After being told I needed to hydrojet my kitchen sink and being given a $1300 quote I went to google. I found Hydrojet Masters, they had great reviews so I called the number on their website. It kept ringing and no one answered so I hung up. A different number called me back asking what I needed. I was skeptical so I asked what the company did. She stated “a bunch of things, cleaning carpet, cleaning wood, cleaning gutters, etc” none of it was plumbing so I asked if they have plumbers. She said “oh yes we have plumbers”. After that I was weirded out but she said someone could come on Monday between 10-2 to give me a quote. I had to have someone come in person for the quote. Monday 10-3 comes and goes. No one shows up or calls, I call the company, same lady answers. She calls the tech. She calls me back, and says the tech will call me in 2 minutes to give me a quote over the phone. I was confused since no one has seen the issue and I was told they needed to see it. It didn’t matter anyway because no one ever called. What a waste of a day. If I had known no one was coming I would have solved the problem over the weekend when I had more time. I don’t recommend this company at all.
