Blake is who came out to help with my plumbing needs.
He did a fantastic job. He was very quick and efficient. Price given was clear and upfront before any services were performed. He answered any and all of my questions. He did not pressure me into purchasing anything.
Texas Plumbing was willing to come out same day, but I opted for the next morning. They were here on time.

I called them out to check my pipes and make sure they weren't leaking. They were late supposed to be there by 3:30pm didnt show up until 5pm. They charged me $300 to go under my house. I was fine with that. The tech comes out 5 minutes later told me "you have a leak no one in Texas will work on the pipes you have and you need to repipe for $7500". That seemed a bit sketchy since he checked nothing else. The next day I went under there I didn't see any indication of a leak. The dirt was dry the pipes were dry and the wood was dry. I called another plumber for a second opinion. He came by did a pressure check and checked the meter and informed me that I do not have a leak just some sediment in my faucet took him 5 minutes to fix the issue. I then called Texas Plumbing Repair back and asked for a refund due to them not truly checking anything. The owner decided to call me and said if I wanted a refund I would need to remove my review. I swallowed my pride and accepted the offer. The owner then decided to talk down to me saying I didn't know what I was talking about and I didn't fully understand what was going on. I told him to keep the money and I'll leave my review up. He got on to me telling me to stop talking and let him finish and if I "keep it up he'll just have it removed". I would not recommend this place to anyone

Going to bed on a Saturday night and the carpet in the bedroom goes "skwish!" There's a leak in the wall between the bedroom and bathroom. We stocked up on water for flushing and coffee the next morning, turned the water off to the house, and started cleaning up the mess. Didn't sleep well. Early Sunday morning I called not one, but two plumbers I had previously done business with. Neither answered the phone, so I turned to Google to look for a 24/7 plumber. Based upon a local office and good review I called Texas Plumbing Repair 24/7. They answered the phone and a few hours later their tech was at my door. The repair was completed in short order thanks to a fellow with the right tools and the know how to use them. The bill was more than reasonable. TIMELY! EFFICIENT! EFFECTIVE! ECONOMICAL! Guess what - I have a new "first call" plumber.

Terrible experience with this company!! I am a former Realtor and have dealt with tons of contractors. The guy they sent looked like he was maybe 18 years old (and didn’t appear to know what he was doing). He ran a plumbing snake through and said it looked like we had a broken pipe under the foundation that would cost approximately $6000 to repair. He was unable to solve our situation, and by the way, we are going to charge you almost $400 for not solving your problem!!! We got another company out there who was able to clear the blocked kitchen line. The Texas Plumbing Repair people should be thoroughly embarrassed at the way they handled our situation and refunded the fee they charged us. The lady that I spoke with did not tell me there would be additional after-hours fees when I could have had them come during normal business hours. Sham operation. Don’t fall for it!!

Tristen was very professional and did a good job installing my garbage disposal and fixing some other issues. I was very satisfied and would recommend Texas Plumbing Repair. Thanks Tristen.

    Update***
Used Texas Plumbing Repair a second time and Blake got me taken care of and was very professional. Thanks Blake.

I would not recommend this company. Did not clean up behind themselves and did not inform me until after they were done that they would not repair my walls. The faucet outside of the house is very unstable and he said that he doesn't do that either. The faucet wiggles just to turn on. Not happy at all. I asked someone how much it would be to fix it and they said as much it was do it all over again. Very expensive. DO NOT USE!!!

Texas Plumbing was called out after hours to my son-in-law's home during the recent freeze. The vacuum breaker and piping at the well head had frozen. The tech arrived around 9:00 pm, stayed a half hour and did not fix the problem. He replaced a pressure relief valve, which had nothing to do with the problem. A verbal ballpark estimate of ~ $600 was quoted. A total of $884.94 was charged to my card for the non-repair. My son-in-law called Texas Plumbing the next day to dispute the charge and was offered a $250 reduction of the bill IF he would leave a five star review online. Pretty sketchy stuff.
A well specialist company came out the next day and replaced the cracked piping at the well head and installed a new backflow device in under an hour and had water restored to the house. They charged $475.
I disputed Texas Plumbing charge with Master Card and will pursue other avenues of redress. I find it remarkable that a company will opt for the one time screw job rather than want a return customer. Too bad a zero star rating isn't an option.

Great Service! Called about a water leak under our house, TPR was here at the time we were told they would arrive. Excellent work by Gavin and Blake. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends!

As a young, first-time homeowner, discovering that the cast iron plumbing throughout my entire house was failing was truly my worst nightmare. Thankfully, Texas Plumbing Repair (TPR) came to the rescue.

Tristian and Michael were absolutely incredible—patient, professional, and genuinely kind. They walked me through every step of the process, made sure I understood what needed to be done, and even took the time to speak with my dad over the phone to explain everything.

Plumbing problems are never fun, but TPR made a really overwhelming situation feel manageable. I’m beyond grateful for their help and will recommend them to everyone! If you need trustworthy plumbing work done right, call TPR.

TPR was quick to respond to a major backup at our rental house. Tristan cleared the line and we thought all was good. Three days later it backed up again. Tristan responded right away and advised us that the line was clear but it had sagged, causing a belly in the line. We were also advised this was a major repair and was given an estimate of almost $19,000 to fix it. After swallowing that pill, we did some due diligence and got a second opinion. I personally watched as the camera was inserted throughout the entire line in question. The line was clear and empty with no signs of any issues of a sag or belly whatsoever. The second plumber could not understand why we were being told there’s a problem.
I strongly suggest getting second opinions if you are given a very high estimate for a repair job from this or any company.

Have used TPR a few times. Blake is very responsive, communicative and thorough in his explanation of the issues and work needed. They’ve done extensive work at our place and we’ve been fully satisfied with everything from start to finish. Would highly recommend Blake and TPR for any plumbing needs you have

I can’t say enough about TPR24/7!!! Michael and his team from the start to finish were amazing! We contacted them late at night they had a fast response team out to help with our flood. Little did we know our sewer system was bad under the house. They ran a camera and showed my wife and I how the old pipes were falling apart! Wow the Technology they have!! They then did a test on our home to show that our waste water was leaking under our slab house. Sooooo gross!! These guys had a crew out to tunnel under our home the next day to fix the problem, amazing workers I made add. Get this, not only did they do an amazing job with the repairs and our home during this horrible nightmare we had they put us up in hotel and made us as comfortable as possible! Thank you again TPR!!! These guys really are the real deal! You have earned our business along with friends and family members!

We had a fantastic experience! From start to finish, their team was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated. The work was completed efficiently and at a fair price—no surprises or hidden fees.

Everyone I interacted with, from the office staff to the technician, Blake who came out, was friendly and respectful of my home. It’s hard to find reliable service these days, but definitely earned my trust. I’ll absolutely be calling them for any future plumbing needs and will be recommending them to friends and family.

    Highly recommend!

Young guy came out and left his work truck running. Thought he would be a pro and have my drain unclogged in no time. He looked at the clean out and said I needed to look with a camera, I thought it was included with the fee already. He then tells me I have a broken pipe under my house and will cost me about $11k. Said these are common for older houses. He then charges me $400 for 15mins of work. Said the camera fee was extra. I ended up calling My home warranty and they sent out there preferred plumber service and got my drain unclogged within and hour. And only cost $150 and said the pipes are fine.

We had the main drain plugged it was on sunday called them and they sent guy man out with in the hour . He spent maybe 15 minutes trying to unplug it and that it was not working . But we could see he was not really trying and he said we needed work on the pipe that was like 8 thousand and he got a guote for like seven thousand . We will not be calling them again Any we paid alomost 4 hundred a for doing nothing . I called the plumbers we usually use they came out the guy was great and he got it done and we are happy and guess what it was less money .

**It’s very convenient for the owner to tell everyone that leaves a negative review that they aren’t in the system. I clearly said in my original statement that it was in my bf’s name but it’s my $$. There’s no “false review” here just a bad owner.**
Had them install all brand new piping in my elderly mom's house and I still had issues. My bf was the one dealing with them but I'm the one that paid for everything. I was told it would be done in one day but they took 4 days because they kept leaving early to go to other jobs, whatever I let that slide. Once all the work was done though I noticed the outlet for the washer wasn't working(he had made a hole to run the piping) so we called the plumber over and over until he answered and said they might not cover it but he would give us a call back. He never did. I called the main office and she told me she would call me back asap after talking to the plumber but again they never called me back. I ended up hiring a handyman to fix the problems I had with TPR because my pipes were still leaking on top of the plug I tried contacting them for. The handyman couldn't believe a "professional" company did the work because it was so sloppy. Im glad I hired the handyman because I wouldn't want these guys to ever come back. I wish I would have given my money to a more deserving company.

Young guy Blake came out, left van running, had someone in passenger seat with feet on dash in socks, was here all of 5 mins to drain a clog. My husband had already pulled the toilet for him, charged us $225, we would assume its unclogged so next night ran the washer, only to have our whole bathroom flooded with an inch of sewage water. Got all over laundry that was in bathroom closet, had to throw away a few pair of shoes, got on wedding dress, (still figuring out how to clean that) and was at laundry mat until 2 am saving our clothes, even went under wall into garage and out the driveway. Still cleaning up the mess in garage after cleaning bathroom. Even my back has gone out bc of this. Was told he could come back out but would charge us the same amt again. Had another company out that charged less and got the clog completely out and seated toilet for us. This guy didn’t remove toilet or seat it back. I’ve called for refund since we paid for a service that wasn’t done. No response..

My water heater went out on the Sunday before Christmas. We called TPR to fix the water heater. Tristan gave us the options to fix an old water heater which would take a few days to get the part or replace it the next day. A 40-gallon water heater had a 6-yr warranty & a 12-yr life span. I asked about tankless and was advised that it had a 20-yr warranty which I thought would justify the extra expense so we went with the tankless heater. They came out the next day to install it.
    1. I was advised that if I paid cash instead of using a credit card for the almost $6,000 bill that I would not have to pay the tax which sounded shady but hey it was almost $500. At 5pm, I was told that a check wasn't the same as cash so I had to put it on my credit card anyway since the banks were already closed. Who keeps almost $6k in actual cash around for unexpected repairs? I thought cash and check were the same since they both avoid the credit card fees. THAT was an expensive lesson.
    2. The paperwork that came with the water heater showed a 15-yr warranty. Still waiting on the 20- yr warranty docs that the office said they would provide.
    3. In order to replumb the lines - instead of using the same holes that were there, the guy cut a large piece of sheetrock out - we asked if they were going to fix it and was advised yes (that is the issue I have here. If they had said no, that would have set the appropriate expectations.) At the end of the job, I was advised that it wasn't going to be fixed since they didn't include that in the estimate and he wasn't a "sheetrock" guy. I was very upset at this and spoke with their office and was advised that after Christmas, they would send a guy to fix it. The guy came out and looked at it. Didn't like the way the original plumber had done the job but was advised by his manager NOT to replumb it. So, he jammed a few 2x4's in the hole and then decided he couldn't fix it. He said he would have someone else come out. Still waiting.
    4. There is a rebate I can apply for but i need a better receipt that itemizes the model # and what was done. We have requested it but I haven't received that either. I found the rebate options on the Navien website- why didn’t the plumbing company tell me about it? So far, I have lost out on almost $800 in savings that I could have received on this.

I do like the water heater but I wish I had gone with a different company but it was an emergency and I didn't have the option to get a few quotes if I wanted hot water before Christmas.
