I am very pleased with 3 Alarm Tree Rescue, and have no hesitation in recommending them. I've no doubt that the vast majority of 3 Alarm projects go smoothly. Google reviews certainly tell that story. That said, any business that says they never make a mistake is dishonest. The root barrier job that 3 alarm did for us started off in trouble. Richard stuck with it and never hesitated to assure me that he'd make it right. In the end, he did just that. I've no doubt they lost a considerable amount of money in my yard to do so. I'm very impressed with Richard's integrity and commitment to spend the time and money it takes to do the right thing for his customers.

I cannot say enough good things about 3 Alarm Tree Rescue and Richard. My large tree was severely damaged due to recent storms. With Richard’s vast knowledge and expertise he quickly analysed and suggested best options. He and his crews provided professional service from demolition to planting of a new tree while keeping my yard clean at all times. Richard is a person of integrity and cares about delivering an excellent work product. Thank you Richard and 3 Alarm Tree Rescue for making a difficult time much easier.

We’ve used 3 Alarm multiple times now. Richard is always quick to respond. Richard and his team did a great job removing our tree. They even worked in the rain. Excellent service and will definitely use them again in the future.

I called 3 Alarm Tree Rescue as the trees planted in our front yard were dying. They were very polite, curteous, and informative, sharing what was happening with our trees and how to avoid the issues in the future. They replaced our trees for a very reasonable price, and offered a 1 year guarantee. I am very pleased with the service and expertise offered by Richard and his team!

Richard and his crew did a fantastic job! Our trees look great and he was very upfront about prices. The branches were taken away and everything was left clean. Very honest, hard working business owner that goes the extra mile and takes pride in his work. These guys are awesome. 3 Alarm Tree Rescue trimmed 3 of our very large 18 year old Texas Oak trees. My husband and I were surprised how beautiful our trees looked after they had finished. Last August I got 3 quotes for tree service. They all were fairly reasonable but 3 Alarm told me we needed to wait until Winter to have them trimmed; explaining the risk of disease to trim them in hot weather. I was impressed & asked them to call me after October. They were very polite, professional & friendly. I will continue to recommend 3 Alarm Tree Rescue.

I am so happy to have found Richard and 3 Alarm Tree Rescue. Richard is a certified arborist and he explained what trimming needed to be done to our trees for them to remain healthy and look beautiful. The team trimmed 7 trees and over 30 bushes that were damaged in the February frost and I feel confident they have been saved and will thrive in the Spring. It was a pleasure working with such a courteous and professional company. I Highly recommend 3 Alarm Tree Rescue. Oh, our trees do look beautiful !

Initially, they were very responsive and came out the next day to give an estimate. I was not home at the time and was not able to meet them, but they were professional on the phone and via text. The following Monday they came out to do the work. They finished while we were at work and could not inspect it at the end of their day. That evening, it was clear there was still dead wood in at least one of the trees and the clearance over the alley will not be enough once the leaves come in. The trees in the front yard looked okay although I questioned the need to remove a couple of the big branches they took out. I requested, via text, that they come to finish the work. Over the next two weeks, I have attempted to contact the original person and the owner via text and email. I had a couple of return texts initially, but they refused a commitment to come to finish the work. For more then a week, there has been no response to either text or email. I will now have to pay someone else to come finish the work 3 Alarm did not do. Update 4/1/23 Initially, 3 Alarm responded to this review and asked to come finish the work. They requested to return on a day I not available. I said any other morning in the next two weeks, just please let me know the evening before that you're coming. It's now been over two weeks with no additional communication. I went ahead and had an arborist come out to finish the work at the end of this week. There were SEVERAL large dead branches from three trees that had to be removed for safety and clearance. The image is about 1/4 of the large dead wood removed and there was a trailer full of smaller stuff hauled away. There was also additional trimming/pruning needed for tree health. I ended up having to basically pay again what I already paid 3 Alarm. If this used to be a great tree service, that has not been our experience.

Baylie at Wright way cleaning did a fantastic job cleaning my house and shop. I recommend her to anyone that needs their house deep cleaned

I have not had the opportunity to use this companies services yet but I can say that their professionalism is top tier. The young man who asked if I would be interested in these services was very kind and informative. He answered all of my questions and was knowledgeable. My husband likes to cut the grass because it’s soothing to him so we are unsure if we will utilize this company but you never know! If I am to ever need these services, I know who to call. Wishing this business all the best!

Crazy Ac Guy is the most professional organization in my opinion in the area. Always on time and communicate the entire process start to finish. We had Brett come out to install a home surge protector. He had the whole process done in less than an hour with clean up and all

Brayden and Bobby? (I think) gave us a great first visit. They explained all of the items that they worked on and answered our questions. I appreciated the reasonable appointment window (a few hours instead of all day, like many) and both the text and call updates on their arrival. Looking forward to continued quality service for the maintenance contract!

Brayden, came out to work on our system because it wasn't cooling like it should be. He was very professional, courteous, friendly, and got the job done. He checked our system all over to make sure we didn't have anymore problems. I'm very satisfied with the job Braden completed. We will definitely have him back again for fall maintenance. Our central heat/ac system wasn't working properly with the condensor going on and off not meeting the desired indoor climate temperture. Me and my wife decided to call the Crazy AC Guy. Dispatch took some brief information and gave a quoted dispatch charge of $99 to come down to Sherman Texas where we live.

Dispatch inform us when a technician would be out which was in the next hour. In that next hour I got a text Bobby the Technician on his way. Dispatch also called to inform me he about less than ten minutes away from your residence.

Bobby pulled up with some tools and shook my hand and introduced himself. He put on foot socks before entering the house. I showed him the air handler and condensor. Bobby noticed the drain line from the air handler was plugged and needed to be blown with some nitro. Bobby was great and upfront on the cost, before doing any work, which I appreciated. Bobby clean out the line, checked the temperture and air flow. He noticed that it could be better as far as temperature difference. I asked Bobby if he could check the condensor outside. Bobby was more than willing and brought other specialized tools. Bobby noticed that it was a bit low on freon and it cost about $100 per pound. I let Bobby do the work in charging the system. He showed me the improvement after the charge, which was definitely cooler numbers. I was very pleased with the great service Bobby provided. As he ran the invoice he inform me about there Crazy Family Plan! A great value where they come out twice a year and make sure your HVAC is good to go and they wave the $99 dispatch charge as well for $250 a year member fee. I feel this is a great value and it almost pays for itself the two times they come out to your residents. I asked Bobby to sign me up to be a member and add it to my current bill. Bobby gladly also gave me a business card and magnet so I may reach out to them if and when we have another AC or Heat issue. I'm glad I chose and reached out to the Crazy AC Guys and feel I didn't just get a great piece of mind service but a true neighbourly business within the community. Thank You, Bobby

We can't thank Blake, Bobby, and Clayton enough for their incredible service! We called Blake at 7am and, despite the last-minute notice, he was at our home by 8am to assess the issue. By noon, he had Bobby and Clayton here—again, on very short notice—to install our brand new AC unit. They went above and beyond, fixing problems left behind by a previous contractor and even waited on a part they didn’t have instead of delaying the job. Thanks to their dedication, our home is cool and comfortable again. Honestly, I don’t think we would have made it through the weekend without risking a heat stroke. Highly recommend this team!

Stay away! Tech came out and said 5k to fix leaking indoor coil. They pulled up this old catalog with scribbled in prices. Verified with tech they they work on commission. Called another place that replaced coil for just under 1k! Yes, you have to be crazy to call crazy ac guy!
