I called them once, and got great service. So I decided when I had another problem, to call them again.

$750 for a repair that involves a $110 motor.

Not so good.

Just as a follow up, again the quote was $750. I went to the local supply house, purchased the bracket, capacitor and blower motor for $191.94. Part was installed, including my research to find a supply house, phone call and the trip to the supply house, in 90 minutes. A/C been working great ever since!

I have used Smalley's for many years and have found them to be highly satisfactory in maintaining my two AC units. They are prompt,courteous and efficient in their work. For several years I have had a yearly maintenance contract for servicing our units and will continue in the future. I can confidently recommend them.

Very good service, reasonably priced. $85 for service, tech informed me that freon level is good (haven't checked in 5 years) and my cooling problem was due to impacted and clogged cooling fins on the outside unit...he said we could clean the coils with a waterhose and spray nozzle (no pressure washer) but for proper cleaning would need chemicals and in order to not damage the unit a trained tech would need to do it. Honest, and prompt, tech was professional, cleaned the coils showed me how and said I could do it weekly for a "cleaner" but not "clean" system. Very pleased with the service! I will use them again!

If you are needing a reliable, courteous and great service- look no further than Smalley's A/C & Heating- I have had to have my unit worked on and when it completely died, they were swift to come out and the next day had me up and running with a new unit. When my mother's unit went out- they not only came out and got her going again but saw where she was losing cool air and fixed her duct work and helped her to get a more efficient flow throughout her house. We have known the Smalley's for over 50 years, DeWayne and taken over where his father left, great service, and pride in what he does, his prices are fair and all his employees are easy to talk to and help you anyway they can.

I have been using Smalley's AC and Heat for more than 20 years.When I have needed repairs or my unit replaced, I have always been treated with respect and as a valued customer.
They are quick to respond, access my need and given me and estimate for the repair. Their service and repair prices are very reasonable.
I would reccomend Dewayne and Co. to anyone needing airconditioning or heating repair or replacement. These guys are number one in my book!

Got a call back from a technician ~1.5hrs after calling the office and he was there in 10min like he said he would be. NO cable guy vibes here! Quick diagnosis by the friendly/polite tech and cold air blowing within the hour! Maintenance plan offered was reasonable and I will be scheduling one. Be aware freon is $>outrageous<$ right now, $360 for 4lbs of 410A. That's everywhere right now even auto 134A. In all it was speedy service back to cold air which I needed for small kids. Would definitely recommend and use again!

I called to see when they could come out and they said today which was great, and came out in a timely manner. But they then charged me $335 for a $21 part to be replaced. Took less than 20 minutes on my property including the time he was on the phone with someone else. 5 screws and 2 wires later the capacitor was replaced and charged me $335!!! That is completely absurd. I figured it was going to be around $150 maybe. But not $335….. I will definitely never use them again.

Lisa and her team with Derryberry's Mechanical provided excellent service repairing and replacing our multi location AC unit equipment.

Had no problems showing up on a Sunday afternoon. Thoroughly went through my A/C unit inside and out and explained what he was doing as he was working. Fixed the problem and was on his way. I have never seen any AC technician put that much effort into a repair job. He did go above and beyond my expectations and will be saved in my contacts list! Thanks again for the quick response. Also the pricing was unbeatable...i payed extra because it was well deserved!

The AC company they had hired for us originally kept putting us off to another day so we called him the day we were suppose to move in and he went the same day installed our AC unit and had it running, he even upgraded our unit for better quality and I still paid less than half of what the first company was going to charge me. He’s honest, goes out of his way to help out as much as he can and doesn’t over charge. Definitely recommend them.

These guys did a great job and were very professional. We had a heater failure during the worst cold spell in 30 years and the responded the same day and had us warm and toasty in less than 24 hours. The owner Mark is a great guy that I have deal with professionally for almost 15yrs.

My husband came home this evening and noticed the a/c wasn't working. We took out the warranty and checked to see what was covered before calling. We got a nice warranty when Chip & Dale replaced ours 2 yrs ago. My husband called and he said he would come check it out. What we didn't know is he had just got home when we called. He ate his dinner and came back out tonight to fix our A/C. Didn't take him long to fix it and get it cooling again. I really appreciate the kindness and promptness he showed in taking care of us. Fantastic experience! I called in the afternoon and Mark came out the same day. He gave me a very fair, competitive quote and came back the next morning to perform the service. I am 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Chip & Dale Heating and A/C.

I found this company on Google and read their reviews which were all good. I contacted them and they promptly replied and made an appointment. They beat everyone's estimates easily. Mark and his son both showed up at my house as scheduled and installed a complete new unit and made repairs to the poor job the previous company had done with my duct work. They are really good guys, honest and friendly. I highly recommend them to you and I don't recommend people unless they earn it.

Excellent same day service with an amazing price! It was a true blessing to meet this kind & honest gentleman today. Mark did a great job. He found the issue and fixed it quickly. So thankful for how quickly he was able to come out to our home and get the ac working again.

I came home tonight and realized my AC was not working. The first clue was the heat slapping my face as I opened the door. The second clue was my poor 75 pound dog left a lot of drool spots on the tile floor 😟.
After troubleshooting and no luck, I called this company first, and I am glad I did.
A person (Mark) answered the phone even though they close in like 5 minutes.
Very quick response!
Mark showed up in less than an hour (I wasn't really watching time.. might have been 30 minutes).
He was very professional and courteous about my house being a mess.
Mark did a thorough investigation. Spotted the problem, and tried to fix it without having to costly replace anything. Which was awesome because he was trying to save me money!
Unfortunately, it was fried.
The condenser fan motor had to be replaced.
The cost was a relief! It was affordable, and I didn't pay hundreds of dollars!
I WILL be using this company from here on out!

Basically the same. My dog drooled all over the tile.
I forgot the name of the company that helped last time. I googled and chose the one with best reviews.
I didn't realize it was the same company until he showed up. Same day service as last time. It is almost 9:30p and he is still going to other calls after me!
