Our HVAC died because it was old and it just couldn’t handle this extreme Texas heat. Called All About You and they were on a mission to find us a new a/c. While other places were saying 2-3 months, they had us up and running in about a week! It’s like Christmas morning over here!! Can’t say enough good things about these guys!!!

I’ve used All About You a few times. The first was when our AC started blowing hot on those Texas summer days. They came out same day and tested everything, said my unit was older (which I knew), and also too small for the square footage of our home (which was why it sounds so loud when it kicks on). We knew we eventually were going to need to upgrade because the unit was original to the home, we were just trying to save up some funds. They preformed some maintenance on our old unit at a reasonable price, to buy us some time to continue saving. We are going on year 3 of maintenance and we now have them looking for a quality unit that is better suited for our home. We love All About You Heating & Air because they’re reliable, won’t try to upcharge you for unnecessary stuff, and they know their stuff!

Received their info through my home warranty service. Called the 1st time and spoke with, I'm guessing, the own and was told he would call me back. After a day goes by I called back w/ no answer. Did this for 2 days which prolonged my repairs. It's not that hard to pick up and say you're unable or not going to be able to service me. Very inconsiderate. And I was the one that was paying and the warranty company was going to reimburse me, but had you took the time to pick up the phone as a professional does you would of known that. You have a better day.

I was very pleased with the work that was done. Isaac and crew were professional and prompt. The initial maintenance made all the difference at the time of the hottest part of the summer. He came back a few weeks later to resolve my heating issue to get me prepared for winter. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs!

Isaac, is great to work with, I have needed his service for multiple properties I manage. He informs you every step of the way coordinating arrival time to diagnosis, repair, and cost. My mother in law had her unit go out and we needed to get her a new unit installed ASAP because of this Texas heat!
Isaac got the details and ordered the unit right away and his crew installed it as soon as it came in.
They gave us a great deal on the unit and installation and even offered financing so we could get it done right away!
There was no delay, even though they are based in Bastrop and my mother in law lives in Austin.
Everyone was nice and courteous and the installation was seamless.
She went from enduring the heat to refreshing cold air in no time!

I called late afternoon that my A/C wasn't cooling the house down and Mr. Merino scheduled a visit for the following afternoon. He was prompt in arriving, letting me know his arrival time and courteous during his visit. He is a very respectful and professional young man. Once he inspected the unit outside and inside, Mr. Merino explained in detail what the issues were and offered several options to fix the problem. I am pleased with our decision and look forward to working with him on replacing my unit.
