They came out when they said they would, he explained everything that he found and showed me what needed to be done. Issac answered all of my questions. When the part arrived he came out, installed the new coil, cleaned up and made sure everything worked. Very professional and attentive to detail. I would highly recommend them,

The heater at my mom's house was not heating. I contacted All About You Heating and Air. Isaac happened to be in the neighborhood, so was able to check it that day. He accessed the problem quickly and corrected it. Turned on the system and it heated. Satisfied again, so will continue to use and refer to others.

My AC unit was new, 2 years old. I constantly called the company, Hyatt AC, to complain that it was not working correctly. They would come out and tell me it is working fine. So I had retro foam put into my walls and an Attic fan, still my house would not cool down.

I was fortunate to meet All About You, Issac. He walked through my house, checked out the air conditioner and simply told me my unit was not large enough. They installed the new unit today and what a difference. The house is cool and I have the temperature set at 79.

It took a true professional to figure out what was wrong in minutes.

He's been providing ongoing maintenance for my three heat pump air conditioning units for a few years now and he is not only extremely knowledgeable and experienced, but, equally importantly, he is ethical and honest and never tries to upsell you on something you don't need or tell you that you need repairs when you really don't.

He does great quality work at very reasonable prices.

After Isaac was working for one of the large Bastrop county local Heating and Air Conditioning companies, because of their unethical business practices and the upsell requirements of their employees, Isaac chose to quit and start his own business because he just wants to service his customers in the best way possible by offering affordable routine maintenance and only NECESSARY repairs ... and he NEVER try to upsell his clients on Services they don't need.

The company that he was working for, similar to many of the bigger heating and air conditioning companies these days, not only encourages their employees to upsell their customers on unnecessary maintenance and unnecessary costly repairs, they also make those upsells part of the employee contract so that their HVAC technicians HAVE to sell a certain number of upsell services every month....
( I personally experienced those upsell tactics from this company after I had hired them to do routine annual maintenance checks for me. They wanted to sell me a completely unnecessary repair service that was going to cost over $6,000. I didn't believe what their technician was telling me was actually truthful or necessary so I ended up calling Isaac to get a second opinion, and he told me that I absolutely did not need the extremely expensive service the other company was trying to sell me and probably would not need any kind of service like that on my coils for many, many years.

Isaac has been been my go-to heating and air conditioning repair and maintenance person ever since then.

Isaac is a refreshing anomaly in the heating and air conditioning repair world, and I highly recommend the amazing quality work he provides!. :-)

I’ve been using All about you heating and air for several years now and am very pleased with this company and their service. They are very professional, respond quickly to messages, and communicate very well on service dates as far as letting you know when they are on their way out. I really appreciate how they reach out every six months to remind me to schedule my routine maintenance before summer or winter hits. I highly recommend this company if you’re looking for someone to do heating and air work for you.

EDIT TO UPDATE: unfortunately I have to revise my review from 5 stars to 1 star. Issac apparently only values customer service and satisfaction when he is getting paid, not when he is supposed to do the follow through of the 1 year of checkups included in the price of buying the unit. I have been trying to have him/his team out for a month now and he forgot to put me on the schedule once, and then had to cancel due to an issue with his kids. Now, I am a single mom, and I understand that things come up…but to not even be rescheduled? And be ignored for multiple calls and texts trying to do so (when it should have been him) is unacceptable to me. He then tried to blame me for wanting it to be at a time when my mother would be here (who was the one who purchased the unit) when I asked him to move things around to prioritize this appointment due to the inconvenience already caused. No longer recommend. I will just take my loss of not getting the included AC check up, including screenshots for reference. Originally appointment was May 1 that was a no call no show due to it not being added to their calendar.

Isaac came to our office on short notice after our AC went out, and I couldn’t be happier with his service. He thoroughly investigated the issue and discovered that our previous AC company had improperly installed the filters, along with another problem that previous technicians overlooked. I really appreciated the time he took to resolve everything. I will be giving him my business moving forward, as it's hard to find trustworthy and honest professionals.

My AC went out after hours. I called Isaac. I explained what was going on. He said that he would get out there first thing in the morning. 8:20 am he was on his way. 9 am. I had air. Aww. Isaac is always professional and gets the job done. I have already told family and friends about the great service he provides. I thank God for him and the care that he shows and gives to the residents of Bastrop County.

Jonathan was fast and effective. I called Thursday evening and by Friday at 8:00 am he was here. Very pleased with the service.
