A friend, highly reccomened Terioat Mechanical AC and I do as well.
Very knowledgeable, explained everything in detail.

Dhillon did a great job and helped us with our problem! I would recommend him to anyone!

$189 to clear a condensate line.
Rip-Off !!!
Cheap initially, but gouge you for everything beyond a check up.

The most HONEST and PROFESSIONAL HVAC company I have ever worked with. I have been using them for over 10 years!

Company replaced my unit and even gave me a site glass upgrade. If I have to I will definitely be doing business with them again.

Manny came out asap and had us up running in no time, Especially on a Memorial Day weekend! Thanks for the quick service.

I can't speak highly enough about this company. Great work! Honest and very professional and if first impressions matter, a very good guy

If you are looking for an AC Guy. Then here is your sign! Dillon was my AC guy and he was awesome! Gave me knowledge on my AC and fixed it. Thank yall!

After another company left without even looking at my HVAC system, Terioat found the problem quickly and fixed it within twenty minutes of arrival. Recommend 100%

Big thanks to Manny for getting our cooler up and running again at Azle Florist. He was honest and helpful and showed up when I wasn’t told he would.

Goldie, Maninder and team are fantastic with their diagnosis of the issues with AC system. They were very prompt and thorough with installation and fixing the problems.

Got our coil replaced last week. Everything was explained well including the details of replacing the refrigerant and the warranty / support etc. The A/C unit is working great now!

Terioat AC came through and replaced an AC I had down at my rental property. They worked promptly considering my old AC died in triple digit weather. I would highly recommend their work.

Terioat was able to repair the unit whereas other companies wanted to sell us a new one. Honest dealing and fair pricing. I will recommend Terioat Mechanical to all my friends and families.

We were told by another company that we needed a full HVAC replacement. Manny diagnosed the issue and repaired our system in a matter of minutes. Great company, honest technicians, timely service.

Hats off the best company for any AC & Heating maintenance! I’ve been using this company for 7 years and I haven’t contacted anyone but them!! The employees are so nice and respectful! They arrive to every job on time and come within 24 hours of you calling !! Highly recommend this company!!!

Getting your AC installed right the first time is critical for an AC system to last through the Texas heat. Terioat AC doesn't cut corners when it comes to a quality install which gave me piece of mind. I would definitely recommend them again!

I just had the pleasure of having Dhillon and Manny from Terioat Mechanical AC & Heating identify my lack of air flow in the upstairs part of our house. They were personable and very professional. Both technicians were true ambassadors to their business. They arrived at the exact time they said they would be here. They entered the home with booties on and most important wearing their masks at all times. Our exchange units are in our attic and the temperature at the time they were in the attic was 115 degrees; yet, they kept their masks on at all times. Dhillon explained and even showed me what the issue was. The quality of the work was not just good it was "great.' And the value was excellent. I have no hesitation in promoting and highly recommending Terioat Mechanical AC and Heating and especially Dhillon and Manny.
