Constraction reviews in Bellaire, Texas

Performed a thorough home inspection on new construction house with detailed reports that were clear, descriptive, timely and very satisfactory. Mr. Harris was very professional with his work and helpful on an advisory level. We look forward to future business with this company.

BIG they very knowledgeable and informative on my annual house inspection.

Neal helped me find my home here in Texas! Thank you for being honest and really inspecting the property that I bought. He took about 4hrs to really inspect a 4,168 sqft home

I had major water damage to my home to both the 1st and 2nd levels. Blueprint Improvement Group had a big task to tackle. Neal Harris and his team are extremely talented, professional, and execute beautiful work. The work completed was beyond my expectations. Once completed, I felt like I was living in a new house. The ideas provided to me to upgrade certain areas (such as paint color, different flooring, new carpet) totally transformed my house to a home. I will definitely use BIG again for future work.

Neal was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. Answered all of my questions and explained the how and why with ease.

I would not hire him for your home remodeling. I’ve worked with him on multiple home remodeling projects as his project manager, he failed to complete any one project (there was 3) but still took the clients money and was completely unresponsive to the client and me ( his project manager). I hate leaving negative reviews like this but I feel like people should know and be aware of how he really does business. This is your fair warning. But I have hired him for his inspection service and had no issues (which was prior to me working with him).

Second time using Neal in a year and is awesome! He gives very detailed information and is knowledgeable on the work he does. He is a 10 out of 10 across the board. Thank you!

I’ve used Neal on several inspections needing to be done with a short window for turnaround. He always came through clutch for me and exceeded expectations. I’m very happy with his services and I look forward to continuing business with him! Think BIG

These guys were great! Very quick response and next day service

Mr. Neal was professional on time. He also gave me great insight on my inspection. Then he directed me to someone that could help me get some of my items taken care of. I will recommend him to anyone. Please give him a call you will not be disappointed.

Neal and his team are great to work with! The inspections are thorough and the customer service is top tier.

Blueprint Improvement Group executes every time I need them ! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾Prices are reasonable and they are very professional. I had my initial home inspection done and made additional improvements to my house after a few months of buying. They execute seamlessly. Let’s just say my home builder got called out on multiple issues due to the thorough home inspection made by Blueprint. They provided a report with pictures and detailed analysis of the issues found. My home builder was forced to remedy the problems. I refer Blueprint to my neighbors, family, and friends. At the end of everyday they are my go to Company for any home improvement need and/or construction need that I have 🤗

Worked with Neil, very good Communication pre and post inspection. Pretty comprehensive inspection.

The inspector greeted me with a smile and was very informative about the process. She was very efficient and detailed in a timely manner! I was pleased with the overall experience.

Very thorough! Extreme attention to detail. Patient to discuss the report in length. Professionally done! Will certainly recommend!

I can’t adequately express how pleased I am with the inspection services I received from BIG! Mr Harris and team were professional and efficient. They were timely and extremely thorough. This is the 5th home I’ve owned, and I never received my inspection report the same day as the inspection. This company is top notch and I highly recommend them!

Neil was absolutely a pleasure to work with ! He had quick responses and his inspection was extremely helpful and informative! He arrived to the appointment on time and answered all questions I had . I definitely will be using him for all my inspections!

Mr. Harris and Mr. Wright did the inspection on my new build. They were very thorough and detailed, took the time to look at every inch of my home to make sure that it was to code. When explaining what was found they were very informative and broke it down for me to understand. I am a first time home buyer and am in no way a contractor they gave me the information like a normal person not rushing or dismissive. I will 100% be using them for any other inspections needed.

This is my second inspection done by BIG and I have to say they are the best of the best. They answered all my questions, and were very efficient in looking over my property. I would call on them again in a heartbeat to inspection a property again for me and I think anyone else should do the same!
