Blueprint Improvement Group executes every time I need them ! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾Prices are reasonable and they are very professional. I had my initial home inspection done and made additional improvements to my house after a few months of buying. They execute seamlessly. Let’s just say my home builder got called out on multiple issues due to the thorough home inspection made by Blueprint. They provided a report with pictures and detailed analysis of the issues found. My home builder was forced to remedy the problems. I refer Blueprint to my neighbors, family, and friends. At the end of everyday they are my go to Company for any home improvement need and/or construction need that I have 🤗

Mr. Harris and Mr. Wright did the inspection on my new build. They were very thorough and detailed, took the time to look at every inch of my home to make sure that it was to code. When explaining what was found they were very informative and broke it down for me to understand. I am a first time home buyer and am in no way a contractor they gave me the information like a normal person not rushing or dismissive. I will 100% be using them for any other inspections needed.

This is my second inspection done by BIG and I have to say they are the best of the best. They answered all my questions, and were very efficient in looking over my property. I would call on them again in a heartbeat to inspection a property again for me and I think anyone else should do the same!

Neal and crew came through with the right attitude and know how to get the house into a livable space within much less time than any other contractor quoted.

This was my first home inspection after purchasing my home 8 years ago. Neal and Sheniya were punctual, professional and addressed all of my concerns and explained everything in great detail. Scheduling was quick and easy as I was able to get an appointment the next business day. I highly recommend the BIG team for any of your inspection needs.

Contractor was on time, friendly, informative and completed a thorough job. I also received a drone video along with report.

If I could I would definitely give this guy zero stars. We hired Neal for our home renovation project, he came in with his crew gave us a quote he was confident he could do the job and that he would pull permits because we do have HOA. He also told us because the house is small he could be finished within 6 months. Needless to say he did not pull permits and no one from his team came to check the work of his subcontractors consistently. Leading to the subs doing work that was not permitted or put in the design and the city came out and shut down the project. He requested payments from us of work that was started but never completed in which we paid and that came up to about 70% of the quote. We sat for over three months with no work being done and his excuse was because of the city, in which I reached out to the city and the city was only waiting on him to give the required paperwork. Then when work was able to begin the subs did not want to come out because Neal was not paying the subs. One of the subs came to my house demanding his payment of work completed, he wasn’t the only sub complaining about not getting paid by Neal. And of course communication with Neal at this time was little to none. I told Neal before any more payments are disbursed to him he first needs to give me a detailed itemized bill showing where the money has gone that has been paid to him, all he kept sending me were the invoices that I already had. By this time I became worried because I have already overpaid him for work that wasn’t completed so I reduced the budget to just a little over what was already paid just to get what I paid for done. And he wouldn’t do anymore work until he got that little bit of money from me. This is very disheartening that someone could do this to you but Neal Harris is that guy that will take your money and run like a coward. Be very careful when dealing with him. Mr Harris you can save the whole ‘Thanks for choosing BIG’ instead respond with the detailed itemized receipt of work actually performed! Also check his license number which isn’t even in his name.

I was impressed with Neal from the moment he actually returned my initial call.
He made the process of scheduling an inspection as easily as humanly possible.
I was more impressed that he didn't mind having me around while they were conducting the inspection. He didn't mind stopping what he was doing to answer my questions.
Ms.Tyesha was also very kind, helpful and had an amazing attitude and personality as she was conducting her part of the inspection.
They really made me feel confident and comfortable that they knew what they were doing. They (BIG) sent a very easy to understand and very detailed report the same day@
Neal really went the extra mile when he scheduled a follow up call after everything was set and done.

AMAZING! if I could give 10 stars I would! Just had my home inspected and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Super thorough, on time, and explained everything in a way I could actually understand. They caught a few things I would’ve totally missed, which saved me a lot of stress (and probably money). Recently completed a home inspection with BIG last Wednesday on a 20 year home my wife and I are purchasing. Beautiful updated smart home but obviously age shows slight wear in areas. His team showed up early and communicated throughly before and after inspection. Definitely a good decision using Neil and his team for this task which assisted with the negotiation of items missed by us and not disclosed. Team pointed out crucial details during debriefing and very professional. Highly recommend using BIG if looking to purchase a new asset!

This was a total waste of money as I was under the impression they would be looking for problems with my roof. They only gave me info from drone photos flown over my home. Didn't even take the picture of the trash the roofers stuck in my chimney.
