The two individuals who came to clean were very low energy. When purchasing the move-in/move-out clean I figured they would do a deep clean on the entire house. I basically only saw them wiping the baseboards and crown molding with their brush and wiping surfaces with a dirty rag. They didn’t do inside windows or ceiling fans (confirmed by office rep). After 3.5 hours, the floors still hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped and we continually had to show them where they missed dusting. Once it hit 3.5 hours I asked them to stop because their efforts were not worth $100 an hour and so I just finished doing it myself. Don’t waste your money.

I will admit a few things were skipped over but the harder areas to clean were done to my satisfaction.

At my 1st cleaning they did such a great job! I like that there are multiple people who come (three in all), so they really focus on one room each. I also felt almost ashamed about the mess and they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and normal, haha. I cannot recommend them enough!!

UPDATE: the 2nd cleaning, after I signed up for a membership was such a drastic difference that I had to say something. Different people came, who were rude and complained about us and our dirty house throughout the cleaning (that is why we hired housecleaners!).

When I noticed many skipped spots and asked for them to repeat the vacuuming of our living room rug, they were extremely rude and did a poor job, barely completing anymore than originally. Then, they wanted to charge me extra for going over time, when they sent less people to do this job (only two)! I said absolutely not and that we agreed on a contract for a set time & cost. So they dropped me as a client!! This experience was very surprising as they abruptly ended things by being so unprofessional and unwilling to work with me. I realized the plan wasn't a discount for signing up, but less time and people for the same price - what a scam!

team #10 did an amazing job!! they worked from the minute they walked in to the minute they left. they were beyond sweet and very impressive with their work. my bathroom should’ve been labeled a hazard and they worked through it like it was nothing. i’m extremely appreciative of their work. i am now scheduling them to clean monthly!!

The team that came and cleaned our new home before moving in was amazing. They were polite, respectful and very professional. I wish I could remember their names, but I highly I recommend this company for your cleaning needs. I am currently booking another service to help with our home needs .

I was so happy with the job these ladies did. They were able to get all of the toys from under our couch. As a mom of 4 kids 5 and under, this was a huge deal. I highly recommend molly maid.

Their employees work from the minute they walk in the door until walking out. For the most part they do an excellent job. Occasionally they forget something but its not drastic enough to call them on it. I have had Molly Maid cleaning my house longer than anybody else I've ever had. Very satisfied! I do wish it were the same people every month though.

Needed to quickly schedule a one-time deep cleaning for an event and Molly Maid was fabulous. The ladies they sent worked their tails off from start to finish. Polite, personable, effective and efficient. Manager showed up and cleaned as well! Excellent!

This is my first service with Molly Maid. I am blown away with the quality of clean they achieved in a short two hours. They tackled my very old and stained shower and had it almost brand-new looking (obviously not 100%, but my shower was in pretty bad shape, so I'm still super impressed). I was at home and saw the detail and time they took to make sure every nook and cranny was cleaned. I'm super impressed and 100% recommend. The ladies were super nice and did a wonderful job! :) I'm just admiring our house, it hasn't looked this good in awhile!

I hired Molly Maid to clean my house for our wedding reception. They took the stress out of preparing for the event. Everything sparkled.

The ladies cleaned so well that I did not know it could look that clean!! They were so sweet and kinds. They did not know English but we were able to communicate very well.

They always text me when they are to arrive and when they are on the way to my house. The ladies are always so nice and polite. They always do a great job for me. I love the little details they do with the towels and toilet paper.

Karla and Mireya (FW team 2) are awesome, they come in once a month and help with keeping the house clean. They do a great job on the floors, my bathrooms and kitchen are left sparkling, and they are always very nice and courteous. I would definitely recommend them.

Molly maids has changed my life. I have chronic pain and cleaning is hard for me. They left me in tears from how much care they took at their first time and I have already booked a second session. I love that I’m supporting a local business as well as keeping my house clean. Thank you for your work!

Molly Maid is a little more expensive than my previous service, but they also do a much better job. They send a text the day before with a two hour window and again when they are on their way. The house is completed in about two hours. They do not stop moving the entire time. I am extremely happy with the service. In addition, they will do a deep cleaning that is about 4 hours long which I plan to do on an annual basis. Thank you.

I have never used a Cleaning Service Until I had a serious need to help s deceased friend get their house cleaned quickly. While there were a few things that I did not agree with in how they cleaned; I must say that the overall Before and After look and appearance was amazing. , I was so thankful that they had come in and cleaned every room in the house with Care and Skill. What a relief it was to have this taken off of me due to the circumstances I was encountering at that time.
I will use them again for my own personal home

I like they work in pairs, they bring their own equipment and products. They are always cheerful and go right to work. They arrive on time. Price is reasonable. One thing I would like to see done better is baseboards in Master bath especially.

This is a no mess around group of people who take their job seriously and get to it immediately!
They are thorough and do better work than any group in my 85 years of cleaning and having my houses cleaned.
They made the 80 year old hardwood floors look new.
Had I been doing this cleaning it would not have been nearly as well done.

Molly Maids did an excellent job on my house. We were moving and the ladies made it look like it had never been lived in. They were punctual and very nice. They were very communicative about time frame and they were spot on. Would definitely hire again.
