Same team has been to my place twice. First time place was spotless and they did an almost perfect job for me. They were here a long time, but I was pleased with the result. Second time came out and I was not as pleased, but maybe it's just a matter of getting into a good routine.

I am a small business owner in Boerne and recently hired Maid In Texas to professionally clean and sanitize my store before reopening after being closed due to COVID. I know the owner stays up-to-date on best practices in the cleaning industry and did not want to take any unneeded risks when opening our doors. Her staff worked so efficiently to make sure they didn’t miss anything and cleaned from top to bottom and side to side! It gave me such peace of mind! The pricing is very fair and I will be using them on a regular basis, now. I love that this is a local business that provides jobs right here in Boerne. And personal service - YES!!! We moved to Texas 4 years ago and have been through 4 Housecleaners prior to finding these guys. I am not excessively particular - we just couldn’t find a Housecleaner who could handle the size of our home and and who was reliable and who had any degree of professionalism.

I will sum it up: Maid in Texas is running a professional business. They communicate well. They use text (which works very well for us, because we are busy professionals, travel a good bit, and sometimes need flexibility). They show up as expected. They clean the house well. They follow instructions well. Anything that might be off (rare), they respond well to.

I had hoped to find a housekeeper here in San Antonio that could almost become a part of our family. I wanted 2x visits a week to include housekeeping, errands, etc. We found absolutely no one willing to do this kind of work. And to complicate our situation, we do not speak Spanish. Every single independent housekeeper we tried here was unreliable. And we found that one individual could not handle the size of our house. I was reticent to use a company, but am so happy we found Maid in Texas.

Maid in Texas is for you if you value consistency, reliability, and professionalism. They clean well and they follow instructions well. Could not be happier.

I asked for a deep clean, discussed with the person on the phone that I am listing my house for sale and needed it very clean for photos. I said I expected it to take 3-4 hours. The team was at my house for an hour, they did the bare minimum cleaning. Nothing I would consider a deep clean. They didn’t move objects before dusting and the floors weren’t even mopped. I’m now having to frantically clean my house before our photos tomorrow. This is now my second bad experience with this company and I won’t make the mistake again.

I have used Maid in Texas for years. They are professional, polite, skilled, and quick. They have never failed to do a wonderful job. G and Alma were my last team. I was taking care of a pantry deep clean. They are lovely ladies that listen carefully and take care of all the requests that we have. They are very careful about not letting out the cats. They take special care with my Quilt Studio and ongoing projects. I will never use anyone else but Maid in Texas. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Jordan and Secret were professional, Friendly, thorough, and efficient. I have a huge house and the work they were asked to do was a huge job. They did better than anybody else I had ever hired to clean. They were amazing. They attended to details I expected them to miss. They did not leave one speck of dust in my house. I will absolutely use this company again and I will absolutely insist on this team! Although I suspect all of their teams are trained to be this good. I can’t say enough about them.

I originally contacted Maid in Texas after we moved into our new home. Alma and G helped clean up a lot of the mess left by construction. Alma has been coming every two weeks since then. She is always on time, very friendly and pays attention to detail. She is always very thorough as well as quick. Nothing is ever overlooked and my house is always shiny and spotless when she finishes. She always treats us with much respect and asks if there is anything that needs additional attention. So happy that we have Alma! She is amazing!!!

I’ve been using maid in Texas for over a year now and they are wonderful! The house keepers sent are always kind and thorough. The office is always great about special scheduling requests and I have so much faith and trust that my home and belongings will be well cared for. They also have consistent staff, I usually have the same team every time. It’s the little things they do: kids art work suddenly hung nicely on the fridge versus scattered on the counter, my kids shoes arranged perfectly in the closet, or them remembering little details like which stuffy my son likes on the bed versus in his tent. They are priced very fair and always accommodate little extra asks I have. Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend researching this company prior to hiring them for cleaning services. I had a substantial amount stolen out of my home just a few weeks before Christmas. The employees wear gloves so very hard to prove - their word verse mine, according to the Police Department. Please please please do your due diligence as I would hate for someone to go through what I did. Company owners brushed it under the rug, said they would file a claim and I would hear from their insurance company within 24-48 hours, of which I heard nothing. Both employees are still working for them. Be careful. Very, very careful. If anyone would like specific details, you may reach out to me at any time and I will be happy to share.

Thank you for helping with the post remodel cleanup. Y’all even cleaned between my genealogy books in my office. WOW. There’s still more to do but we scratched the surface.

I had to clean several spots on the floors, I had to reclean the counter tops as there was still food on them and they did not remove all cobwebs. This was a move out clean, the house way completely empty. I was unhappy with the service for the price I paid ($400 before tax).
