While the guy who came out was nice, tyler, maybe? He was new, and I assume he did a good job as far as I know.

The issue is with the receptionist, I should have known when I first called, then almost called back to cancel because of her. I was asking simple questions like what all do yall do in your service what do you check etc. She didn't know then had ti grt on the computer to find a document. If she had been new, I could see this, but I'm sure it's the same lady others complain about in other reviews. I had asked to get the price of a yearly contract for 2 units and then how much just a single service was. I told her that I wanted to do a yearly while on the phone. She then said well we can set you up on a yearly (2 times a year) for the next one but this one will be $180 for just this service then you can sign up for a yearly next time. I said I'm not sure where the confusion came, but why can't this be a yearly? She said it could if she would have known. I said we'll can you not change it to a yearly, then she said well I would have if I would have known. She was calling me for payment so why couldn't she have changed it? I just got frustrated and said whatever just charge me the higher amount but dont worry about contacting me again ill find someone else that can do a yearly service and not have such a hard time figuring it out. She got somewhat rude, and I just said forget it and hung up. Yes, she had already got my card information and charged it at this point.

So thankful we call this company. The guys came out same day to repair our ac, which starting acting up during these hot June days. Super friendly and knowledgeable about the equipment. Was fair on pricing. Thank you guys will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I can not say enough good things about Kenny and his guys! He replaced our whole hvac system in our old home and did a great job at a price waaaaay under all my other quotes! When we moved into our new house and realized that the ax wasn't working right we knew exactly who to call! We scheduled a big job last year. Kenny ordered all the parts and 3 days before the repair was to take place our car engine blew up. Although they do financing we try hard not to do that, oh I was 8 month pregnant at the time! Kenny was so understanding and told us not to worry he could send the parts back! We finally got his guys out this year to fix the problem. They are always professional and never make me feel uncomfortable with them in the house, even brought in a toy for my little girl! Southwest comfort has our Business as long as were in Texas! Thank you!

I want to shout from the roof top how amazing it is to find this honest company. Robert was great and fixed my AC on the spot. AC company down the street wanted $8,200 and not even a new unit, just parts. Robert came out, knew the issue right away, total cost was $340. I’ll never call another company ever again. Thank you so much!

Josh was very knowledgeable. He was able to install my unit for a lot less than other HVAC companies. I also, was able to meet the owner Kenny. He truly cares for his customers.

This is a company you can trust! From install through maintenance and repairs (fixing something I accidentally damaged), they're there every step of the way. They're responive, prompt, and really care about the customer. Thanks a million for keeping my home comfortable!!

Southwestern Comfort Air and Heat LLC did a great job repairing my a/c unit. They were on time, completed the work in a timely manner and charged a fair price. I will continue to use them in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone else! Thank you for a job well done!

Purchased two units when this business had a previous owner. The cost of both, was close to 10K dollars. Both units are less than three years old. Flash forward it is summer, and had a minor issue with one of the units and it was not cooling or coming on during this Texas Heat. Called on Tuesday, and was told would be on the schedule for Thursday, due to the "nature of the business." I even explained the issues over the phone and sent photos of the issues, and was hopefully thinking a mechanic would at least give a courtesy call to check in or ask questions. However, due to the "nature of the business," communication and customer service was poor. Sure, it's Texas and it's hot and AC folks are busy, but too busy to make a five minute call? I called again on Wednesday to get an update, and still got the same response, "nature of the business." I was told due to the "nature of the business," we can not give you a time window for Thursday. I quickly called Fort Worth Air Conditioning Company and spoke directly with the owner, and as busy as he was he ensured me he would come by my house the same day I contacted him. During the same day, he contacted me to make sure we were okay, and that he would be on his way. He arrived in the time he stated and got us up back and running, and even showed me how to fix it myself if it occurs again. Even he was shocked at the poor service coming from Southwestern Comfort Air and Heat. Well, it's Thursday and I was supposed to be on the schedule and yet still no one has called with any communication or information. Safe to say; we will no longer be using this company. Thanks, but no thanks.

This is the place to go for your a/c repairs. Kenny is a very fair and honest man. Chris and James do excellent work. Holly in the office is very friendly and professional. All products are 100% American made. We're so happy with their service and products. I'm a very happy and cool customer. I will use them again!

This has got to be one of the BEST companies ever! We called on July 3 as our AC unit stopped working. There was a technician at our door within a couple of hours - the problem was diagnosed - a new something or other was needed and it could be Tuesday before the part might be located. As we were making plans of what to do in Texas on July 4th weekend without AC - the phone rang, the part was located and since we have small children, we would be the first stop on July 4th! There was no upcharge for a holiday and we were cooling off before 10:00 AM! Top notch service - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Techs were prompt, professional & efficient. Wore uniforms with their names & explained the whole inspection process with easy to understand language. They treated us as family-very impressive!!!!!

These folks are on point. We called and explained our problem. The knowledgeable techs were at our home within an hour from our initial call. They diagnosed and made repairs in 30 minutes. The techs were professional , courteous , and quick , however, thorough.. I will save them to my phone contacts …They saved the day

If I could leave this company zero stars I would! Worst customer Service I have EVER experienced.
Owner had his crew install the incorrect part on purpose because he said the correct part was ordered but delayed. And was tired of me the customer trying to get updates, during 100 degree days. Almost burnt my house down. Have pictures and proof from Baker Brothers Technician. Wires left exposed, duct work laying on the ground, the list goes on and on. Kenny is a complete liar, never was honest till I threatened to sue him. $14,000.00 later on a "new" system and still had to hire another company to clean up his mess.
Not to mention the unprofessional demeaner of his employees taking a leak in my back yard, showing up saying things are "good to go" to find out they didn't even plug the unit in.
Will be reporting to BBB with the photos and statements from 2 other heating and AC companies. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING IT'S NOT WORTH THE DANGER AND HEADACHE!!!

Kenny is absolutely amazing! He is courteous, punctual and reliable. I couldn't be happier and I've recommended him to several others, including my father, and my sister who as well, continues to use him and his company present day. We consider him a trustworthy friend!!

Owners seems nice enough but the communication is not good.

Very responsive, office staff friendly and accommodating, tech's are knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly.

The worker was very professional, friendly and efficient. The staff in the office was very friendly and contacted me when they said they would.

They always go over and beyond to get the job done. The best part is they do not try and over sell!! Great people with great customer service! Thank y’all!!
