I was very pleased with how quickly Texas Plumbing Repair responded to my plumbing emergency. They had a crew at my house within 15 minutes of my call and they contacted a restoration company for me to start the water remediation who was here within 2 hours.
The person I first spoke to from Texas Plumbing also checked back with me periodically during the day to see how things were going and to make sure I was being taken care of.
Good customer service is hard to find these days but Texas Plumbing knocked it out of the park with their customer service.
Very reasonable rates and they explained pricing before the work started.

Beyond happy with my choice of choosing Texas Plumbing Repair! Being new to Saginaw I had no idea who too call. I read their reviews and knew to call them right away. My sewer line was severally clogged they ran a camera gave me an estimate for the broken line I had and had it fixed within 24 hours! Being such a big repair I was shocked how quickly my system was up back too 100%. Thanks guys for helping me when I needed it most !

Our drain line was backing up and needed replacing. After calling around this was the only place that could even be here within the week and they were here same day. They quickly got my drain cleared and got me a quote on replacing the old sewer line due to its compromised integrity. As soon as we told them we were ready, there was a team knocking on my door at 8 am sharp the next morning to begin working. They stayed most of the evening until the job was complete. All 90 feet of my old drain dug up and replaced with beautiful new PVC all in a days work. I am grateful for the speed, efficiency, and professionalism Texas Plumbing Repair showed when dealing with my family’s personal emergency. Even after receiving payment they returned next morning 730 am sharp to be present for the city inspection. I highly recommend this company.

Texas Plumbing Repair was the only company willing to come out to address a hot water tank issue that was discovered late on a Sunday evening. They were helpful in a stressful situation and Michael was excellent in communicating with us.

I will be calling TPR again the next time I need any plumbing repairs done. Every aspect of doing business with them was 5 stars. "Scott" came in barely over an hour from my phone call. He was friendly, respectful, and focused right away on finding the problem. He found it, fixed it, and charged a very reasonable price. I have to give them five stars dealing with the septic is so stressful and he understood and I’m a redhead at that! my appointment got lost in the mix. The guys were super busy so the owner came out himself. He is very nice Accomplished what he was supposed to very quick. I appreciate him and his beautiful wife for making a trip Just so I could keep my appointment time I would definitely call them back again.

Called Texas Plumbing at 9pm and they sent Blake out at 9am the next morning. We live full time in a rv and all mobile rv services were booked until Monday. Blake assessed and fixed the plumbing issue (leaking pex hose) in a timely and professional manner. Supe nice guy! Will definitely call Texas Plumbing in the future for all Plumbing needs.

Texas Plumbing Repair is great. They got back to me very quickly, every time I contacted them. They got to our home, to make the necessary repair the next day, even though it was not an emergency, and I called late in the afternoon. The work was done quickly as well. They provided pictures of the leak before and after the repair. The cost was reasonable. The workers were professional and courteous. I saved their contact information and I will be calling them for any work we need done in the future. I would highly recommend Texas Plumbing Repair.

TPR just completely redid my plumbing system, house to sewer line. Michael himself came out on a Sunday to give us a quote. Michael was upfront and honest with the pricing, with an unbeatable warranty. There were no hidden costs and the pricing was clear. They were very fast and efficient, the whole job taking two days. When they were finished Tristan walked me through everything they did and was very knowledgeable. I’m really impressed with the whole team.

Texas Plumbing replaced my entire sewer pipe system in September. They were prompt, professional, and offered competitive pricing. Lifetime transferable warranty on the sub-slab work. Michael kept me updated throughout the whole process on what was happening and when, so I never had a doubt of whether the job was getting done. I’m very satisfied with the service and will be calling Texas Plumbing whenever I have plumbing needs.

Tech was at my house for probably 15 minutes and replaced probably 5 dollars worth of parts and charged me almost 700.00. That’s right 700.00 only for the part he replaced failed about 2 hrs later. Use these people at your own risk and don’t say you weren’t warned.

Tech came out for maybe 20 minutes said he ran 100+ feet and couldn't fix the issue. Charged 480$ for 20 minutes. I mean I expect to pay for the work but feel a 480$ charge is ridiculous for 20 minutes work. And then seems to be a standard complaint of this company tech said well for 7500$ we can be out tomorrow to go through the whole system but should contact the city which is fine but the charge i feel is excessive for the work done. I called office and complained and they said they would call me back on Monday after they spoke with city manager I gave them the phone number for. Of course no call back over a week and a half later. Horrible company look elsewhere before using this company. Could have avoided this review with just a phone call or a discount for the service provided.

I experienced some major plumbing problems and called Texas Plumbing Repair 24/7. They responded right away, assessed the issue and made the repairs quickly and efficiently. They continued working with me through the entire process.

We have experienced several instances that we believe to be deceptive business practices by Texas Plumbing. One was on a call from our business and the other from our personal residence. The residence was a bathroom toilet issue that they concluded was a plumbing issue in our foundation that the repair would cost $8500+. We had the repair done successfully for less than $300. The business issue they said required lines being replaced and a cost of $5500 or more. The costs only required a septic trash tank to be pumped out for $500. Incompetent lying dishonest organization in our opinion. Buyer Beware! Best call a well known plumbing company.

Took advantage of my wife. Charged her 564.00. No parts needed and they were at our house literally 30 minutes. He did quote before and the shower was leaking so she agreed. From the text they were on the way to the emailed invoice it was 44 minutes. Just think the tech was greedy to quote her that for a simple job they knew wouldn’t take a half hour.

I bought my home a couple months ago, and unknowingly the inspector didn’t properly test the plumbing for the sewer. So you know after a little bit of living in it, a smell started appearing underneath the house and to my surprise not only was one of my cleanouts plum full, but the other clean out under the house was improperly capped and draining sewage underneath my house (mobile home.). I called TPR and Mr. Tristan came out same day within two hours (on a SUNDAY) and attempted to snake my sewer line through the cleanout, to find that the cleanout was broke off and not properly repaired by prior plumber/handyman/company all the while finding other damage, quoted me a fair competitive price and helped me out exponentially. Next day the entire line from the house to the city tie in was replaced with quality work without leaving a mess while remaining swift. I didn’t even need to be home and Mr. Tristan worked with me over the phone to keep me updated with pictures and perform the payment transaction. Quality repair and Professional Customer Service! If only I could give them a less than zero. Called them at noonish and was sent a confirmation text of appointment between 4-6 pm. I had used this company previously. During the initial call there were screamng children in the background and I assumed my number came up in their system after the confirmation text.

Instead of following up, they cancelled the appointment without a text notice that they required further information. When I called and asked the status on the plumber, they informed me they cancelled it. I was offered a call reccording of the initial call but it never came either. I assumed because the recording was nothing but screaming children without any attention to the actual information they needed.

In the following 12 text messages they spent a good deal of time blaming me for their inabilities and unprofessionalism.

Plumbing and good customer service are clearly not important to them. Perhaps if you need a babysitter you might have more luck.

Steer clear of them unless you are feeling lucky

As to the owner response below my review. My initial charge quoted was $187 just to come out. I have no idea what the $137 charge and payment plan comments are about. I am a paying customer and don't need a payment plan. What I needed was a decent plumber. As to the children. If it wasn't a houseful. It must have been a party going on instead of a work day. The din was too loud to have a proper conversation. I have my call log and the long text message history to prove my comments. You have me confused with someone else.

Speaking of shameful....Quit trying to negate actual reviews. Your company dropped the ball on this one. Own it

Had these guys out 2 times both on after hours and they were super reasonable, professional and very courteous. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I’ve posted a review 3 times now for this company but they keep disappearing! I’m a disabled veteran, my son is my caregiver. We thought we had a leak and called this company. The kid they sent was done in a few minutes and told me I needed $7000 of repairs! Plus the $300 for fake inspection! We ended up contacting a another company and he inspected in the attic under the house and perimeter even a pressure test, none of this was performed by tpr and the second plumber said no leaks and the plumbing was still newish ! We asked for a refund and the owner has made threats and refused to pay us back!!! They have numerous poor reviews beware

Micheal and Blake were such a lifesaver for us. We were getting ready to sell our home and unfortunately confronted with a huge plumbing issue. They came out, assessed the situation, discussed options, got the work done quickly and swiftly and even helped us out a bit on cost. The digging crews that they have were also top notch! We are beyond grateful for their professionalism and kindness. Would highly recommend!
