Justin Whitlow has come to do plumbing services at my house twice in the past year and he always does a great job. Customer service he provides is unparalleled and it’s always nice to have conversations with him. He’s very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. He’s the reason I use Parobek for all my plumbing and HVAC needs.

Justin was very thorough and informative with everything he was looking at and walking me through. He was super transparent throughout his train of thought and how he would address fixing the root cause of the issue. Highly recommend!!

Excellent, reputable company! I have had ongoing issues with my water softening company over the past yr as well as pressure issues that could not be diagnosed over multiple visits. Parobek came out once and was able to give a thorough and concise reason for all the problems I have been experiencing..for no charge! they also cleaned my drain as part of their maintenance program, well worth their monthly fee. They have earned my trust, can't recommend them enough!

We’ve had a great experience with Parobek. We had two emergency needs pretty much back to back unexpected — once for a plumbing unclogging and repair, and another time for heater maintenance — and both times went smoothly. They were upfront about the plan for the day and the costs, with no pushy sales tactics or pressure to add services we didn’t need. Everyone was friendly and took the time to explain what they were doing, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. Big thanks to Derrick, Jeff, and Cody, as well as the dispatch team, for the great communication and service.

Had a whole shopping list of repairs. Waylon and Jacob addressed every issue took their time with me and answered questions. Answered even questions that were added, as we went along in the process of going over the repairs and the systems. Professional, Thorough and Efficient. Set up for the install team to come back and complete repairs.
Kevin and Marcos came out to do repairs and installs. They both Patiently addressed additional questions, explained any issues that arose. But both teams sat down and took the time to explain things and discuss options before the process was even begun. Left repair areas in clean or better condition than when they arrived.

Andres yi and andreas garcia were our hvac techs and they were so kind and helpful answered all my questions and even went over some ways to help our systems at home both were efficient and professional also did amazing work and went above and beyond for us. Cody the comfort consultant was amazing helped us understand the prices and what we were paying for, he was so understanding and patient even with my stressful family member who came in hot. He completely handled the situation amazingly. Hat off to the whole team. We Will definitely be coming back to this company for any further work. I did call the company to leave this comment for management so they can give these guys proper acknowledgement of their amazing work.

My son called parobek as I recommended them as I've used them before many years ago, hes a young new home owner that has several large plumbing issues among other ones, so I wanted to be there to help out. We were greeted by a plumber named Justin I met him at his vehicle as he was pulling in, and i was immediately hit with a overwhelming oder of marijuana when he opened the door. This automatically made me apprehensive but being how badly my son needed a plumber to diagnose the issues I put my feelings aside and let him continue. He did some test on our water and sewer pipes and came back with a outrageous estimate which had no flexibility on price and still brought up how we should join this new monthly subscription service parobek now offers. We said we had to think about it and still had to pay 75$ for his time, i called a local competitor which did come to the same conclusions on diagnostics, but was much more flexible on pricing, as well as giving us a free estimate.

Mason was very friendly, efficient, and honest with feedback with our plumbing system. He offered a fairly priced proposal for repairs and was able to fix same day. I would recommend Parobek to family or friends.

This is the 2nd time Parobek has come out and have been very helpful and kind. I tend to leave reviews when any extreme is experienced. This most recent visit was extremely informative, courteous, and provided detailed routes forward with "real talk" if you know how to communicate in ways that infer you just want to know the best information and make the best decision for you, your home and family. I will be using them in the future and even signed up for their program for discounts and routine check-ups.

Jarrett was awesome! Friendly and straightforward through the entire process. We didn’t feel like we were getting taken advantage of. He was very informative about our homes HVAC system on what needed to be repaired and even offered insight on potential upgrades we can make to improve our system. All without pushing us in one direction or another. Very happy with the results today. We will be using Parokbek again!

I want to share the incredible experience my mother had with this company. Justin Whitlow came out to help with her hot water heater, and he was truly outstanding. He was patient, kind, and explained every option clearly. He even gave me a discount card to use with their AC technician to help my mom save money, which meant so much to us.

While Justin was working, my mom’s AC suddenly went out. Justin immediately called another technician from the same company, and Anthony Maldonado arrived quickly. Anthony was just as amazing — he found the issue right away, honored the discount Justin provided, and even offered an additional discount to help my mom since she’s elderly and struggling. He worked fast and was incredibly attentive, making sure she didn’t sit in the heat any longer than necessary.

Both Justin and Anthony showed genuine compassion, professionalism, and integrity. They treated all of us like family, and that kind of care is rare. They spent their personal time just making sure we were okay, explained many options so we could find peace with it all. I just can’t thank these two men enough for everything they did. They truly went above and beyond, and I am deeply grateful.

Anthony was very great. Parobek is always on top of their customer service. Anthony was a great representation of the company. He was very personable and knowledgeable on HVAC work. He made me some great custom options that fit me and my lifestyle the best. Today we upgraded my old thermostat that was falling off the wall. He went above and beyond and helped me take my old cat tower down to the dumpster. I highly recommended asking for him personally when needing AC or heater work. Thank yall so much, I can’t thank yall enough. Highly recommend for the Bastrop county, and surrounding areas! ♥️
