Never again. Two maids sent out by Molly Maid. I was very specific about what I needed them to clean. Maid 1 fails to clean shower dish in shower (after I told her to clean the shower) and claims a mark on bathroom tile is "permanent." I smudged it off with the toe of my sock. That was bad enough, but Maid 2, on her own initiative, went into an area I did not specify and that I did not want her in. I was very specific: Bathroom 1, Bathroom 2, and/or kitchen. She goes into my dining room to "dust" and steps on my property. It is now ruined, beyond repair. I can't replace it because it is vintage, unique, and one of a kind.

The way the ladies cleaned was spectacular they moved furniture and deep cleaned everything. I appreciate them so much. I didn’t get their names but I will def be using those two ladies again

My experience with Molly Maids was 10/10. They communicated well and in a timely manner. The people I spoke with were very nice (my apartment was a disaster). They helped me to feel at ease. Once the cleaning was completed, I felt at peace in my home again. Everything was done with an eye for detail and they even called me to ask if the team could stay a little longer to finish up instead of just going for it and charging me regardless. I really appreciate the professional level of customer service. I will be booking with them regularly.

If you want consistent, good cleaning, look somewhere else. I've used them for over a year and the service quality is poor. I've contacted them at least 4 times regarding problems and they just can't seem to correct them. Example - I pointed out that they put the fitted sheet on sideways on several occasions which causes it to pull out after one night's sleep. They "talked" to the crew but it happened again and again. The "quality manager" came out with them to be sure they did it correctly and they still got it wrong. When I pointed this out to the manager they tried to make an excuse that the sheets had shrunk and so wouldn't fit. I stripped the bed in front of them, and remade it correctly with no problem. They move rugs around and don't put them back where they found them. They miss putting bags in some trash cans, usually at least one each time. I spend about an hour after each visit putting things back in their place. They were just swiping a mop pad across the floor and not getting it clean. That has improved but they keep switching crews and the new crew just makes the same mistakes. They send me a text asking how the last cleaning was and I told them they made the bed with the bedspread between the sheet and the blanket. The manager said she'd been there and didn't notice that. She suggested they delete making the bed going forward since they can't seem to get it right. If they were consistent and didn't make the same mistakes over and over I'd give them a higher rating. And yes, I do have the correct business.

$408 dollars to clean an empty house for 3 hours. I can't justify being charged 16% of monthly rent to clean a place 1800 sq ft. that was empty. Hardwood floors, no vacuuming. They didn't even clean the garage. $114 per hour for barely minimal cleaning is highway robbery.

Be warned! They will throw away your belongings! I hired Molly Maid for a move out clean. The price was high but I thought it would be worth it (wrong). Since I do not live there anymore, I did not stay during the cleaning. There was no communication when they finished, so after some time I went back to my old house to see how they did. When I arrived, I saw several bags of trash by the curb that were not there that morning. I started looking through the bags and was shocked at what I found. After 30 minutes of digging through the trash, here are some items I found that Molly Maid deemed trash: puck lights that were installed on the wall (they left the bases and threw away the lights), my apple pencil, a full box of lightbulbs, unopened filters, two overdoor hook organizers, vases, as well as many important documents that needed to stay in the house. I was shocked. At no point did I tell them to throw anything away, and when I called to report this, the lady who answered the phone was shocked and told me it is never in their policy to throw anything away. After talking with her she had the owner call me back. He was incredibly unprofessional. At one point he told me to "be reasonable" and acted as if it was no big deal that these items were thrown away. If my trash truck had passed, these items would have been gone forever. He tried to make me out to be crazy and did not offer any compromise until I threatened to dispute the charge and report them to the BBB. As if the trash wasnt enough, they also did not clean my laundry room at all, even though I know they went through there because I found yet another bag of "trash" in my garage. If you value your belongings, I would not recommend Molly Maid, because they absolutely do not. I have attached photos of some of the items Molly maid threw away.

The clean was fine. The front desk was also accommodating to rescheduling due to the city shutting off our water. Originally when I called I was quoted like $114 an hour for 3 hours. When the team arrived, I said I’d be back in 3 hours. I come back and they tell me “oh she said she actually quoted you 3 hours and 45 minutes.” (She did not.) I said no problem and left to return to work. I got a text asking if they could have 30 more minutes, making the total 4 hours and 15 minutes. $484. I said yes because I didn’t think I had a choice since I needed the house clean. When I went to lock up the house, there was a receipt saying they charged me $537 because they took even more extra time. That was not something I was asked about, or agreed to. I ended up paying $200 more than I was originally quoted. I went with them over other companies because of my original quote. So beware that you will spend more.
