All of their technicians have been great and they really go the extra mile to diagnose and fix the problem, and do a great job of explaining what’s wrong and what needs to be done. The company warranties their parts and work and really tries to make it right for the customer if something isn’t right.

I desperately needed my mini split to be cleaned. I contacted Apache Air and Heat LLC and was scheduled immediately. Jason W. showed up on time and was super friendly. He took a look, told me the cost and started cleaning. He did a very thorough job. I’ve now got cold, cool air blowing in my office. No more gunk buildup falling out of my mini split. Really, he took care of all the issues. Couldn’t ask for more.

On time and impressed with service technician’s knowledge. However, he did not seem to feel it was necessary to change my filter. I did! I called Apache, who agreed with me, and they promptly rescheduled someone to come back and and change the filter. My house is very dusty with a 6 month filter change; I can’t imagine how bad it would be to wait a year! 😊
