My first time using Apache was great! They were communicative and showed up on time for the appointment. Their technician was friendly and helpful and took care of the issue quickly. I would definitely call them again and I am probably going to sign up for their annual maintenance plan.

We use Apache Air and Heat LLC for our home and businesses. We used several companies prior to Apache. We finally found a quality company with character. Hard to find a company not owned by an investment banking firm more interested in shareholders. This privately owned company I have been doing business with for 14 years both installations and service. Look no further than Apache, you will not be disappointed.

Highly recommend this business - their customer service is great, they really go out of their way to get you scheduled as fast a possible at a time that works for you. All of their technicians have been great and they really go the extra mile to diagnose and fix the problem, and do a great job of explaining what’s wrong and what needs to be done. The company warranties their parts and work and really tries to make it right for the customer if something isn’t right.

If I could give Apache Air and Heat 10 stars, I would in the blink of an eye! Their equipment is top notch, the customer service is unparalleled and their technicians are out of this world!

One of them, Jackson, smiling and courteous young man, is also a stellar, knowledgeable professional. He not only addressed our concerns but also found out and fixed problems that we didn't even know existed.

I desperately needed my mini split to be cleaned. I contacted Apache Air and Heat LLC and was scheduled immediately. Jason W. showed up on time and was super friendly. He took a look, told me the cost and started cleaning. He did a very thorough job. I’ve now got cold, cool air blowing in my office. No more gunk buildup falling out of my mini split. Really, he took care of all the issues. Couldn’t ask for more.

On time and impressed with service technician’s knowledge. However, he did not seem to feel it was necessary to change my filter. I did! I called Apache, who agreed with me, and they promptly rescheduled someone to come back and and change the filter. My house is very dusty with a 6 month filter change; I can’t imagine how bad it would be to wait a year! 😊

We have been customers of Apache Air & Heat for a few years. Last year they installed a new system after our old unit stopped working. They were very professional and informative in helping us choose a new A/C, and equally professional in the installation of the new system. Their periodic service calls keep us informed about the system and its reliability. I would recommend Apache Air and Heat to anyone looking for a professional and accommodating A/C provider.

Did you know Apache Air offers an annual maintenance service contract on your HVAC equipment at a reasonable price? Under the contract, they come to your home or business in the spring and fall to check your system for any potential problems, discuss any problems found with you before any repairs are made, plus you get a discount on all parts throughout the year should something go wrong. You'll be surprised at how much this can save you in the long run just by having your system maintained properly. Call them for all the details!! This contract has worked at my house for several years now, highly recommend!!

Thank you to Erik and all the other guys for working so hard to fix our AC!!! All of the Apache employees took a lot of time and energy to figure out our HVAC problem and we appreciate it. We are enjoying that cold air now. FIVE STARS

Apache was amazing! AC went out last night, and it’s slated to be one of the hottest weeks yet. I sent them a message Monday morning at 6 AM, they called me back before 8 AM and were at my house by early afternoon. Steven identified the issue within minutes of being here and had it fixed in 10 minutes. He looked at a couple other things with the duct work I was concerned with and offered his suggestions. Also let me know about yearly plans for service. Extremely happy with Steven and Apache service. Professional, prompt and affordable. Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely Terrific! Justin was honest and informative , and got a non-working AC up and running in no time! They came out promptly, same day as I called. He diagnosed the issue , and then gave me some non-urgent recommendations to consider for a future repair. I felt completely taken care of by Apache and that they didn’t overcharge me I felt like everything was honest. I’m so thankful for them! You’ll definitely be in good hands if you need any of their services.

I called Apache on Monday morning at 8:30 and the front office was able to
Schedule me and sent someone out around 12:30 PM the same day. My technician was Nick. He was very respectful of my home. wore shoe covers. Stated quiet while
I worked from home and made sure the doors stay closed. He updated me on every step during the process, the pricing was very fair And the service was quick and honest. I would definitely recommend Apache for anyone in the Kyle Austin area.
