The level of cleanliness would have gotten 4 stars, but the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and scheduling errors definitely affected my experience. I was quoted a different time over the phone then my confirmation text. However, since the difference was only an hour, I overlooked it. When the day of my clean came, I got a text that the cleaners would be three hours early. Since I was planning to remove pets, this was very inconvenient, especially given the fact that I had no notice. I called because I was unable to remove them in time and was told that it OK that they were there and they would give me an update when they left. The clean was supposed to take two hours, so three hours after they arrived, I texted the number for the update since I had yet to receive it. No one responded so I called. No one answered nor did they return my voicemail. When I got home, multiple items and furniture pieces were out of place. Some items were simply left on the floor. If you are interested in simply the clean, this will probably work for you. But the lack of professionalism and customer service is the reason I will not be a returning customer.

Reasonably priced and they did a really great job. They tell you what they do and don’t do during a cleaning when you call so you know exactly what to expect and everything they said they would do got done. My apartment looked and smelled very clean when they were done.

I was appreciative that Molly Maids was able to get a crew out the same day requested. However, they barely touched the two bathrooms I asked them to clean. I had to leave and left my husband in charge. Unfortunately, he did not check their work before they left. I paid $238. What a waste of money.

We've been using Molly Maid for just over a year and it has been great! We've had several different crews, all of which have been great. Highly recommend!

Despicable company, I waited for 2 hours for them to show up. 30 minutes after the window ended they call telling me they will arrive after I loose access to my old apartment and have the nerve to charge me for the pleasure. Outrageous and unsatisfactory.

They do not even deserve 1 star!
Absolutely terrible! Did not do what I requested and seemed like they were taking advantage of my elderly father.

Here are some highlights:
~Not doing the requested work, actually making some things worse
~Charging us twice
~Hiding items they broke
~Staying just long enough to charge for the most time quoted.
~Taking advantage of an elderly man

I contacted them to clean my father's house. I was not able to be there but from what my dad said and what I saw it was not good. The man who came over the day before to give my dad a quote said it would take 2-4 hours to clean. They were there for 3 hours and 47 minutes - that is what I was told when I contacted them. Since they were there longer than 3 hours and 45 minutes, they charge for 4 hours. How convenient! Trust me, it does not take that long to clean my dad's house.
I requested a deep clean in one of the bathrooms. Did not even come close to a deep clean! They did not clean the top of the mirror. There were water spots on the hardware and a ring in the vanity sink. There was very visible and a lot of debris on the floor they did not pick up. There is a double shelf where you could clearly see where they dusted on the bottom shelf (and they did not get it all, it actually looked worse with only part of it being dusted) and did not even touch the top shelf. They did not vacuum or shack off the rugs. In fact there was a clump of dirt that looked like it came from the bottom of someone's shoe. That was the only room I asked them to clean upstairs. My dad cannot make it up stairs so he wasn't able to see how they did.

There were streaks on several mirrors.
When they first contact you they request a CC to hold the reservation and charge you $95. They explained that if we paid with a CC there would be a $5 fee. I told them my dad would pay with a check. They took my dad's check and then charged my CC for the full amount. It took several phone calls and over a week to get them to reverse the charge on my CC and I did not receive the $5 back. In fact they ended up charging my an addtional $37 dollars. After many frustrating phone conversations again they ended up giving me back $18.
They say they will come back and clean if you're not happy and contact them within 24 hours. I was not able to get to my dad's house until 2 days after the cleaning so they would not come back and clean for free. My dad was expecting company so I ended up cleaning and recleaning the things they made worse.
I honestly feel like they deliberately took advantage of my elderly father. Very dishonest!!

Alma and Estella were excellent. They did a thorough cleaning, moving items and furniture around to get to all the dust. Cleaned the blinds, baseboards, clean sheets on bed, etc. I’m very grateful I got such a good team. They were kind and thoughtful knowing I was recovering from surgery.
I will use them again.

I moved apartments and needed help cleaning the old apartment. I reached out to Molly Maid online and set up an appointment. Plenty of appointments were available. 10/10 Recommend. They did a great job cleaning the old apartment. Definitely worth the money.

The meeting for the estimate and walk through went very well. I was given excellent details of exactly what to expect and the ladies that did the cleaning were exceptional! I was very impressed at the attention to detail and respect that they gave my house. They even organized it better than I had it which helped me out a lot. I also received pictures of things that were noticed by them that were broken or not fitting like it should and one I knew about and the other two I never even noticed but it was obvious they were issues from before I moved in, not even my property manager noticed it in his inspections so that helped me too. The price is lower than I expected so my expectations when I came home were low, but I was happily surprised that the quality was top notch. I highly recommend.

Thanks for the incredible job you did on my house!! It looks brand new!! The oven looks like it gas never been used!! Everything sparkles! I really appreciate all your hard work.

The ladies with Molly Maid did an excellent job of cleaning our apartment for our move out. They did everything we asked and were able to clean an especially dirty oven and bathroom. The apartment looked great when they were finished. I definitely recommend them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I booked a move out cleaning service online with Molly maids 3 weeks before actually needing the service. I spoked with someone over the phone confirming and going over expectations. Day of needing the cleaning service I confirmed. They said someone would be coming out. No one ever came. They also didn’t answer the phone. I tried calling them different times of the day and still nothing. Poor communication and very unprofessional.

The women that came and cleaned were absolutely amazing and we greatly appreciate their professionalism and cleaning ability...they were seriously wonderful

Charged me $185 to clean an rv bathroom, some dusting, still dusty and clean floors. A rip off they are scammers. Do not hire them.

This is how I found my dryer after Molly Maids cleaned my house. When I called to address it they said “we don’t remember seeing this” there was no effort at all to do anything about this. They would accept any responsibility, and then suggested that I did this by placing something heavy on my dryer. This is no way to do business. I would not recommend them to anyone for ANY job.

I needed a deep clean. They are true professionals. My house was so clean when they left I just love it. I also appreciate the little details too, like the way they attractively arrange items on counters and shelves.

I have been using Molly Maid for 5 or so months now and I am always impressed with their service and help. They are always thorough and the ladies are so nice. In particular, I've worked with T10's Sindry and Amada, and T9's Yolanda and Reyna. Both teams have been incredibly friendly, attentive, and have done an amazing job.
I'm a working mom, I don't always have time to get everything cleaned up or keep my house showroom spotless. But Molly Maid has seriously taken the strain off my shoulders (and back..ouch) and in turn, it's also given my mental health a huge boost.
So, thank you so much Molly Maid and the teams who have helped me each time. I'm so thankful for your help. It means so much to me and my family!

Very disappointed in the first cleaning I had with them. They sent 2 girls out and I specifically told them what to go do. Mind you there wasn’t a lot that they had to do. I am disabled so I was in the spare bedroom the whole time the were here. One of the girls stayed on the phone the whole time she was here. Things were not cleaned for instance dust on blinds and cup rings on table surface.
