Thanks to the other reviewers, I too was fortunate enough to be able to call Chip and Dale to help fix my AC issue a few weeks ago. Mark came out, did the inspection, located the small leak, checked everything else to make sure there were no other issues, and charged us up to keep us cool to hold us over until they came back with the new evaporator coil two days later. The second day they came out, they had the entire system replaced in a short period of time (I forget the exact length, but it was much faster than I thought it was going to be.)
They were all very nice, on time, called ahead, always kept me informed on what was going on/explained and answered all the questions I had and did a great job. I could not have been happier with the choice I made.

We are beyond pleased with the service C&D provided for us! We weren’t ripped off. Affordable pricing .. He came out the same day at the time I would be home from work. Loved the explanation he provided on what the issue was and didn’t try to sell us beyond the problem especially since we have an older model furnace! He worked his magic and we now have heat! Definitely will be using them from now on!

Our AC froze up and we were miserable. Chip& Dale came to the rescue and could not have been more pleased with the service that was provided to us. Mark identified the problem quickly and within the hour we were back up and running. We called them based on the reviews and that they were local. We highly recommend this company based on quality of work, professionalism and pricing.

I had a positive experience with the technician and found the maintenance pricing to be reasonable. However, I was charged $630 to replace a $100 drain pan, a task that took only 30 minutes. When I inquired about the hourly rate, I was told it was $95. I feel like I was overcharged and taken advantage of.

Very pleased with the service received from Mark & Sam. Arrived within 20 minutes of call, repaired quickly. Quality work. Were extremely professional & knowledgeable. Cost of repair remarkably lower than received from previous repairs. Would highly recommend & will definitely be my go to company for any future AC/heating needs.

First impressions are very important in business. Maybe someone should explain that to employees who answer the phone. After the person answered, I asked his name and he says "why does it matter" rather rudely and then chuckles about it. That was at 1038am today 1/22/25. Guess loss of business should matter. We highly recommend Chip & Dale Heating and A/C! They are honest and have very fair, competitive pricing. Mark came out the same day we called and quickly found the issue we were having with our a/c and installed a new unit the next morning. We were very impressed by his honesty when explaining our different options and the fact that he never tried to pressure us into buying a whole new unit. Definitely not what we expected! We will definitely be using Chip & Dale Heating and A/C for all future heating/ac needs!

Nick showed up on time to check out the AC unit of a home that my daughter was thinking of purchasing. He provided helpful advice, and explained everything very well. We appreciated his honesty and helpful attitude.

In the 6 years we've lived in town, this is the only AC service we've ever used or will ever use. Absolutely the best. Excellent service at a great price. Mark was able to come out the same day that I called him on a holiday weekend and actually came when he said he was going to! We had a great time talking: very personable as well as professional. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and had us back up and running within an hour. I would absolutely call them for all my future AC service.

I've used Chip & Dale A/C a few times so far. Had a mini split installed in my garage, blown in insulation, and a service call on my home's main unit. Marc and his guys have always been very prompt and courteous. Top quality professional work with fantastic pricing. Great company and great people, don't waste your time or your money calling anyone else.

When our AC went out, I called Chip and Dale and Mark answered and he was so nice, but he couldn’t come out to our house until later in the afternoon. This was this past Saturday and it was hot in our house so we called a bigger company thinking they would have the parts available or able to get the parts quickly to fix it. I called Mark to let him know we called someone else and he was appreciative that we called him first and said thank you. Very polite! The other company’s tech came, was rude and couldn’t fix the problem until Monday. I called the other company Monday morning to talk to someone but they had to call me back. My gut said to call Mark back. I did and they fixed our AC (didn’t have to replace something that the other company said we would have to replace). Nick was very sweet. professional, and efficient. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and use them again!

The BEST experience with any type of home repair that I have had to have! It was getting late on a Friday night, but still showed up to fix my AC! Even went out of his way to fix another problem for me! I am just truly amazed at his courtesy and work ethic! I absolutely recommend 1000000% This price was amazing as well! You really get what you pay for! I hope I don't have to call on them anytime soon, but I know who I'm calling when I have another problem!

2018 My husband and I had Chip & Dale install our Mini Split and it has been our best investment yet to keep our home comfortable at all times. We alternate between heat and cold air depending on our family and guest needs. We are having another one installed upstairs because it saves money and time getting comfort.
