I want to request Conner for my future appointments. He did a complete check on my furnace and kindly changed out my filter that I had purchased and unable to do myself. Most individuals his age do not like being around or having conversations with old folks like me, he was extremely friendly.

We love this company! They are always on time or early! The workers are friendly and fantastic. Spring maintenance we got Joe Johnson. He’s been to our house multiple times for maintenance and when we had them do our total replacement for AC, he made sure everything went smooth! Always fantastic and never and issue from them. They are local and great! They also come out asap or anytime if you have an emergency!!

Would not recommend they have been back several times since installation. They claimed I had a power issue going to the unit. I payed an electrician to come check out power issue after the electrician checked power the problem was not on my end at all it was within the unit the installed.
Also had another issue with unit not putting out any air. Had multiple techs on-site just to be told the fan was set where it was supposed to be. 6 months later they sent a new texh out and he turned the motor up from the low setting. The work we received from these people was piss poor at best they kept saying it's your air filter.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Eric was on time, explained the problem well throughout his service call. Would definitely use Expert Air again. They can be trusted. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Dylan Baker was very knowledgeable and explained the issues our home has been having and the best way to resolve the issues. I would highly recommend Expert Air for any of your HVAC needs.

Our technician was Julian Tapia is very courteous and easy to talk to. Had came out on 10/22 for a system check and change the filter and found an issue with the bulb on the "halo" light. Today he came and replaced the bulb. Only took him a few minutes. He took the time to tell us the advantages of having the light in our system. I hope he will be able to come the next time we need service or a repair to our system. I would give him 10 stars if I could. Julian is a very pleasant young man.

Have used Expert Air for all its life & even back in the old Cox A/C days. Always fair & efficient!

Had a great experience, quick response time called for help with my unit not cooling they had Eric, AC technician, working on my unit within an hour. Awesome customer service.

Evy was my technician. Very friendly and informative as to what he was doing. Did not mind educating me on how he identified the problem and how to fix it. Very positive experience.

Our AC started running really loud. Evy was out in just a little over an hour and took care of it. He was super polite and professional.

Very impressed with how quickly they sent a technician to my home to investigate the issue, especially on a Sunday. Unfortunately their repair estimate was very high compared to the company I finally used, approximately 150% higher in the end. In summary, great service but high cost!
