Brayden arrived on time and promptly found the problem with our A/C unit. The capacitor was replaced and back up and running in less than 30 minutes. He was thorough and took the time to do extra maintenance of our system. Highly recommend these guys!

We saw a Crazy AC Guy van at Home Depot. This tech was an electrician, he was so helpful, he called in a service call for us and tech, Josh Harris, came out to check our AC unit, he was amazing, he was here exactly at the time promised, he did the repairs, Both these techs were amazing, would recommend them highly.

I have been without use of my AC unit because of an air handler. I was taken back by the 10 star service I received and yes 10 star is awesome. They did everything professionally respectfully and timely. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Definitely recommend. Our AC line was stopped up. Brayden was very courteous and knowledgeable and got here within 30 minutes on the weekend and fixed it right up. I can't brag enough about this company and this employee.

My outside unit was not turning on and, even though it was pouring down rain, Brayden, the gentleman who came out was friendly and quick to diagnose the problem and get it fixed!

He did do one thing that I had decided to wait on, but since the price was in the price range I expected it to be without that being done, I am okay with that 👍
I’m glad it’s done and I don’t have to get it done later.
Also, I may not have been clear about wanting to wait on getting it done, so that may be my fault.

It all turned out great and, like I said, since it was in the price range I expected without it, I am a satisfied customer!

Raymond, Seth, and his assistant all showed up on the appointed day and hour. The installation was seamless and professional.

This was an upstairs unit. We had been using a portable unit, from where we had to empty water daily, for about a year and are thrilled to have everything working again.

I am updating my Review I was upset and put a 1 Star everything is being resolved. They are working with me and to order my part to get me up and running.
I am editing my response. I called the front office and nothing was resolved. I was without air all summer. I had my new unit installed and had a problem with the ac not cooling and the filter didn't fit. My unit is supposed to have a warranty but they want me to pay them $4,500 for a unit that barely worked since it was installed. I reached out to the manager and the finance company its been back and forth. But issue never resolved. I'm not changing my review. I think my unit came from the warehouse with a malfunction and no one wants to admit it.

I have been using Crazy AC for almost 2 years and they have always taken care of us! During the freeze our system was not heating properly and we called Crazy AC and soon the SAME DAY they sent Blake who was nice, and educated me on my system and was able to help us out with all our needs! Thank you Crazy AC!

I am representing a buyer on a home that had a "new HVAC" unit put in May 2025 - seller said the unit was new. Understandable why she would think that since that's what it said on her invoice. The inspector noticed the unit was manufactured in 2021 - and full of mold. Seller called the company asking why they gave her a 2021 unit in 2025... they said it was normal and that the unit was new.. but manufactured in 2021. That's a 4 year old unit that's sat in a warehouse. Really crappy of this company not to make things right considering they did not disclose the manufacture date anywhere. Friends in the industry say this is absolutely not normal and that seller was taken advantage of. Now the company won't return the seller's calls. Would not recommend to clients or friends.

Our HVAC system has been giving us trouble for 3 years between it kicking off in the dead of heat summer, the drain filter getting clogged, etc. All these issues we’ve had to troubleshoot ourselves until yesterday our heat went out during the winter storm, but this time we were not able to fix the issue ourselves.

As renters it’s been hard to have a professional come out and take a look at the situation, but finally we had the pleasure of working with Blake. He checked the breakers, checked the system, and even rewired the thermostat. After spending a chilly night without heat, Blake got us back up and running. He is definitely an asset to the Crazy AC Guy company, and we greatly appreciate all of his help and knowledge.

Crazy AC Guy installed my unit a few years back. Always courteous, clean and never leave a mess. They will actually answer your questions with truthful answers! Very thorough service checkups. I recommend them with 10 stars!! Now again in 2024, Out with the old and in with the new unit. From service tech, Raymond, to installers, Bralyn, Seth and Bobby the installation went smoothly and quickly with such kindness and courtesy. They may be “crazy” but they are the best!

Update: Although my initial service experience was not great, I do want to acknowledge that after I left a review, the owner of the company personally reached out to apologize and address my concerns. He made several genuine offers to make the situation right. This is true customer service—recognizing that things don’t always go perfectly, taking accountability, and offering real solutions. Thank you for taking the time to follow up and work to correct the issue.

The company sent Brayden to fix our AC issue. He was very knowledgeable about the problem. Very respectful, punctual, professional, makes recommendations, he cleans up his area of work and asked if there is anything he is missing or any more need we had. Very good person. We were very pleased with the job and will be our permanent go to AC and heating issues. Try them. You won't regret, promise.

Crazy Guy AC did a great job. My heater wouldn’t come on right as a cold front was moving in, and Robert and Braydon showed up quickly, diagnosed the problem, and found it was caused by a bad repair from a different company. They fixed it fast and got my heat running before the temperatures dropped. Professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
