every step of the installation impressed me as well, and their pricing was reasonable compared to some outfits out there. True pros these guys. Had to purchase a new A/C/Heat pump system for a mobile home that I bought that did not come with one. Shopped around and Andrew hooked it up and got it taken care of! Granted that was around July 2024 and its now October 2025, we are two summers in and still going strong! The house is nice and chill during the summer and nice and warm in the winter. Andrew is a pro, thanks again!

This is the best AC company I have used. The owner himself came out, checked out the system, found the problem quick, repaired it. The priced quoted was estimate. After repair, the bill was a lot lower then quoted because he looked for ways to save me money. I would recommend Azle Air for all your HVAC needs. Thank you, Robin, and thank you for your service.

Brad was professional and prepared as he responded to our heat issue. He had the necessary replacement breakers on hand and quickly had us back up and running. I will definitely call again the next time we need service.

Update: it won't let me add a second review, but we called again and Frankie came out to troubleshoot an outdoor unit. He was friendly and knowledgeable and got us squared away quickly. I will continue to call Azle Air Conditioning for any future needs.

Hobbs process is seamless. Justin Smith did a fantastic job on routine maintenance of our units and was very professional.

After suffering through 2 other local AC companies, we finally found Hobbs. Blake and his team are prompt, present a professional appearance, clean from start to finish, extremely knowledgeable and priced competitively...could of asked for nothing more!
