Wilson’s Heating and Air Conditioning installed a complete new system in our home. We love it and can highly recommend Wison’s. Steven and his wife Nicole make a great team! I was totally impressed with the quality of products and work performed as well as communication in keeping us informed.

These guys were amazing! When I first called Nicole was on the line with another customer and text me saying could she call me right back, that right there was amazing in itself. And she called me back and said she would have someone there between one and four he was there within an hour fix the problem and didn’t take me to the cleaners! so grateful.🙏 if you want a company you can trust call these guys. My unit is so old they certainly could’ve tried to sell me on a new one but didn’t.thank you Jason & Nicole.

I was needing a mini-split AC system. I chose Wilson because they’re rated highly as is their product. If you know anything about skilled labor you will recognize the talent as soon as work starts. I’m an old electrician. I didn’t say anything about it to them. I just observed. Wow! These guys not only work fast but they’re artists! It’s an immaculate install! I will use Wilson again, and again.

Sean is very professional and knowledgeable when servicing our HVAC system. He is also very helpful answering our questions and providing recommendations. I give him my highest referral.

Our experience with Wilson's was positive from quote to installation. Steve was very helpful in explaining all our options, and the subsequent quote was clear and detailed. The installation crew was professional and very organized and Wilson's followed up promptly with all warranty registrations. We are very happy with the performance of our American Standard system and with that of Wilson's Heating and Air.

I can’t say enough good things about Wilson’s. I called them at 4:30am and left a message. Steven returned my call at 7:15am and (Barry) the technician was at the house by 8:30am. He diagnosed the problem and tried a cheaper fix that ended up not working. They then did all of the warranty research on the defective part and located a replacement. The technician left and returned shortly with the new part. He spent the rest of the day installing the new compressor and recharging the system. The AC works better than it ever has!!! These people are great!! They do what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it for the price they quote you. We will be Wilson’s customer for life.

Fast, efficient & knowledgeable. Would highly recommend. The technician, Shawn was very helpful. They replaced our unit with minimal disruption & left the premises in great condition. And most important the unit is cooling perfectly!

Very simple, I called and they had a person on site in about 3 hours. Problem was fixed within an hour, but a second call was placed a few hours later as it was not cooling. It was found that my drain had plugged on the discharge and had shut the compressor off after the unit was fixed. The drain was cleared and the second call was a no charge. During the repair it was determined that the evaporator coils in the AC unit were plugged and should be cleaned. I made arrangements to have that done a different day and since we were home on Memorial Day, the repair was done then in early morning. Very satisfied customer. Cost was realistic. Service was excellent. Recommend Wilson's Heating and Air for anyone.

sean was amazing, our ac went out overnight and i called first thing in the morning, he was out within a few hours and had us fixed up in no time. such a relief, definitely a customer for life!

Excellent service! Our AC stopped cooling last night, and they sent someone over immediately when I called this morning. Sean was very friendly and they had us up and running within the hour!

They were such life savors. My husband and I are in the process of purchasing a home and during our normal home inspection the inspector noticed they unit was not coming on so I called Wilson’s explained my situation and urgency on this matter and they rearranged their schedule to get someone out ASAP while our home inspector was still there. The tech was so polite and explained everything to where I actually understood what was happening. They are great people and they put customers first. I will always use them from now on and recommend that you use them to!

Highly recommend! I was referred to Wilson's Heating and Air by a close friend that I call whenever I need work done at my house. My AC was blowing out dirt and with a baby on the way I needed it to be fixed quickly. Stephen came out to my house and was able to diagnosis the problems immediately and provide multiple estimates for me to choose what level I wanted. Unfortunately, I needed a full replacement, ducts and all. Stephen and his crew were able to get everything installed quickly and professionally in two days. They even relocated the unit to a more efficient area of the attic and as a bonus opened up a convenient storage space. When my dad mentioned he was having AC problems at his house I told him what I spent on a full replacement and he couldn't believe I was able to get all that done for that price. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks a lot guys!!

Excellent service and attention to detail. I’ve used Wilson’s Heating & Air for various properties and I’ve always been extremely satisfied.
Most recently our AC compressor died on a Friday (in August) and Wilson’s was out within a couple hours to diagnose. In less than two days from diagnosing the issue the HVAC was replaced and at a fair price. Really appreciate their focus on making sure my family was comfortable.

I obtained multiple bids for an air conditioning system and could not believe how everyone wanted your business and how some will even lure you in to a 50% interest rate. I was referred to Wilson's and I have to say that it is probably the most professional a/c service company I had to deal with in many years of repairs and maintenance. Stephen spent almost an hour on the phone with me answering my many questions. Nicole and Stephen helped to facilitate our costs in a way that we could afford to make a full system replacement happen. The installation crew were on time, efficient and knowledgeable. They registered all of our equipment to make sure we get the best protection possible. The entire team went above and beyond our expectations and we are definitely happy to have them onboard for all of our future needs and repairs. I highly recommend them. In today's times, it is hard to find people with integrity and good character.

Wilson Heating and Air fixed my compressor by replacing the fan motor. Sean was polite and professional. It's an old unit so it presented so unforeseen problems, but Sean persisted and got it done. My AC is working well. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Called multiple heating and ac companies when our heater went out during the freeze. Everyone said a day to 2 days out and didn't return our call for hours. We found Wilson's who was local and had good reviews, called them and Sean came out on his off time just to help us cause we were desperate! Not only did they not charge us an arm and a leg, it was fixed within 24hrs! They forever have our business!!
