Wow! Desiree in the office and Jackson, a technician, did an amazing job of helping me get my AC going again in the high heat of August. They were BOTH true angels...keeping me updated, showing up to help ASAP, expediting the parts needed, and even working late to get it going ASAP. They have my business forever! You can't go wrong using Apache Air. Thank you so much!!!

Apache was called out to resolve a non-cooling issue we were having with a residence we are renting in the city of Blanco. Although I wasn’t at the location for the completion of the work, my wife was extremely impressed with the overall experience, which is really saying something. A big shout out to the office staff, I’m bad with names, that kept us updated and Nick Potter the technician who had us up and running in no time. It’s really great to see there’s still great service companies that still care about the customer.

We had Madison Lewis come and inspect our HVAC system. He was very professional and took the time to carefully explain everything to us. He gave us moneysaving tips and also some recommendations to keep our systems running great.

Arrived on time and finished the job promptly. Service technician was knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. Had suggestions for things we could do to improve the system. However, he did not think it was necessary to change my filter. My house is very dusty now; I cannot imagine how bad it would be going another 6 months without a filter change. I called Apache. They agreed with me, and scheduled another service visit to change my filter next week.
