He diagnosed the issue very quickly and found that the problem was simply a dirty filter (a little embarrassing on my end, but he handled it without any judgment at all).

What really stood out was how thorough and respectful he was—he took the time to explain what was happening, showed me exactly what caused the issue, and made sure everything was operating correctly before he left. No upselling, no pressure, just honest and efficient service.

Blake’s quick response and expertise got us back up and running fast, and that kind of professionalism is hard to find these days. I highly recommend Blake and the Crazy AC Guys to anyone needing HVAC service. We’ll definitely be calling them again.

I called Crow’s when my system stopped working. They had a tech out within the hour. They are all very professional and easy to deal with. From the lady who answered the phone to the tech who came out. I will definitely be using them again. I love that they are family owned and operated as well.
