Cryer resurfaced my pool slide. They were efficient and did a wonderful job. I would recommend them for sure!

Cryer came out and replaced my pool pump and hauled bad one away, no issues, excellent service.

We had an excellent experience with our first pool from Cryer Pools...So when a large tree fell across it & destroyed it we immediately contacted Cryer again.
Happy to say we had the same great service. Great business!

We, recently, purchased a 24 ft. Monterey pool package from Creyer. We took the advice of our extremely helpful salesperson, Teresa who had given us the name of contractors to level and install the pool and electric. We are very happy with everything. Not quite finished with landscaping and deck, but quite satisfied with purchase. Teresa made sure we understood the workings of the new pool.

I will not say anything more than the pictures of my pool after 2 months of service.

Truly a disaster of a company.

Cryer Pools and Spas have been taking care of our pool and keeping it crystal clear for years. Rare times when it isn’t crystal clear they come out and make it crystal clear ASAP.

We’ve had trouble for many years but dealt with Cryer. We have them come weekly to service our pool and this is what it’s looked like for weeks. They do not handle things appropriately. And they don’t train people properly. Our pool was left on backwash where it drained our pool. They didn’t add water from the auto filler and now are requiring us to pay over 2 grand to fix a pump they ran dry. I’m furious.

I love my new pool from Cryer Pools and Spas. They had a great assortment to pick from and a very welcoming and knowledgeable staff. I couldn't be happier with it. Please if you want a quality pool at a great price and a hassle free experience go to Cryer Pools.

On a side note...All though the pool was beautiful...I had to dress it up to fit my Tiki theme.

Called to have a light changed in my pool only to find out it's an LED light..and so it couldn't be replaced that day. Guy said he would have an estimate ready for me. Well 4 days later they call to give me estimate and said they would set up a time to have it replaced, but could not give me an answer at the moment. No problem... well later that same day... I see $100.83 charge on my credit card. I'm guessing this was for him to come out and diagnose the repair work they were to perform, but because he did not have the materials at the time he instead wasted my time and money on something that anyone else would have given for free to try to retain my svcs. Not only is it expensive "1,600 to change the LED light out or $700 to convert back to a regular old light bulb, they've done a disservice to me charging me for a visit I was never informed about paying. Not only did I find someone else quicker and cheaper and the light is changed out, no issues..but I'm still awaiting a phone call from this incompetent company to get back to me to set a day to install. I will not use them ever again- in fact I will be canceling that card in case they try to charge me again in the future for services not rendered. Im halfway to reporting them to the BBB because they they are THIEVES, you should not charge someone for something you NEVER informed them about!!! Careful when employing their svcs they are not a full disclosure company, they are THIEVES

Teresa is the best! She was so helpful in teaching me how to take care of our new pool. I think i must have called her once a day the first week lol but she was always patient and helpful. The pool has been wonderful! So glad we went with salt water! We did have some issues but each time, Teresa worked hard to resolve and take care of us! We love our pool! It makes summers so much more fun!

We now officially own a Cryer Pool, a 15×30 Quantum. Teresa with Cryer Pools is the bomb. She was wonderful in during the whole purchase and installation of the pool. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions we had. The pool installer, Mr. Rodriquez and his crew took only about 11 hours over a 2 day period to build everything and it went great. They definitely know what they are doing. I appreciate everything and the overall professionalism from Cryer Pools, Teresa, their staff and Mr. Rodriquez.
