Reviews of local pros in Bastrop, Texas

These guys are amazing, they came out with very little notice and took care of a ton of work in 3 hours. TJ and Mike absolutely killed it. They are even coming back with better mulch, thanks guys!

Eccellent job at a fair price, TJ came out and was vero professional and respectful. It was a tough tree to drop, but TJ did it safetly and didnt hit the house! Will use them again when the need arises.

Great job at a fair price what else ya want !

They did a very good job the Person named TJ he was an amazing person he did his job correctly. I just can't say enough good things about him. We need more people like him and his crew in the world.

TJ came out on time and exceeded my expectations. He was very knowledgeable and took extra care of my property. I have never felt so secure with a tree removal service. I highly recommend this company! 10 stars!

Trey came out and gave us a great estimate to cut down a large dead oak. Richard and Henry arrived promptly on the scheduled day and had the tree down fairly quickly. They also cut back some of a ragged cedar. Trey communicated with us throughout the process and even came back out to the property to confirm that we were satisfied with the work. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again.

Great work! Reliable, timely, and safe. They took care of 4 large, dead, dangerous trees that not only hung over my house but we're also within 10ft of my neighborhood power lines. Excellent crew - they'll take good care of you.

Tore down my mailbox and fence. Then denied doing so. Told me that the mailbox had been down and I guess I was just waiting for someone to blame. They are cutting for bluebonnet and will never be allowed on my property again. The postal service has been contacted and will investigate.

Sullins tree service are great to work with I had i big pine tree close to my house that need to be removed asap they quoted me a fair price and got it done in a couple of hours. Thanks again for helping me out Sullins tree service! Book them already and let the pros cut that tree!

Not very happy when the bluebonnet electric reached out to me to let me know they would have someone put to cut the trees near the power lines. I kindly told them that was fine but please don't just butcher the trees up making them look ugly and not spray them. She said she would let the tree service know.
So here we are they little cut the tops off all the trees now ther are just tree trunks and some scraggly limbs poking out of the tree trunks. They are not sprayed either where the cuttings are

If you was just going to butcher the tops and leave nothing but the base
You should just cut the whole tree down 😒😡

O stars

Greg Spakes with Sullins needs a raise. Good at his job and good with people. He was extremely helpful when I had some trees trimmed back a little further than I would have liked. He walked my property with me and listened to my concerns. He was understanding and took the time to educate me. Even brought the crew back to clean things up a bit, which I appreciated so much.

Devin & Bobby did tree trimming & tree removal on my power line. I was highly satisfied with their work. They worked hard & were very professional. I would be proud to work beside these guys any day. 2/06/26 Tim Beck (Buck)

Ramos Tree Service quickly responded to our call to remove a storm damaged tree. The cuts were very technical and somewhat dangerous. Jimmy and his crew handled it with care and no damage to the adjacent landscape. They pushed on and removed 4 more large dead trees on our property. Very professional pleasant attitude along with a fair price. We will continue to use their services for all our tree removal in the future.

We have been customers of Ramos Tree Service for 9 years. They are professional. Quotes are fair. They have the expertise and talent to preserve when they can. They are licensed, bonded and insured. They do what they say and I have never had bad experience. Our trees are healthy and happy. 10 out of 10 and I am extremely picky .

Ramos Tree Service did an amazing job from start to finish! I needed a lot of work on various trees, including pruning and tree removal. It was by far my BEST experience with a tree service company that I’ve ever had! They did it so thoroughly, effectively and cleanup afterward as the contract stated! Many thanks to your entire team! I’ll be sure to contact you again in the future!

These guys know what they’re doing! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Removed two huge trees that were located in a difficult location, trimmed back the trees over the driveway and cleaned everything up! The crew was top notch and super pleasant. Have used them several times and they have always done an excellent job and are always great to deal with!

Start to finish they are professional all the way, I had an old cedar tree like 30ft high and about four feet from my home and the guys came out and removed the tree and hauled away everything, very reasonable pricing. We will know who to call in the future. Thanks again!!

So easy to work with. They did what they said and for the price they quoted. What more could you ask for?

Ramos Tree Service recently did some clearing work for me. Jimmy was great to deal with. He is a great, Knowledgeable professional. Yolanda was great on the billing and scheduling part.
Then the crew of 4 led by Jose was great. They work fast and precisely. They are friendly and knowledgeable.

This was my 2nd job with Ramos Tree Service and both were 5 star jobs. This is my go to arborist and tree cutting company.

Could not be more pleased. The crew was on time, friendly, professional and skilled at what they do. On top of all that the price came in below my budget and I think the prices quoted was more than fair and affordable. I highly recommend Ramos Tree Services.
