Updating an old review. Our recent experience with expert air was superior. If all the employees were as professional,knowledgeable and nice like Dylan Expert Air would be what they once were. Dylan knows how to talk and be respectful to customers and understands the customer is a very important part of his job…..I hope Dylan’s positive behavior and professionalism rubs off on some of the rest of Expert Air. Keep sending Dylan. And Thank You Dylan! The heat came on perfectly this morning!

I have always had good service with Expert Air.....Can't complain one bit!

Tried to use Expert Air for a second year for routine maintenance. Two years in a row I had a scheduled appointment. Two years in a row = no call/no show. I had to call both times after my scheduled time and both times it was the same excuse “the technician is sick.” I understand sickness. I don’t understand the poor customer service. No call/text/email to notify me of the cancelation. It’s very irritating when you schedule time off from work. Now I’m expected to schedule time off again so that a technician may or may not show up. I have no confidence in Expert Air providing the service that I have already paid for. I was told that I am not a priority because my unit is working. Clearly I will never be a priority as I am now trying to get a refund with no luck!

Technician David arrived at the scheduled time, introduced himself, and I showed him the location of the air conditioning unit in my attic and in the side yard. David went to work testing and adjusting the various components. We discussed the unit's air filter and we decided that it was in good condition and could be replaced in my unit's fall-checkup. Then David went out to the outside unit to check out its components and to wash and cleanout the dust and tree leaves. On completion of his work he showed me pictures of the units' components and explained what he found. David mentioned to me that I may want to consider adding some additional blown-in insulation. I was totally satisfied with his work and his explanation of the details. Also, with his technical knowledge and work ethic.

Dylan came late and he did a great job. My AC quit working and within 15 min he noticed the AC was only receiving 90V. Too low to start the blower. He found the common wire was the problem. We could temporarily fixed the problem by using another common wire until a certified electrician can repair. Thanks!

This is a 5 Star Service. The unit fan stopped spinning, and I was afraid I needed a new AC unit. The technician (Julian) came out and almost instantly knew what was wrong, and was able to repair it within an hour. He also recommended other services I might need in the future. I'd definitely recommend Expert to everyone.

Expert Air came to my house same day that i called and installed my new system 2 days later. Dylan Baker was very professional, not to mention patient because I know nothing about AC systems. The installers did a great job. Would recommend 100%.

I have used Expert air for years with excellent service until I was trying to schedule some repairs recommended from my check up, have been trying for 3 weeks to get a compressor fan motor replaced and a capacitor replaced. now the fan motor is making noise like a bearing is going out. I need to get this repaired as soon as possible

Thanks to Mr. Julian Tapia who service my AC unit today, June 3, 2025. In the past I did not have a good experience with my previous technician. I felt as though he was not thorough with his work. So I had decided to stop using Expert Air Cooling and Heating.
I had expressed my concerns with a church member. Her suggestion was to give EAC&H another chance because people move on and you may get a different tech. When I received the bio for Julian with his photo to advise he was on his way to my address I then praised God for sending a different person. And to confirm that Julian is a person of integrity. He asked for the key to unlock the box to the AC main switch. For past 2 years the other tech NEVER addressed the lock on the box. NEVER washed the inside of the outside AC unit. NEVER sent photos. And who knows what all the previous tech DID NOT do? I am very pleased with my 2025 AC spring maintenance only because Mr. Julian Tapia has restored my faith!

Julian was very professional and went above and beyond explaining what he found with the ac unit. Julian explained the path forward for the repairs that need to take place to get the ac back up and running. Thanks

After a no show on the date of my appointment, Expert Air came out the following week and took care of my problem. The technicians are always pleasant and seem well qualified for any situation. We've been using them for years, and I plan to use them for years in the future.

Dylan Baker came out on late notice after hours and saved us. Our ac was less than a year old and went out. He made the long trip out and had us up in running in 30 min! Wonderful and much appreciated! I’ve used a few different ac service companies, but expert air has been night and day compared to them. I will always recommend!

Eric was very good, very thorough, explained everything in detail including pictures of everything. Took his time to make sure everything he did he explained. I discovered my AC wasn’t working around 3 pm and called. They didn’t have any open slots, but the lady I talked to suggested I call after 5 pm for after hours possibilities. I called at 5:30 and got a call back within 15 minutes. Evy told me he was on another call, but would get to me next. He got to my house around 7 pm and got my unit back working again. He explained what happened and took the time to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend this company!

We woke up this morning and found our A/C was blowing but definitely wasn't cooling. I called Expert Air and Dylan showed up to save the day. Dylan was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He took the time to explain what and why he was doing. Long story short he identified the problem and now out home is nice and comfortable. Thanks Dylan!

We were so impressed with the quick response and service. We had an AC issues occur on Sunday June 8th, 2025. They were completely booked for Sunday late afternoon and evening, so we would need to take an early morning appointment. We then received a call about 30 minutes later and they could be there in 2 hours. They arrived within less than 2 hours and completed the job that needed to be done. Everything was able to be fixed and replacement supplies were available on their truck. We were extremely happy with their service and quickness to help meet our AC needs.
