Yesterday, Shawn and Stephen gave me an estimate for an extensive job redoing my old ductwork and basically clean up an outdated and inefficient AC system. They were very knowledgeable, giving several suggestions to improve the underlying humidity issue. By far, these guys were more knowledgeable than others I have had come out to give me estimates. Impressive!

So far I have had Wilson's Heater and Air come out several times for various reasons. The Tech was amazing. They know their stuff. While their pricing on certain parts is questionable, the tech's knowledge and friendliness is amazing. I will use them in the future.

I reached out to Wilson after my elderly parents had a company come out and claimed they had $2000 worth of repairs and due to age they should just replace the unit. My parents could not financially afford this. The service tech who came out was courteous and showed true integrity never once trying to upsale a veteran on a fixed income. The problem was fixed and cost them no more than the service fee. It is very rare to see this kind of integrity now days. I cannot thank Wilson enough!!!!

Sean was a huge help today (a Saturday). He went out of his way to come diagnose the issue, go pick up parts after the parts store had closed, and fixed the AC at our airbnb property. It is rare to find customer service like this these days. This was after another company that we have used for years had been called at 9 am and wouldn’t even try to help us. I now have a new honest, trustworthy AC company and will be using them for my personal residence and the Airbnb I manage. Thanks again Sean, I really appreciate you.

We are so appreciative of Sean for coming out and getting our Air conditioner working. Other companies were unable to help, however, Sean and Barry were able to get our AC running in the 109 degree heat. Highly recommend them and their team!!! These guys are great. Sean came out several times and was extremely communicative and professional. He and Stephen put in a ton of their time and effort to help us sort out what was going on with our new unit that shouldn’t have been having issues but was (and of course, in the hottest part of the summer!) They could’ve nickel and dimed us to death, but were beyond reasonable! So happy to have found a locally owned HVAC company we can trust and count on!

My AC went out of course on the weekend. I called and they worked to get a tech to me. They sent Shawn and it made my day. He took the time to explain what had happened and fixed me right up. The service and personality were a much welcomed change after having lived in Austin for years. I definitely recommend Wilson for your HVAC needs!

Wilson's heating & Air were great. Sean and his team did an amazing job especially as this HVAC replacement was a challenge. Sean kept me up to date with the whole process and always answered promptly. As were a retail business they worked around us and we did not have to close which was important to us. They were all friendly, respectful and tidy. I would definitely recommend them for any HVAC work.

I have had both of my AC units replaced by Wilson's over the past 3 years. Both times their cost was half of the quotation which I got from other companies. Their installation was rapid, neat and thorough. The best part was that they let me pester them with technical questions and provided understandable explanations.

An absolutely incredible company. Reliable, responsive, and friendly. As luck would have it, the first ninety degree day of the year and our AC decided it was not going to show up for work. Wilson’s Heating and Air sent Sean out that day and he was able to get it running. He saved us having to spend the day at the theater watching not so great movies. Instead, we got to stay home and watch not so great television. Yes, getting old is boring, but Wilson’s Heating and Air will help make it comfortable.

With the upcoming heat, we wanted to have our AC serviced proactively to avoid any problems. Not only did Sean come out the same day, he provided us with exceptional service and his efficient and knowledgeable professionalism was top notch. Completely recommend!
