Constraction reviews in Baytown, Texas

Highly recommend!! We reached out to Edmundo to see if he can inspect the roof of a home for one of my clients. He came out first thing the next morning and worked with me on getting 2 estimates with photos and weather report! I was on a time crunch to work on negotiations, he was able to work with me and speed up the process of turn in time. Excellent customer service!

I had 3 separate buildings roofed by 360 Construction and Roofing. I mostly dealt with Edmundo and Antone although all of the employees were polite and professional. Each of them maintained in constant contact with me prior to, during and after the job. I had everything explained to me, my appointment time and date was verified with me TWICE! The roofs were the last part of a major construction renovation.
The quality of work and clean up was beyond what I expected. Pride and care was taken by every one while they were on my property. I have a few other projects planned and I will be contacting 360 again.

We recently had a letter sent to us by our insurance company that they would exclude our roof due to age and deterioration if it was not replaced. We reached out to 360 to come by and do a third party inspection. They were professional, timely, and helpful with the process. We received a full report with pictures the same day showing the insurance company was wrong. We did not need a new roof. With the report that 360 gave us the exclusion was lifted. While we did not get to give 360 our business this go around, we definitely will be calling them when we do need a new roof. Like so many out there, they could have just gotten in line with the bad report from the insurance company and told us we did need one. Thank you for your professionalism and integrity 360!

As a Farmers Agent I can't say enough good things about 360 Construction and Roofing. They are very responsive, quick to get out to the job site. The communication is amazing. Their ability to work with insurance to make sure my customers get the best quality roof and pay the least out of pocket is just unheard of. I will be recommending all my customers to 360 Construction and Roofing. Thank you, guys, for all that you do! Sincerely - A very happy Agent

We used 360 Construction and Roofing for our master bathroom and guest bathroom remodel. Victor and his crew did a remarkable job. Communication was superb and Victor along with his brother came by every day to check on the work being done and the progress. They were honest and immediately took care of any concerns we had. I know who we will call for our kitchen remodel!

I contacted 360 on a Wednesday afternoon & they were out here the next morning fixing our roof! Gonzalo & his crew are some of the nicest, most honest people we've ever met. They did exceptional work & gave us a more than fair price! Customers for life!

360 Construction and Roofing did my Roofing, complete from start to finish. My experience was made easy, due to the expertise and knowledge of the whole team!

360 Construction replaced our roof and I couldn't be happier with the results. The new roof looks absolutely amazing, exceeding my expectations and their price was the most competitive of 3 bids.

360 was absolutely one of the greatest contractors I’ve worked with. I had our offices fully remodeled adding multiple offices, break room, and bathrooms. The guys were very thorough in everything from the planning phase to the execution. Their crews were all great to work with and if there were any issues they took care of them fast. I would highly recommend 360 if you have any residential or commercial construction needs they can do it all.

We needed some old tile demoed and a shower enclosure installed along with new shower fittings. 360 did an awesome job and made sure everything was up to our standard. Prices were fair and was given great communication on progress throughout. I'm very happy to have worked with them and will probably use them for the rest of our remodel job soon.

Charlie and Victor with 360 Construction handled the job of adding brick and stone to my existing patio posts. They were very responsive and had the job done as promised. The team that did the craftmanship of setting the brick and stone to the posts were amazing and so nice. They worked very hard and finished in 1 day. Beautiful job.

I normally try to support local, family-owned businesses, but my experience with 360 Construction & Roofing was very disappointing. They gave my husband a 1–4 PM window for an appointment but never showed. He had to call the office after 5 PM, to which the admins response was that AT&T’s towers were down, and that the person probably did go and tried calling when we weren’t home. My husband told her he had been waiting at the house from 1-4 and no one had showed. Suddenly the tech was calling her and the towers were working again. She called back and let us know she sent someone and they would be there shortly. My husband left our daughter’s softball lesson to meet them, only for the person to admit he had the wrong address. He did take a look at what we needed but never wrote anything down.

2 days later instead of providing an estimate, I received an email saying my project wasn’t a good “fit” for their services. This felt like a complete waste of time. On top of that, I had to call this morning and was told it would take them a week to even provide a quote, something they could have told us upfront. But rather than a quote, we were met with a regret email.

When families are displaced and time is of the essence, professionalism and communication matter. Unfortunately, I didn’t see that here.

As a small autism therapy clinic venturing into Baytown, we were on the lookout for a good local business to help spruce up our space. Little did we know that we would stumble upon the best one out there! Edmundo, Victor, Charlie, and the entire 360 team went above and beyond in renovating our autism center. From the very start to the end, they were attentive to our needs and involved us in every step of the process. Their team kept our clients' unique requirements in mind while designing the space and took care of even the minutest details that could have an immense impact on our clients' wellbeing. We truly appreciated their dedication to our vision and their commitment to quality. We can confidently say that 360 has earned our business for life. Thank you all for going above and beyond and making our first remodel experience a positive one.

If you're looking for exceptional services, we highly recommend reaching out to 360. Trust us, you won't regret it!

I contacted 360 about an exterior siding repair job. They sent out Ed to come take a look and give me a quote. They did a very thorough inspection of the siding, trim, and soffit. Ed explained the condition of the siding to me and recommended a full replacement. He took time to explain the reason and difference in repair/ replacement. He also identified addition items that needed to be addressed. He quoted me on these and we needed to get them done. He was never pushy and made sure I understood why these items needed to be addressed. The quote was fair and accurate. The price they gave me was the price I paid, no hidden fees.

The quality of work from Jesus was super. He worked hard and had pride in what he did. I found very little during final inspection that I wanted changed or fixed. The items I did find were taken care of quickly with no contest. We had siding, trim, soffit, OSB/ Tyvek, roof repair, and painting done on the house.

Overall I am happy with the punctuality, craftsmanship, and professionalism of Ed, Jesus, and Charlie. I would recommend them to anyone!

I worked in construction for over 40 years before retiring and I can tell you that 360 Construction knows what they are doing and they do it well. They came by to give me an estimate on rebuilding my deck stairs and repainting the exterior of my house. They asked all the right questions, did a thorough examination, and gave me a reasonable quote. The work they did was excellent. My wife is very particular about painting, and she was very impressed with their prep work and painting. The stairs are sturdy and they even used stainless steel screws so it will last longer than the 30 year old original.

This company is fantastic They are there every step of the construction Workers are neat. Owner and his brother Charlie and Victor are fantastic Can't wait to use my new bathroom This was a complete remodel of bathroom built in 1962

We contracted 360 Construction and Roofing to remodel our 30 year old 400 sq. kitchen from the studs up. They were able to complete the job in less than 3 months and do a fantastic job! We are very happy with the results and would have no problem using their services again.
360’s management team of Vic, Vic Jr and Charlie listened to our description of what we wanted and came up with a plan to achieve it. The managers were onsite almost every day to insure things were being done right and that the job stayed on schedule. If we had questions or issues, they returned our calls and texts promptly. Their policy of making sure the customer is happy is followed every day. Their pricing is fair and the quality of their is very good!
