Reviews of local pros in Bastrop, Texas

From first call to job finished, it was a pleasure doing business with Ramos Tree Service! Thank you for your professionalism and the quality of your work. We had a large pine tree that had died from pine beetles and it was super close to our house so we did not trust ourselves to bring it down. Ramos Tree Service did a fine job. We highly recommend them….they have cleared up rental homes for is as well.

Exceptional tree service! I've used their service several times and can say they are the real deal, no gimmicks. The owners and the team they dispatched to my home provided quality service and timely communication throughout the job. I highly recommend Ramos Tree Services and would use them again!

Great service, attention to detail, responsive and professional with quote and proof of insurance. Will have them out again for sure!

Lost an 80 foot pine to beetles and needed it removed asap. Ramos gave us a good quote and were onsite within days. The team was friendly and professional and expertly dropped my tree. They made it look easy and cleaned up before they left. Five stars…would use again!

Jimmy Ramos and his crew are professional. They arrived on time, did the job well, and I'm pleased with the results. They took down 4 very large dead trees that were threatening to fall onto a neighbor's fence. They got them down without issue. I highly recommend there services to all!

Did an amazing job !!! Ramos tree service was very professional! Highly recommended

they called before and showed up early. The crew was friendly and the work got done clean and fast.

Jimmy and his team were great. I immediately booked their services for a 2nd property. They did a great job on both! Jimmy, Jose and Brandon were professional and courteous. I will definitely recommend them!

The crew from Ramos Tree Service did an excellent job today trimming back a large tree in the front yard. It was very impressive how punctual and professional the crew was, performing an efficient and more than satisfactory results. Jose, the foreman led the crew in a methodical manner. Everyone was responsive, friendly and it was nice to notice that they were all like family with one another. I highly recommend Ramos Tree Service if you want a quick, professional and talented group to take care of business.

Competitive quote for site clearing for new construction that included taking down multiple trees and removing the stumps so I could put septic in. Good communication, scheduled quickly, showed up on time and got the job done in the time they said they would. Would definitely do business with Ramos Tree Services again.

We had hired Ramos Tree Services a few years ago and they did a great job so when we again needed some tree work, it was a no-brainer who I’d call. Jim came out and assessed the tree damage/disease and gave us a quote and we were able to schedule the following week.

His crew were out here yesterday and they did great work! The trees were cut beautifully, they cleaned up all the wood we didn’t want to keep and they were friendly, professional and clearly knew what they were doing!

We have a lot of trees and I imagine it won’t be long before we need tree work again and I know who I’ll be calling!

We couldn’t be more pleased with our services from Ramos Tree Services. The crew arrived and had positive and professional attitudes. They walked through the project with us, step by step. They also checked with us throughout the call to ensure we were pleased with our services. We had a crew of about six. They were genuine and polite! They cleaned up after themselves and left our property in great shape. They did exactly what we asked! Our property looks great! Ramos has earned our loyalty!

Jimmy and his crew did a great job for us today. They were very courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, thorough, and wallet friendly as always! Grateful to have Ramos Tree Service in the area!!

This is the second job ive had done by this team. Today's job was a a lightning struck oak.the trunk was partial rotten (unknown to me) and split in half from the lightning. They were able to fell the tree and land it exactly where i asked with no damage i have seen.

I will definitely use them again as it was for a reasonable price too. Especially when you consider all the work that isnt done onsite like sharpening blades and maintaining saws

I have used them for a 3rd time. This one was a tall elm which split down the middle. They handled it perfectly, they dropped it with no damage to my neighbor's buildings which were close by. and left things how i asked them too. All for a very reasonable price.

They are my go to tree service

Not only is their tree work phenomenal, but they also catch snakes that find themselves in your bathroom! Highly recommend for anyone who needs oaks trimmed. Stellar job all around

At first conversation, Jimmy seemed like he really took pride in his work, that is, until he got paid for the job. He assured me that they take extra care when working around my septic tank, they would make sure it was covered. My tenant assured me the tank lid was perfect before the job. I’ve attached pictures of the lid and text conversations. I’m still waiting on the “before” pics and a response.

This company showed up on time, with their team and equipment ready to work. So impressed with the effort to down 2 large trees and a huge dead stump. The work that I thought would take days was done the same day. The crew worked in sync to get the job done. Truly a team effort to watch and they cleaned up after themselves.

Jimmy and team did d an amazing job. They brought the old girl back to life! Thanks Jimmy and team! On time and delivered as promised.

Our experience with Ramos Tree Services out of Bastrop, Tx was outstanding. Not only were they punctual, the crew was very polite and responsive to questions. They safely removed two trees, trimmed three trees and ground up two stumps. Then they loaded their dump trailer and hauled off the debris all in 100 degree weather. Thank you Ramos Tree Services and crew for all your hard work. We will definitely use them again!

Ramos Tree Services did a great job for us at a fair price. I will call them again for tree work in the future.
