They come quickly are knowledgeable and professional. They had me replace outside unit and evaporator coil after large Freon leakand said no reason to replace whole unit. I know other companies would tell you whole thing would have to be replaced cause it happened in past with another unit. Great company to work with

Very happy with the service that Poe Air provided to us from scheduling to the service call. We needed the AC unit at our rental house checked out for the lack of cool air blowing. Taylor was very personable and honest in the repair needed. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had the part in his truck. After he installed the new fan the house cooled right away. We've had a bad experience with another local company and I am so pleased that our realtor recommended Poe Air.

Great service and pricing. Came the same day I called, and fixed the problem quickly. I thought I needed expensive freon recharge, but he found a simpler problem. Saved me money and got my old system running like a champ again. Highly recommend!

Gary Poe came to us highly recommended, and for a good reason. He really knows his stuff. He was trained in the military, and has many years of experience since then. When you hire Poe Air, you skip the maximum-profit approach that comes with the big companies who somehow keep going to "all new system" as the fix you need for say, a compressor. He is the only AC tech we could find that would replace your current refrigerant when done instead of charging $900 for new refrigerant, making an $8000++ total replacement job into a $2200 only-what you-need job. He then fine-tuned the air flow part of things to get the best performance even with our fairly old system. A great example of a local family business!

Gary Poe is the best air conditioning service professional I have ever used! He is incredibly knowledgeable with our huge home that has air conditioners and a refrigeration unit. He is very very good at diagnosing problems, fixing them, cleaning up, when the job is done. He also puts covers on his shoes when he is walking around the house! I love that I can pay a monthly fee so the cost is divided over 12 months to do air-conditioning checks both in the spring and the fall. His office manager calls to remind me that It is time for AC cleaning and checks, which is very nice! I would highly recommend Poe Air!

We had ac problems after hours and put a call on to Poe Air. It went to a recorded message, but before we could get referrals from friends and family for another company he called back and was at our home in less than 30 mins. He singled out the problem, and listened to our concerns about a high electric bill did a system check and informed us of a possibility of the cause; too much freon. He said it causes the AC to use more electricity and recommended "bleeding" some off.
We agreed to call and set another appointment and before we could the next day, he called us, was able to come right away. He took his time measuring for cool air loss too. He fixed the problem and did not charge extra! We were really happy with his professionalism. Even asking about a new system did not cause him to go into hypersalesman. We will recommend this company and continue to support thm ourselves.

Absolute pleasure to deal with. Fair prices (best part). Gary and his team have kept my 15 year old air handler running at its best. I really like the appointment confirmation emails I receive before the service, and the invoice emailed to me immediately after the job is completed. I gladly give my business to Poe Air!

Showed up on time and charged a fair amount. Work was fast and efficient. They were very knowledgeable and able to answer questions quickly and with good reasoning. They were referred to us by a friend and they did not disappoint.

My review, not surprisingly, only has one difference with this review below. Gary first serviced my system 14 years ago. Everything shared is "spot on". If you're looking for service or new installation of a system...you can't do better!

Gary first serviced our air conditioning systems over 10 years ago. Exemplary customer service supporting keeping our aging system alive as long as possible, earned the opportunity to sell & upgrade our system when the time arrived. Great consultation to select the correct system. Now installed and continuing ongoing preventive maintenance for the last couple of years ensure a long life to our system & investment. New system saved over $2500 a year in energy saving.

Gary continues to provide service with an "exceed expectation" approach. He has now added Shannon to the service team. I'm sure to protect his high level of service as his business grows.

Absolutely recommend Poe Air!

Jim was very professional and helped us get some cool air blowing through the horse again. We had a leak in the Freon line and he repaired it good as new.

LOVE Poe Air!!! We have had 2 other people come out to "fix" our A/C unit. 1 replaced a transformer and 1 replaced some little black box thing that kept frying out. Poe checked EVERYTHING! Gary found a leak and fixed it, found some crazy wiring that somebody else had done and made it right and a couple of other things. He was fast, thorough, and professional. Not only that but they are also amazing people with big hearts. They are actively involved in helping a lot of homeless people and they give from their hearts. They will be the ONLY call we will make from now on. Could not ask for a better company!

2022 Update: We have referred several people to Poe Air and they have been VERY happy with the results. I will keep continuing to highly recommend them.

We have been fortunate to have Poe Air take care of our heating and cooling needs for several years. They are top notch, professional, courteous and provide exemplary customer service.

They monitor our Trane system regularly and have been very reasonable when repairs have been necessary.

My advice: Try ‘em and you’ll like ‘em!
