These guys were awesome. I had an AC that would work for 20/30 min then would shut off. These guys came out and waited till the problem occurred and then diagnosed the problem. Now the AC is fixed. Thanks guys.

We have had horrible A/C issues for the last month and half. Several A/C companies have been out and each one had a different story on what was wrong...obviously more important to them to chase more money than make sure senior citizens and their pets are taken care of during this terrible weather. Lucky for us came Rutledge Refrigeration and HVAC LLC. We have had them twice and both times what a great job! Minimal issues fixed quickly and their technician Cody Lane is AMAZING. What a great young man. He not only knows what he is doing but his customer service is OUTSTANDING. The first time he came out on his own on a Sunday to make sure we were up and running, the second time the other evening, he came out in the evening on his way home so we would not have to wait. We were beginning to feel there is no humanity, never mind customer service. This gentleman sure put that aside for us. We weren't lucky, we were blessed to have this company and Cody. We will never deal with anyone else again.
