You can't go wrong with them. Two days after my AC bit the dust two very professional gentlemen came in and installed a new system. They did a bang up job and took the time and care to do it right. I was so pleased with the company I recommended them to my parents for a new construction installation. They are requesting a bid as we speak. I would and will recommend them to anyone in need of an HVAC company.

I’ve been using Mark (Chip & Dale Heating and Air Conditioning) since moving to Texas 6 years ago. Mark is responsive, friendly and a great communicator…and a heck of a nice guy. He and his staff are friendly, do quality work and are reliable. I’ve had both my systems replaced by Chip & Dale within the last year - 100% my go-to for HVAC - having someone you can trust is a real value. Bonus, Mark even pointed me in the right direction for the tax deductions for my system replacement. Highly recommended.

Chip and Dale is professional, knowledgeable, and deliver quality service. That is why I have used them for many years. Most recently they were able to repair my 15 year old gas furnace, going out of their way to meet me to come out and help, because they didn't want us to be without heat at that critical time of extreme cold and snow.

Reliable service provided in a timely manner, and a reasonable price...you cannot ask for better.

Reached out late Sunday afternoon and got a response very quickly. I received a text with an appointment time. Nick called in advance to confirm his arrival time. Nick did a very thorough inspection of my condensing unit and air handler. He found the problem and fixed it quickly. I found Nick to be very knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future.
Nick is the first technician that did not try to sell me a new unit. First decent experience I have had with an air conditioning company.

Chip N Dale replaced my entire central ac and heat and did a fine job at a reasonable cost. Installers were courteous and knowledgeable. Would use again.

On Oct 3, I had a dead AC at my office. Mark came out promptly and I was worried it was going to be another new unit. After diagnosing the unit he determined my breaker was bad. My AC unit was 31 years old and he could have diagnosed it as "toast". Mark was honest and had me back running in a hour.

Nick came and inspected the unit. The blower motor was not working and the company had the part available. They worked with my warranty and had the part installed same day. Grateful for having heat in my home and the professionalism of the company. I will definitely be recommending them.

Mark with Chip and Dale AC/Heating was awesome. He and his crew did an excellent job of taking care of our heater and blower. They not only found a new blower but replaced it in a timely manner. I would recommend them for all of your needs!

Excellent customer service air conditioning was not working came and fixed it that day and with fast service also I am a new homeowner so I had a lot of questions and he was willing and happy to answer all of them very grateful for their service.

Mark and his grandson came out on a Sunday to install this huge window AC for me in my upstairs apartment. They did an amazing job and were great to talk to while doing the install and even took time to go to the store and pick up the much needed support bracket that I failed to buy with the AC. These guys are truly my and my ferrets HEROS!!! 🦸🦸🥶

This business is okay! They replaced our A/C capacitor today for a single story home and put in a temporary fix on the day we called, which was nice. Cost of labor is around $90-$95 per hour, which is on the lower end. However, the cost of the capacitor is pretty shocking, they tend to go for $10-$50 (not wholesale pricing), but they charged about $275 or so for the part. The total being roughly $370 for the capacitor and 1 hr of labor.

In terms of communication, they booked us for the wrong date originally but thankfully still able to come out the same day once we called for an update. On the next day, they told us they would come around 7 pm or so, but when we called at 9:30 pm that evening, they were honest and stated that they forgot about us and would come the next day around 2-4 pm. They did come at the appointed time the following and completed the repair.

I took off 1 star for communication and 1 star for value so 3 stars is what I thought was generous! Thank you~

I'm writing this review to give a BIG thank you to Mark and Nick who did and outstanding job installing my condenser unit today. They went above and beyond to get this job done right the FISRT time. I had an additional problem on the inside with my TXV and Nick was super quick to diagnose the issue and replace the part to complete the install. Both guys are friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I've never used them before today and I highly recommend them and would love to use their service again in the future.

I called for an appointment first thing 7 am, Monday 11/21/2022. This call followed up after coming home to no heat the previous evening. And while assuming it was the thermostat and the average mechanical manual replacement of a mechanical thermostat, is going for about $300 - 350. And even more for the programmable type like Nest! The appointment was set between 11am and 1 pm the same day.

Nick the tech called me around noon to say he was running a little late. However, he still got there about 1 pm and tested my home thermostat. He said my Pro thermostat sounded okay and he would go up in the attic to check out the furnace. He brought down shortly the original faulty ignitor and had to check his vehicle for any replacement part. And soon returned to say he did have one that fit my Goodman furnace. Cool. All in all $195 for part and labor. And he even wrote down the Goodman manufacturing date by request and the model # and serial number. Time invested was approximately one hour. Five stars.

Nick and tyreek did a fantastic job with a mini split in my garage. Highly recommend chip and dale for any projects you have planned.
