First let me say, the staff and customer service here gets 5 stars by itself. I was sold a broken/stolen unit from an individual and Cryer took the cleaner apart for free to give me an estimate. After finding out the unit would've cost almost $700 to repair, they truly felt bad for what I had gone through and offered me a new cleaner for less than the cost of the repair. Just so I would have something with a warranty and something that was new and dependable. I am officially using Cryer as my go to pool store and am leaving Leslie's for good. Their products are reasonably priced and they only sell you what you need. Thank you again for everything.

We are officially Cryer Pool owners of a 15×30 Quantum 54. Teresa is wonderful in helping to answer questions after set up. Mr. Rodriquez and his crew took 1 1/2 days to build everything went great, we were prior pool owners, which meant putting the new where the old one stood. We were pushed back two different dates due to the rain we had mid June but we understand they can not control the weather. Third time was the charm. Thank you for all your friendly service.

Getting our above ground pool from Cryer Pools & Spas was an awesome experience from beginning to end. Teresa was great to work with on helping us get the pool we wanted all the way to the installation process. I highly recommend these guys!

Our pool buying experience couldn't have gone any better. We went in thinking that we knew what we wanted (an oval pool) but was met with the pros and cons to what we wanted vs what was recommended (round). After all was said and done, we feel that we couldn't have made a better choice. Living in Liberty, we were going to be paying more for a typical chlorinated pool because of the contents of our water. We were recommended to offset the costs of chlorine by upgrading with the saltwater option. Let me just tell you, we couldn't be any more pleased with that decision! The purchase went smoothly and the installers were quick, informative and answered all questions we had as we were watching their every move of the install. We have no reservations on recommending Cryer Pools, as we had a dear friend purchase his pool the next day after our install. We also did a price comparison prior to purchase and found them to be well under the price of local competitors.

Customer Service still exists! Thank you Emily and the gang at Cryer Pools. Emily got the pump and filter replacement ordered and scheduled for install for the 2nd day after I accepted the bid. Steven and Jessie showed up on time, courteous and friendly. They finished and explained the new pump and motor functions perfectly and the job site was cleaned up. Super Job by all. Thanks again!!!

After having a terrible experience with a local pool company that installed our inground Radiant Pools, we contacted Cryer Pools and spoke to Theresa. She was extremely helpful and told us exactly what we needed to do to correct our problems with our pool. This company is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Teresa is so AWESOME!!! I told her that, I was not sure if she treated all the customers the way she treats my family but, I could not ask for better customer service! You can honestly tell that she cares for her customers, loves her job and the Cryer pools brand as a business. Because of her upbeat attitude and helpfulness it shows in all the employees when I come into the store. All of these are reasons why I would recommend Cryer pools to anyone I know!

I am extremely disappointed with Cryer Pools and Spas. The pool cleaners consistently failed to test the water or vacuum the pool. Despite performing an algae treatment, they were sent back two days later to vacuum but didn't do it. The cleaner on Tuesday also didn't use the vacuum, always having an excuse. On Thursday, they outright lied about vacuuming, as proven by videos sent to Alle.

I decided to end my service with them due to their consistently poor performance. I wouldn't use or recommend their service. Despite Alle telling me I wouldn’t be charged for the last cleaning since they didn’t vacuum, I was initially charged but later credited.

I’ve been using Cryer Pools for about 5 years for service and cleaning. Brandon is here cleaning my pool each week without fail. He is very customer service oriented and very polite. He always gets the pool perfectly clean and answers all of my questions. He is extremely helpful and an asset to Cryer pools.

We have been customers of cryers for about a year now. First, I can tell you from experience and shopping around that their pool prices and installation were much cheaper than another local competitor. Second, the staff there is very friendly and treats you like family. They do what they can to diagnose your water problems. Third, the pool cleaners are just as exceptional as the business. We loved when we had service with them. And lastly, they have honored any and all quotes and deals that were discussed. I would and have recommended them to friends and family. Go check them out!

We purchased our new pool in April 2018 and had it installed 2 weeks later. Everything went according to plan. Teresa did a great job explaining the process and helping us build a package for our 30 ft. diameter pool. Mr. Rodriguez installed in a days time with no issues. I visit weekly to have the water checked and they are always spot on in advising us of what we need to maintain our pool water. Overall this has been a great experience and I would do it all over again if I had to.

Excellent team of people to work with. They are very thorough and helpful through the ENTIRE process. We are virgin pool owners with tons of questions and they have answered them all without ridicule.
Mr Rodriguez, the recommended installer, was FANTASTIC. He was very professional and easy to speak with. He and his partner were quiet and clean. They picked up ALL the trash from my new pool, never even asked to come in to use the restroom, and had the pool up in just a few hours after they stabilized and prepped the ground.
Stephen, the hot tub installer, was very helpful and professional and went beyond to answer all our question. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

What every do don't buy anything or do any type of business with them. Cause they don't stand any warranty. We been having so much problems with our pool. Every time we call or go to the store. They keep saying the only thing is cover is the pool liner but that's not true at all.

We are so excited about our new pool. Cryer Pools came highly recommended and has not disappointed. They have answered every question I had even before purchasing the pool. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. The installers where on time and did a great job. Teresa patiently walked me through the maintenance steps with clarity and was very patient. Thank you!
