They are my go to AC guys now. From great customer service to quick acting technicians I would give them a 5 star all around. Our HVAC was leaking through to the bathroom vents and we only found out later in the evening. I called in a panic thinking my HVAC was bust and would need a full replacement. Sean came out just an hour later and was able to quickly diagnose and fix it. We did not need it replaced. He was awesome, and I highly recommend this company.

We called Wilson’s Heating and Air, David came out and was super helpful & provided us with multiple options to repair our A/C system. We picked the best one that fit our needs & everything is working great. I would highly recommend this company! We have finally found our go to A/C company!

I called Wilson’s Heating and Air this evening. (A Friday) I left a message and almost immediately got a call back from Nichole. They were out within 30 minutes. The technician, Shawn was extremely friendly and fair. He explained to me what had happened and why. He had a solution for the problem and my A/C was up and running in a fairly short period of time. They recommended some changes to my unit, but it was not a hard sell and the recommendations were not real expensive.
They have a customer for life, and anybody I come across that is looking for HVAC repair will receive my recommendation to use Wilson’s Heating and Air.

Just had a new ac/heat pump system put in by Wilson's Heating and Air, couldn't be happier. The install crew of two was great.They were fast, efficient and careful. Sean, the technician, was fantastic. He was courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. Customer service the way customer service used to be. I now have something I haven't had in years, being completely stress free about the a/c and heat of my home. Thank you Wilson's Heating and Air, I'm glad I made the right choice in going with you.

AC went out on a weekend. They tech was so nice and when we described the issue he suggested we may want to wait until Monday to save a good bit of money as our issue wasn't fixable until then and was going to be expensive. He showed up promptly Monday morning and got us back in business and found 2 other issues that will need addressing. Im so glad I called Wilson's. This is my second time calling in an emergency and my second time (new house) getting on their maintenance schedule. The prices are fair and they actually think about whats good for the client. AC stopped cooling but inside fan continued to run okay. Contacted Wilson's afterhours on a Tuesday evening and Nicole replied via email shortly afterwards with an update stating they could dispatch a Tech for Wednesday mid-day. Got a text from her early Wednesday morning to confirm and Sean arrived mid afternoon to test and confirm my suspicion of a bad capacitor at the outside unit. He was very courteous and efficient in diagnosing and replacing the bad component and am now cooling again and good to go!

We had great experience with Wilson's Heating & Air. Our AC was going out, and when called upon, they were prompt, friendly, and very professional from start to finish.
