Amazing company all the way around! I had both Cody and Logan come out to drain my bath tub. They were both very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Despite the troubles Logan had when I last attempted to have my tub drained, he was very honest and straight forward. Because of his professionalism and friendliness, I decided to become a member. I also was surprised and had a smile when I got this card (in the photo) in the mail from Logan. I will definetly be staying a member. If anyone is looking to have any drains unclogged, call this company and ask for either Logan or Cody. You won’t regret it!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Parovek Plumbing And Air and their technician, Anthony. From start to finish, the service was exceptional.

First off, Anthony was right on time for our scheduled appointment, which I really appreciated. He was incredibly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We had a few issues needing attention on our Trane unit, and he handled them all efficiently.

He performed a much-needed repair on a faulty contactor an incredibly thorough preventative maintenance tune-up, and even unclogged our condensate drain line, which had been backing up into the pan.

Anthony took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and provided clear recommendations for future care, never pushing for unnecessary services.

Our air conditioning is running colder and quieter than it has in years. If you live in the Bastrop area and need reliable AC repair, maintenance, or emergency service, I highly recommend asking for Anthony!

I called Parobek out to look at my AC drain as it was backed up, luckily my husband and I were able to clear it ourselves before they got here.

John Solis came out and immediately knew the cause of why it was backing up. He was very informative and super knowledgeable.

He also was nice enough to show us how to care for our unit and maintain our drain so that we have as little issues as possible.

I highly recommend Parobek for your HVAC needs as they offer top of the line service and have a helpful attitude!

We needed a fix near our well from a freeze. Justin came out on a Saturday and fixed us up. He had ton of knowledge and great customer service. We found a plumber for life!

Anthony did great work on my AC unit. He was personable, pleasant, presentable, patient with me and professional. He was efficient and thorough. Anthony answered my questions patiently even when he had to tell me again. I liked the before and after pictures too. He didn't just do service work, he educated me about things I can do to keep my AC in good working order. It was a good experience and gave me some piece of mind. He even dug out the AC drain hose and put it where I have much easier access to check it. Big Thumbs Up!

I had a big plumbing project which involved repiping and creating a loop from outside of my house all the way to the garage for a water filtration system. I had 5 different plumbers come before Parobek came to give me an estimate. After meeting Jeff, I knew this was the company I’d hire to do the job. Jeff was by far the most thorough, gave me options, spent the most time with me, and more importantly, was the kindest. Jeff and John, who came for a second look at the work that needed to be done, were professional and respectful. They spent a lot of time thinking of alternative options when the first was not possible.

When it came time for the work to be done, Jacob and Carlos came to do the work. They were so mindful not to damage the roots of my big oak tree and took their time to ensure they did a good job. There’s a very small opening in part of my attic, and Carlos somehow wormed his way through the space to do the repiping without a single complaint! They communicated every step and kept me informed on their progress.

Overall, I am so happy with the work, and the quality of work was verified when the installers of the water filtration system came and commented on the superb job Parobek did. I HIGHLY recommend Parobek for any plumbing work! Their professionalism, meticulousness, communication, and genuine kindheartedness made for a great experience! They will definitely be my go-to plumbers moving forward!

We have had quite a bit of work done to our residential and now our commercial property. We recently had Marcos come out and set up our water heater install. His team, John and Carlos came out and installed the water heater timely & without any issues. I know it wasn’t an easy task hauling out the old water heater and hauling the new one up and down stairs. Kudos to these two gentlemen for getting the job done without any complaints and keeping a smile on their face. After this job was completed Marcos followed up and ensured we were satisfied. We had Marcos once again come out to quote us on a possible re-pipe. Marcos was very thorough on going through our building to find the best possible route for the re-pipe and ensure our quote was as accurate as possible. In the meantime time we ended up having Marcos come back out to look at our building since the leveling job we had done caused a pipe to leak. He came by as quick as he could and got the job done. I commend his customer service skills, communication is huge for me and he delivers 110% each and every time! He is courteous and reliable.
My last shout out is to Gail. Any time I call the office she is usually the one who takes my call. I have to give Gail kudos for her customer service skills. She delivers 110% each and every time I have a question or concern.

Parobek is an incredible locally owned business that also supports our community. Jarrett Randle provided fantastic service today. Hw did a thorough inspection of my AC unit and even picked up a few things that my builders missed. They were able to identify that my unit needed a secondary float installed to prevent water overflow and the pricing was great. Especially under the friends and family program. Nice to have a company who has a program that protects two of the most expensive items in my home that could also cause very expensive damage if not kept working properly.

I’m so impressed by how Nicolas Clayson & his partner finished the plumbing repair; and so well done. Great, knowledgeable, and professional; Great assets to Parobek. Awesome people!

Jarrett is an amazing employee! He took time to really check out my unit and did some much-needed repairs that nobody told me about. He explained everything for me to understand. I will never use any other company. And I hope he can come back and do all my inspections
