The Honeybees came out last week to do an initial cleaning before starting a bimonthly standard clean for me. I have been in poor health and my house was in dire need of cleaning. They were prompt, courteous and friendly and were very easy to book and communicate with. And it was a very fair price. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders and look forward to them coming on a regular schedule! I heard about The Honeybees from my elderly parents. They have always spoken highly of them.
They are a local Bastrop company.

I am delighted to find such a reliable and reasonably priced cleaning service that I can trust! Honey Bee Maids have done a wonderful job getting my house back to pre-pandemic clean! They did an wonderful big clean, b/c it has been a while ... and now they are coming every other week. The ladies do an amazing job and I am grateful for their service. They don't even mind my dogs! LOL!🤗❤

I was a loyal customer who faithful scheduled cleanings every 4 weeks. The Sunday evening before my scheduled cleaning on Monday between 10 and 11 am, I had a major plumbing issue occur on my property on Sunday evening at 6 pm. I immediately sent a text to Dani explaining that I needed to cancel and reschedule my cleaning. I did not hear from anyone until 9 am on Monday. At that point, they wanted to move my appointment to a later time. Unfortunately, the service company we reached out to was not able to come out to access my issue until between 12 and 2. I, therefore, respectfully said I would have to reschedule. I was advised that I would have to pay a cancelation fee ($100 + 8.25 tax) because I didn’t give them a 24 hour notice. Since my plumbing issue didn't occur until 6 pm the day before, I could not give them the requested notice. I asked that this fee be waived but they refused.

While I understand their policy, there are times when you cannot give a 24 hour notice.

As a result, they have now lost a loyal customer.

We've been using the Honeybees for a few months now. Most of the time they do an excellent job. On the few occasions they've missed things, they are quick to respond with the offer to come back out and resolve the issue. There is sometimes a communication issue because English isn't their primary language. However, we have communicated concerns/instructions to the office, and they have, in turn, relayed it back to the team. While not perfect all the time, the Honeybees have consistently made the effort to make sure we were satisfied with the work.

Their lack of honesty & integrity is shameful!! The maid broke something that is precious to me and did not tell me, nor inform the company owner. Instead, she set the broken piece on top of the box like nothing happened. I just happened to look at the box and saw something was askew, and discovered the broken piece, as it fell off.

This just goes all over me!! I completely understand mistakes happen. But the fact that the maid is dishonest and straight up LIED to her boss when asked about it (saying it was already broken. The gall!! I use that BOX EVERY DAY and it was NOT broken!), shows the sheer absence of integrity and character on the maid's part and on the company!

If you use this company, check all your knick knacks and belongings to make sure they aren't broken. Because they will never tell you. Then, when you discover it, it may be too late.

Honey Bee Maids has made no effort so far to rectify this. Very sad. And, I had even given them a 2nd chance from a previous disappointing experience. Never again.

Had the maid simply told me she broke it, that is okay. As I said, mistakes happen. But, there is no room for LYING and DISHONESTY. Ever!

Scheduling was fast, customer service is top notch! A lovely team of "bees" just cleaned my house and I couldn't be more grateful. They were fast, efficient, friendly, and took great care with every aspect of the cleaning. My house looks amazing and smells wonderful! I will definitely be a repeat customer! We have been using Honey Bee Maids for nearly a year and I truly cannot say enough positive things about them. Their cleans are incredible, always moving things to clean under and behind them. They are so sweet and efficient every time they come to the house. I am always impressed after every clean.

The ladies did a great job deep cleaning our house ! They got on top of the fridge , cabinets , behind the washer and dryer and fans . Their attention to detail was amazing . They are super polite and quick response time. Would recommend for sure.

We had our house leveled and had to have interior piers installed, which meant the foundation repair company had to break through our concrete slab. The project manager warned me that we would need a “deep cleaning” afterwards and that our regular cleaning company wouldn’t be able to handle the job. Since we’ve used Honey Bee Maids for several years, I decided to contact them anyway, and was assured they do post-construction cleaning jobs. After the foundation company finished their work I was appalled at the dirt and silt that had covered every flat surface in my house. I didn’t think it would ever be the same! To my delight, Honey Bee Maids came in and made everything spic and span! They did a fantastic job, even mopping the floors twice just to be sure they were clean! No matter how big your cleaning challenge might be, give them a call. I highly recommend their work!

They built a deck on the back of my house and I love it. It’s my family’s favorite spot to hang out. I’m very happy with the whole process, especially communicating during the whole process and the craftsmanship of the deck. It’s made beautifully and I’ll hire Jayson again on other home projects.

Working with Jayson at Blue Glow Agave was a great experience from start to finish. This was the most I’ve ever spent on a landscaping project, and it was absolutely worth it. Jayson built a cedar deck, privacy fence, and an in-ground stock tank pool, and completely transformed the backyard with beautiful landscaping—bamboo, elephant ears, and a thoughtful layout that feels both natural and intentional. He also landscaped the front and side yards and installed a full irrigation system.

The process took a bit longer than expected, but Jayson was communicative throughout and clearly committed to getting everything just right. The care and attention he put into the work really shows in the final result.

Jayson was creative, easy to work with, and takes pride in what he does. Our outdoor space now feels more peaceful, and we’re using it so much more than we ever did before. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Once we reached the point that we “had” to replace our deck, we talked to both big name companies and small local contractors. We really did our homework getting quotes, considering material options and checking references. Our ‘analysis to paralysis’ finally landed us on Blue Glow Agave. We wanted a little more than to just replace the previous deck and Jayson offered great design ideas that incorporated decking, iron trim and stones. As demolition began, we quickly learned why the old deck was failing when we didn’t find much support framing to hold it up. This new structure was definitely built to last! We chose IPE wood and are so happy we spent a little more … it is beautiful. The two things that I value most when working with contractors is that they stay on budget and that they communicate with me. I could always rely on Jayson to discuss any changes we needed to consider, and he even let me know if he was going to be delayed in traffic. We couldn’t be more pleased with our new deck and are happy to highly recommend Blue Glow Agave.

Jayson with Blue Glow Agave really upgraded our backyard into a welcoming space we now love. He listened to our concerns and wants and came up with a great design plan. Our yard is a unique layout with its own difficulties, but Jayson handled it all without problem. We are so happy with his work, from the deck and pergola installation, to the landscaping, it is high quality and professionally done. I really appreciated his work ethic and communication throughout the process. He showed up consistently and communicated so well, there was never any guessing or wondering on our end. He was wonderful to work with. I would absolutely recommend him.
