My evaporated coil broke on my unit. Dylan was very thorough on his inspection and provided excellent explanations on the issue and how to fix it. His technician came on a Saturday and replaced the coil. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to anyone needing cooling and heating services!!

I have used Mr.Chill services for new builds, renovation change outs, and small tuneups. Whatever your needs are small or large they got it covered. They are super friendly, easy to talk to, and they genuinely care! Not just about keeping you cool in the hot Texas summers or keeping you warm in the winters but as a person in general. That’s why I will always use and recommend them!

We recently hired Mr. Chill Cooling and Heating for a full AC replacement and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was incredibly easy to work with, communicated effectively throughout the entire process, and delivered high-quality work on time. They have amazing customer service and really took the time to answer our all of our questions through every step of the installation process. I am incredibly satisfied with the results and would highly recommend to my family for future use!

When my AC went out in the middle of the night Early Friday morning of Labor Day weekend, I was convinced I was going to be without AC all weekend. I called them and they were at my house by the evening and had me fixed and back up and running before the evening sunset. I was so impressed with the timeliness and the skill of the service. I would highly recommend.

These folks are great. Dylan is super smart and seems to be able to do it all. We've hired Mr. Chill for almost a dozen different jobs from troubleshooting to mini split installation, to rewiring and they're checking all the boxes - communication is proactive, dependability is on point, they're alway available to help within a short period of time and and lastly, the pricing is right on. As property managers with dozens of air conditioning units to service, we're glad to have found them!

My A/C minisplit gave out on a Monday and Dylan came by the next day to diagnose the issue. Found out it was a faulty internal part and he gave me a fair quote to fix it.

Vivian contacted the manufacturer the next day to make sure it was covered under warranty and communicated exactly what I needed to do to make the process smooth from our end. We were able to get the part shipped over in 5 days. Process took a total of a week.

Once delivered, we easily scheduled our follow up appointment. Dylan came over in the morning and finished the job in 2.5 hours.

I will definitely work with Mr. Chill on maintaining my A/C unit for my main house and recommend them to anyone who needs A/C in the Austin Metro area.

Mr. Chill brought new ideas to our cooling challenges that we believe, once implemented, will resolve our issues without a major capital investment. The team was courteous and professional.

Mr. Chill saved the day again! We had an unexpected issue with our AC and in less than 3 hours, Mr. Chill had returned, diagnosed it, and fixed the issue. And they did all that while honoring their warranty!

Looks like I've found my AC company for future services for life. In fact, I found out that they also have a preventative program that we are definitely going to be signing up for to proactively catch issues before they become inconvenient issues.

It’s never a good day when the AC goes out, but thankfully I found Mr.Chill! Dylan came out and was not only extremely professional, but was fast, and assessed the problem within minutes. He had me back up and running within 30 minutes, and gave me some very honest and straight forward recommendations that made sense to me. He wasn’t trying to sell me on the ol flux capacitor and turbo booster. Just a straightforward honest recommendation for an unbeatable price. Looking forward to having more work done!

We had blue ribbon come out to fix our ac. They quoted us over 800.00. We had Mr chill come out and had the best experience with Efrain. They fixed it for 125.00. Hate when company’s take advantage of people. Mr chill was honest and we highly recommend them. Thank you guys so much

All the five star reviews for Mr. Chill are for real. The pilot light on our 50-year-old furnace died on my girlfriend during the recent cold snap. I called Mr. Chill Tuesday from out of town and Dylan met me Thursday when I returned. He had to order a part but came back Saturday and finished the job on his way to a family event! This included a very comprehensive safety check. Super professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything, including the advantages of a much better carbon monoxide monitor how to use our gas range more safely.

Dylan & Vivian went above and beyond and came to fix our AC system on a Saturday. They helped us even though we are outside their normal service area. They even brought their dog Maverick! Dylan wasted no time and was able to diagnose the problem literally immediately. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Great Service, 'Mr. Chill' was awesome! Quickly and diligently helped get our AC back up and running for our Business. Very thorough and friendly, and helped set us up on a maintenance plan since our unit is on the older side. Did not try to push for expensive repairs and tried every route to fix it properly! The folks that own and operate this company are kind and compassionate, a true joy to work with. Calling to make the appointment for a technician to visit and diagnose our issues was a breeze. We received multiple calls keeping us informed of when the technician would arrive. During the initial visit to identify the problem with our system, they worked in the cold and in the dark, yet remained professional and pleasant. Their work was thorough, and they carefully explained the issues to me so that I understood the problems and what needed to be done to resolve them. We will certainly be calling them again should anything go amiss with our system in the future. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Chill, you are both among the things I will be siting my gratitude for during tomorrow's Thanksgiving celebrations.
